Abstract

Bali merupakan pulau kecil yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri, salah satu keunikannya adalah produk jajanan Kiping yang digunakan sebagai alat persembahan dalam upacara keagamaan Hindu. Kiping masih terus diproduksi oleh masyarakat Br Uma Buluh untuk keperluan upacara keagamaan khususnya agama Hindu.. Sasaran program kemitraan masyarakat / PKM ini adalah kelompok usaha pedagang kaki lima (kiping) Nirmala. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain: (1) Produksi Kelompok Usaha Jajanan Tradisional (Kiping) Nirmala kurang produktif karena kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan permodalan sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan, (2) Kiping yang kurang menarik bagi generasi milenial karena kemasan Kiping saat ini masih menggunakan plastik dan belum berlabel, (3) Tidak memiliki pembukuan terkait pembelian produk, penjualan produk atau untung / rugi. (4) Mitra kurang memahami pentingnya makna warisan budaya dan kearifan lokal. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan solusi bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas kemasan agar dapat dipasarkan di pusat oleh-oleh dan menjadi produk unggulan tradisional. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah aset yang dimilki masing-masing industri rumah tangga mengalami peningkatan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 20% dari 3 bulan sebelumnya; Omset penjulan masing-masing mitra mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% dari sebelumnya; Jumlah produksi jajan kiping meningkat seiring meningkatnya permintaan karena pengetahuan mitra tentang tehnik pemasaran semakin baik. Jumlah produksi jajan kiping meningkat 40% dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the-effect-of-the-number-of-tourist-visits, length of stay of tourists and room occupancy rates on-local-revenue-from-the-tourism-sector-in-Bali Province. The-research method used is descriptive quantitative. The-data-used-in-this study-secondary-data-from-the-Bali Province Tourism Office. The technique used-is-multiple-linear regression. With-the-number-of-samples used, namely 30 months, from October 2019 to March 2022. The results showed that partially the-number-of tourist visits had a-positive-and significant-effect-on local revenue from the-tourism-sector-in-Bali Province, the-length-of-stay of tourists and the room occupancy rate had a negative and insignificant effect-on-local revenue from-the-tourism-sector-in-Bali Province. Simultaneously the number of tourist visits, length of stay of tourists and room occupancy rates have a significant influence-on-local-revenue from the tourism sector in Bali Province.

Abstract

The aim of forming an optimal portfolio in this research is to determine the composition of the shares that form the portfolio. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the expected return and risk of the portfolio being formed. The research sample is 5 banks included in the LQ45 Index. The data used is monthly stock prices. Data analysis uses a single index model, where the reference index is the Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the analysis found that there were shares of 4 banks that were included in the optimal portfolio. The proportion of each stock in the portfolio is as follows: Bank Mandiri 60.13%, Bank BRI 26.71%, Bank BCA 8.91%, and Bank BNI 4.25%. The portfolio formed is able to minimize risk compared to the shares that form the portfolio.

Abstract

Purpose:This study aims to determine the effect of debtor character and fiduciary guarantees from SME entrepreneurs on credit approval during the coronavirus pandemic at Bank BPD Klungkung Regency. The location of this research is at the BPD Bank, Klungkung Regency.Methodology:The population used is the credit employees of Bank BPD Klungkung Branch, with 35 employees. The sample in this study used 35 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire containing a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Findings:The results of this study indicate that the debtor's character has a significant positive effect on credit approval during the coronavirus pandemic at Bank BPD Klungkung Regency. Fiduciary guarantees from SME entrepreneurs have no significant positive effect on credit approval during the coronavirus pandemic at Bank BPD Klungkung Regency.Implication:This indicates that banks prioritize easy credit for SME entrepreneurs rather than fiduciary guarantees in supporting credit relaxation policies during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of accounting understanding, accounting digitalization, and human resource competence on the quality of financial reports at Village Credit Institutions in Ubud District. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 32 Village Credit Institutions in the Ubud District. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sampling technique (census) which aims to minimize and reduce the level of error in data collection so that the number of samples in this research is 32 Village Credit Institutions in the Ubud District area. The unit of analysis for this research is the organization represented by the head of the Village Credit Institution. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that understanding accounting, digitalization of accounting, and human resource competency each have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports at Village Credit Institutions in Ubud District.

Abstract

The banking sector plays an instrumental role in maintaining the stability of the financial system through its crucial intermediary function between corporate entities and borrowers. Consequently, companies that actively engage in ESG disclosure tend to exhibit superior financial performance due to their ability to mitigate risks, enhance operational efficiency, and bolster their reputation. This study empirically examines the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the IDX for 2020–2023. Using purposive sampling, 96 companies were selected. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied. The results indicate that Environmental Disclosure has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 4.134. Similarly, Social Disclosure positively and significantly affects Financial Performance, with a significant value of 0.0008 < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 4.233. Governance Disclosure also has a positive and significant impact on Financial Performance, with a significance value of 0.0001 < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 4.021. The Adjusted R² value of 0.568 indicates that 56.8% of financial performance is influenced by Environmental, Social, and Governance Disclosure, the remaining 43.2% is explained by external factors outside of this research.

Abstract

Bali, as a prominent tourist destination, continues to experience growth in tourist visits, prompting the need for supporting facilities, including souvenir centers. Souvenirs play a vital role in tourism, and their high demand presents a promising business opportunity. With the increasing number of souvenir outlets, from traditional to modern, businesses must enhance their competitiveness by improving their human resources to achieve optimal performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze factors affecting employee satisfaction and performance to support business goals. This study examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at Agung Bali Oleh-oleh, Badung, Bali. The study population includes all employees at Agung Bali Oleh-oleh in Badung. A sample of 70 respondents was selected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the hypotheses. Findings reveal that the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while work motivation has a positive and significant impact. The work environment and work motivation both positively and significantly affect employee performance. However, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on performance and does not mediate the relationships between work environment or motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

The property sector can withstand economic crises. The contribution of the property industry as one of the leading sectors to drive the Indonesian economy's GDP. However, historical performance still does not show significant improvement in the property sector. So it is necessary to research to analyze the factors that affect firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, company size, and capital structure on firm value. The population in this study amounted to 91 companies, namely all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2024. While sampling in this study used purposive sampling so 13 companies were obtained with 6 years of observation the amount of data in the study was 78 observations. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is path analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on capital structure, firm size has a positive and significant effect on capital structure in the company, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive but insignificant effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value, capital structure does not act as a mediator on the effect of profitability on firm value, and capital structure acts as a perfect mediation on the effect of firm size on firm value in the company.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is an important factor in maintaining organizational stability and productivity, especially for Generation Z, who are now starting to dominate the workforce, possessing unique characteristics in terms of work preferences. This study aims to analyze the role of work-life balance in mediating the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on the loyalty of Generation Z employees in construction sector companies operating in Badung Regency. The population in this study was all Generation Z employees working in construction sector companies in Badung Regency, Bali. The sample used was 100 respondents, determined by a purposive sampling technique based on the Hair formula. The data analysis used in this study is inferential analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty through work-life balance. Work-life balance partially mediates. Organizational culture has a positive but insignificant effect on employee loyalty through work-life balance. Work-life balance does not mediate (unmediated).

Abstract

Cattle fattening has been done for generations, but partners want to increase its quality and quantity. Partners lack knowledge in the field of housing and feed that can be preserved, so they experience obstacles in fattening cattle. The group requested training and assistance regarding the requirements for housing for fattened bulls. Fattening bulls is a side business carried out by farmers in Kuwum village that must be preserved and maintained in each region to maintain local wisdom and the population of Bali cattle. The solution to the problems faced by partners involves applying previous research results from the proposers, which are already published, by providing appropriate technology for maintaining Bali cattle and preserving local wisdom through cattle farming. The method used is active community participation and exploration. This community service activity supports IKU 2, namely students gain experience outside the campus, and IKU 3, namely lecturers engage in activities outside the campus. The activity lasted for 10 months, involving 2 students by recognizing several courses.
