Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this paper, we discuss Gender inclusive Collaborative Learning models. Collaborative Learning is working in a team, working together, which is mixed in one group and working together with others for mutual success. The physical activity that stands out in this model is that it can support to be excited in a class that feels hnred so that it can get rid of boredom and move students in learning together. Gender-inclusive learning saves the meaning that in implicating students in analyzing subject matter that has elements or parts that are common, educators divide the group fairly without distinguishing status between students. The purpose of group distribution is fair so that all students get learning. Likewise, Collaborative Learning is used in one learning strategy to improve learning outcomes. The plan focuses on how to foster participation and tenacit y in the learning process and how students can develop their own insights to be able to ha›’e it and there is no difference in learners' gender and social status, all of which are given flexibilit y so that students can learn together. Keywords: Collaborative, Learning, Gender  ABSTRAKCollaborative Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang menekankan kerja sama dalam kelompok belajar dengan tujuan mencapai keberhasilan dalam belajar. Aktivitas fisik yang menonjol dalam model ini adalah mendukung siswa agar bersemangat belajar di dalam kelas sehingga dapat menyingkirkan rasa bosan dan menggerakkan peserta didik dalam belajar secara bersama. Pembelajaran iklusif gender meyimpan arti bahwa dalam mengimplikasikan peserta didik dalam menganalisa materi pelajaran yang mempunyai unsur atau bagian umum, pendidik membagi kelompok dengan adil tanpa membedakan status antar peserta didik. Tujuannya adalah agar mereka mendapat pembelajaran secara merata tanpa harus memandang status laki-perempuan. Begitu pula collaborative learning digunakan pada salah satu strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yaitu dengan cara peserta didik berkolaborasi individu-kelompok. Rencana tersebut terfokus pada bagaimana menumbuhkan keikutsertaan dan keuletan dalam proses pembelajaran dan agar peserta didik dapat membangun sendiri wawasan mereka sehingga tidak membedakan jenis kelamin dan status sosial, semuanya diberikan keleluasaan agar peseta didik dapat belajar bersama. Kata kunci: Collaborative, Learning, Gender

Abstract

Building nation’s characters is an interesting issue to discuss. The issue cannot be separated from other issues within the nation. In this case, education plays a significant role. Education has to be able to lead the nation to solve various problems, including the changing values and its implication. It is important to note how education can contribute to the process of revitalization of cultural values within the context of social changes. Indonesian education is very fortunate to have Pancasila as its basic principle. Actualization of the values of Pancasila can be seen as a promising alternative in developing nation’s characters and culture.  Pancasila is the core of national philosophy and ideology that has been formulated based on Indonesia’s culture and religions. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to start from an educational reconstruction paradigm to support teachers to always innovate in creating innovative teaching methods, especially in learning Arabic, especially in learning that uses technology, given that education is already in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, where every Human are required to be technology literate. This study uses experimental research Borg & Gall, the focus is to determine the level of influence of treatment on behavior that arises as a result of the treatment and or as a systematic method to build relationships that contain causal-effect relationships. Based on the results of this study it was found that; First, the combination of the Quiz Team-type Active Learning method with Kahoot is the right ingredient to make it easier for students to learn Arabic by training the four maharah or language skills, namely: listening (istima'), reading (qirā'ah), speaking (kalām). , and write (kitābah) at the same time; Second, the results of this study are in the form of design designs, and the role of educators in implementing the collaboration of the quiz team and Kahoot methods in learning Arabic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Transformational Leadership Characteristics of the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah / Madrasah Aliyah Rafah and to analyze the development of Madrasah's Quality Culture. Many studies have been conducted by other researchers, this happens to transformational leadership that this leadership can have an impact on the educational institutions they lead. Moreover, the educational institutions in this study have revitalized the challenges and needs of the surrounding community, across provinces, or even the archipelago. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Methods The data collection in this study used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the status of recognition of educational institutions which was originally under the Ministry of Education and now has shifted direction to the Ministry of Religion based on various factors including; Factors of Leadership, Community Needs, and Quality Management to improve these educational institutions through various ways, one of which is collaborating with other educational institutions as partners, so that advanced, superior and competitive education can be realized and felt by Students and the Community.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of the Qur'anic perspective thorough learning method in scouting education at SMPIT al-Husein Tigaraksa Tangerang. The research method used is a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods using a literature study and field study approach. This study shows that the Qur'anic perspective complete learning method has a cognitive dimension related to intellectual (knowledge), an affective dimension related to attitudes and values in life, a psychomotor dimension related to behavior, a spiritual dimension related to values. the value and meaning of life, the dimension of attitude is related to ethics, attitudes and behavior, the dimension of aptitude is related to potential and talent and the social dimension is related to the relationship (communication) with humans. The results of research on the effectiveness of the Qur'anic perspective thorough learning method in scouting education activities can be identified through changes in behavior, academic achievement, social change and non-academic achievements. Based on the results of the research through the distribution of questionnaires given to students related to scouting education, it helps in changing attitudes which makes its members to be polite and courteous in communicating. Of the 50 students who were sampled in this study, 52% of students responded strongly agree, 38% agree, 8% disagree, 2% disagree and 0% strongly disagree with this statement.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode pembelajaran tuntas perspektif Al-Qur’an dalam pendidikan kepramukaan di SMPIT al-Husein Tigaraksa Tangerang. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian mix metod yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran tuntas perspektif Al-Quran memiliki dimensi kognitif yang berkaitan dengan intelektual (pengetahuan), dimensi afektif yang berkaitan dengan sikap dan nilai-nilai dalam kehidupan, dimensi psikomotorik yang berkaitan dengan tingkah laku, dimensi spiritual yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai dan kebermaknaan hidup, dimensi attitude berkaitan dengan etika, sikap dan perilaku, dimensi aptitude berkaitan dengan potensi dan bakat dan dimensi sosial berkaitan dengan hubungan (komunikasi) dengan manusia. Hasil penelitian terhadap efektifitas metode pembelajaran tuntas perspektif Al-Qur’an pada kegiatan pendidikan kepramukaan dapat diidentifikasi melalui perubahan perilaku, prestasi akademik, perubahan sosial dan prestasi non akademik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui penyebaran angket yang diberikan kepada peserta didik terkait dengan pendidikan kepramukaan membantu dalam perubahan sikap dimana menjadikan anggotanya untuk sopan dan santun dalam berkomunikasi. Dari 50 peserta didik yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52% peserta didik merespon sangat setuju, 38% setuju, 8% kurang setuju, 2% tidak setuju dan 0% sangat tidak setuju terkait dengan pernyataan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan relasi gender yang harmonis dibangun melalui pendidikan anak. Berdasarkan pengamatan, penelitian, dan pengetahuan penulis menunjukkan bahwa Pada prinsipnya lelaki dan perempuan memiliki kesempatan untuk meningkatan kapabalitas, kompetensi pengetahuan diantaranya dengan cara belajar pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Namun, pada tataran realitas masih banyak terjadi disparitas terkait kesempatan meraih pendidikan yang selayaknya bagi perempuan yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Adapun penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan mengeksplorasi dan memeriksa data yang tersedia secara terstruktur dan mendalam. Jenis penelitian ini lebih menekankan menggunakan kepustakaan, kemudian analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan metode tafsi>r al-Maudhu>’i. Membangun pendidikan berkeadilan merupakan salah satu solusi dari terjadinya ketimpangan gender dalam pendidikan. Al-Qur’an menunjukkan isyarat kesetaraan dan keadilan antara lelaki dan perempuan sekalipun dalam makna yang terbatas, bahwa secara pandangan teologis semua manusia derajat kemanusiaannya sama di sisi Allah Swt, tidak ada perbedaan antara satu suku dengan yang lain. Tidak juga ada perbedaan pada nilai kemanusiaan antara lelaki dan seorang perempuan. Maka jika seluruh stake holder memiliki tujuan yang sama maka akan terwujud pendidikan yang terselenggara secara demokratis dan berkeadilan serta tidak diskriminatis dengan menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia, nilai keagamaan, nilai kultural dan kemajemukan bangsa.

Abstract

One of the problems that often arises is the difficulty of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in conveying science concepts through life phenomena. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of learning by using the circulatory bottle as an aid to improve student learning outcomes. This research method uses descriptive qualitative and analytical techniques referring to the concept of Miles & Huberman with the research subject involving teachers, madrasah principals, and students of class V (five) MI Nurul Hasanah Sukaharja, totaling 23 students. The results of this study First, the learning pattern using the circulatory bottle props gave good results. Students look more active and enthusiastic than before. And make it easier for teachers to convey material to students because the material for the circulatory system is abstract material. Second, student learning outcomes show that there are differences in student learning outcomes between those who use teaching aids and those who do not. When the learning process takes place, students look enthusiastic and focus on paying attention to the teacher who is delivering the material. The circulatory bottle props can encourage students' creativity in asking questions, answering, justifying, and refuting inaccurate answers when discussing.

Abstract

Improving the quality of madrasas is often constrained by the low competitiveness of human resources. Even so, several madrasas seem capable of optimizing their resources so that they can become outstanding madrasas. The purpose of this research is to describe how madrasah efforts or strategies to optimize the development and empowerment of their human resources lead to outstanding madrasas. The research was conducted at MTsN 31 Jakarta. The subjects of this study were school administrative staff, teachers, principals and vice principals. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Through three steps of data analysis: data reduction; display data; and conclusion drawing, the results showed that there were five efforts made by madrasas: (1) training for teachers and school administrative staff; (2) optimization of supervision activities; (3) encouraging the active role of teachers in competency development and career development; (4) increasing the competence of madrasah leaders; (5) deliberation culture and building participatory atmosphere. this finding has implications for madrasa managers to pay attention to these five key factors to be implemented if they expect achievement in madrasas.

Abstract

Within the realm of religious education and the national educational framework, Diniyah Takmiliyah (DT) stands as a pivotal cornerstone in the nation’s development, preparing future generations with a robust grounding in religious knowledge, profound insight, life skills, and virtuous character, all rooted in a deep understanding of Islamic teachings. Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah in Bandung city is not only a prominent exemplar within the city but also within the wider context of West Java and Indonesia. This research endeavors to delve into the Implementation of the Curriculum Management System within the Diniyah Takmiliyah Education at Al-Wahdah Bandung city. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study aims to shed light on the practical application of the curriculum management system in Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah Bandung city. Qualitative research, characterized by its inductive nature, primarily seeks to depict and explore. The research methodology entails field research, involving direct data collection in the field. The research subjects, serving as primary data sources, encompass all individuals contributing information necessary for comprehensive data collection. These individuals consist of the Diniyah Head, Teachers, and students, selected through purposive sampling, with the sampling technique employing a snowball sample. The research findings reveal that Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah Bandung city stands as a distinguished and paradigmatic institution within Bandung city. In its practical implementation, the institution amalgamates the Diniyah Takmiliyah curriculum with the Islamic Religious Education curriculum of Elementary Schools or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, seamlessly integrating them within the framework of the curriculum at Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Wahdah Bandung city

Abstract

Dalam mencari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas adalah dengan melalui system rekrutmen. Setiap perusahaan akan memiliki system rekrutmen yang berbeda-beda dengan perusahaan atau lembaga lainnya. Dikarenakan setiap perusahaan atau lembaga memiliki kebutuhan yang tidak sama. Pada lembaga Pendidikan Sumber Daya Manusia adalah hal yang sangat penting. Dengan adanya rekrutmen maka akan mendapatkan Sumber Daya Manusia lebih komperetif untuk mempengaruhi retensi karyawan. Dalam mempertahankan karayawan menjadi persoalan utama pada sebuah perusahaan atau lembaga karena mobilitas karyawan yang semakin meningkat. Retensi karyawan penting untuk membuat pegawai yang berbakat dan baik untuk tetap berada di perusahaan atau lembaga. Tujuan dari rekrutmen adalah menemukan dan memperkerjakan bakat-bakat terbaik dan menjaga perusahaan atau lembaga untuk tetap kompetitif serta mempertahankan karyawan terbaik. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 25 orang dengan kriteria 20 tenaga pendidik dan 5 tenaga kependidikan. Hasil Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) di SDIT Ar-Ruhama meletakkan focus rekrutmen pada tinjauan yaitu memikat pelamar, Penetapan pilihan, legalitas SDM, dan reputasi lembaga. Dalam hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keysearch rekrutmen SDM terhadap Restensi pegawai di SDIT Ar-ruhama memiliki hasil yang positif terhadap retensi pegawai.
