Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara menyeluruh hukum pernikahan dalam Islam, yang meliputi syarat dan rukun nikah, konsep kafa’ah (kesetaraan), serta fenomena pernikahan dini dan dampaknya dalam konteks hukum Islam dan hukum positif di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), melalui analisis terhadap literatur, kitab fiqih, jurnal, serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum nikah dalam Islam terbagi menjadi lima ketentuan, yaitu wajib, sunnah, mubah, makruh, dan haram, yang penetapannya bergantung pada kondisi individu. Syarat dan rukun nikah menjadi penentu sahnya pernikahan, sedangkan konsep kafa’ah menegaskan pentingnya kesetaraan dalam agama, nasab, profesi, dan akhlak untuk menjaga keharmonisan rumah tangga. Sementara itu, pernikahan dini, meskipun diperbolehkan jika pasangan telah baligh dan rusyd, tetap menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan, sosial, dan hukum. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap hukum dan etika pernikahan sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menekankan urgensi harmonisasi antara prinsip hukum Islam dan peraturan hukum nasional Indonesia dalam konteks pelaksanaan pernikahan, khususnya mengenai batas usia minimal calon mempelai. Ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 yang merevisi Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 menetapkan usia 19 tahun bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan, sebagai bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak anak serta pencegahan risiko sosial dan kesehatan akibat pernikahan dini. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kesesuaian antara nilai-nilai agama dan hukumpositif merupakan fondasi penting bagi tercipanya masyarakat yang berkeadilan. Dengan demikian, pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap aspek hukum etika dan soosial dalam pernikahan diperlukan guna membangun keluarga islami yang harmonis dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Abstrak Bencana gempa bumi merupakan ancaman nyata di Indonesia, terutama pada daerah yang berada pada zona seismik aktif seperti Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi titik evakuasi aman berbasis algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) berdasarkan data intensitas gempa dari ShakeMap  USGS dan distribusi titik evakuasi dari BPBD. Kriteria yang ditetapkan adalah wilayah dengan nilai  Modified Mercalli Intensity (MMI) < 4 dan jarak maksimum 1.000 meter sesuai dengan pedoman BNPB. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 1.000 titik pengguna simulasi yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Madiun. KNN berhasil menunjukkan titik evakuasi rekomendasi yang valid sebanyak 370 titik (37.0%), 502 titik (50.2%) ditolak karena melebihi jarak, serta 128 titik (12.8%) gagal karena tidak memiliki titik aman. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa KNN efektif untuk mendeteksi awal titik evakuasi, namun keberhasilan KNN bergantung pada distribusi spasial titik evakuasi dan kontur guncangan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan sistem evakuasi berbasis spasial yang responsif dan akurat.   Abstract Earthquakes are a real threat in Indonesia, especially in areas located in active seismic zones such as Madiun Regency. This study aims to develop a safe evacuation point recommendation system based on the K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN) algorithm using earthquake intensity data from the USGS ShakeMap  and evacuation point distribution data from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The criteria set are areas with a Modified Mercalli Intensity (MMI) value < 4 and a maximum distance of 1,000 metres, in accordance with BNPB guidelines. The testing was conducted on 1,000 simulation user points spread across the entire Madiun Regency area. KNN successfully identified 370 valid recommended evacuation points (37.0%), 502 points (50.2%) were rejected due to exceeding the distance limit, and 128 points (12.8%) failed because they did not have safe points. These findings indicate that KNN is effective for detecting initial evacuation points; however, the success of KNN depends on the spatial distribution of evacuation points and earthquake contours. Thus, this system can serve as a foundation for developing a responsive and accurate spatial-based evacuation system.

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah suatu ikatan yang diatur oleh agama dengan tujuan untuk menyatukan sepasang laki-laki dan perempuan dalam membentuk rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah pembiayaan pernikahan bagi para lajang dan menemukan solusi pembiayaan pernikahan bagi para lajang dari perspektif Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal sehingga para lajang dapat menemukan pasangannya dan tidak bingung dengan biaya pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi analisis konten. Teknik pengambilan data utama dari video kajian dan buku milik Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal dengan menambahkan referensi dari artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masalah pembiayaan pernikahan yang sering ditemukan oleh para lajang menurut perspektif Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal adalah masalah mahar dan walimah dengan persiapan keuangan yang tinggi. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh adat istiadat dari masing-masing daerah dan permintaan dari keluarga besar. Sedangkan solusi untuk masalah pembiayaan pernikahan bagi para lajang menurut perspektif Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal adalah sering mencari informasi kepada keluarga atau teman tentang biaya apa saja yang harus dipersiapkan, melaksanakan walimah sesuai kemampuan, dan berusaha keras dalam melaksanakan pernikahan yang mudah. Kata Kunci: Lajang, Biaya, Abduh Tuasikal.

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah salah satu ajaran Nabi Muhammad ? yang sangat ditekankan dalam Islam. Nabi menganjurkan umatnya menikahi wanita yang masih gadis. Namun Nabi sendiri menikahi beberapa wanita yang sebagian besar adalah janda, menunjukkan bahwa menikahi janda memiliki keutamaan tersendiri. Terdapat stigma di masyarakat yang memandang sebelah mata terhadap sebutan janda. Janda dianggap sebagai wanita lemah, dan tidak punya pelindung. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengulas permasalahan tersebut, agar dapat membantu dalam pertimbangan memilih calon istri yang berstatus janda, serta dapat mengangkat stigma negatif tentang janda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keutamaan menikahi janda dan aturan menikahi janda menurut perspektif Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal. Pelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan studi analisis konten. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu menemukan poin-poin penting dari berbagai media informasi yang selaras dengan penelitian. Adapun hasil pembahasan mengenai keutamaan menikahi janda perspektif Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal yaitu mendapat keutamaan bagaikan mujahid, serta mendapat kedudukan yang berdekatan dengan Nabi di surga. Adapun mengenai aturan menikahi janda perspektif Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal ialah janda berhak menentukan pilihan atas dirinya untuk menikah, dan menikahi janda harus dengan wali serta jatah malam pertama bagi seseorang yang berpoligami dengan janda adalah tiga hari.

Abstract

Seismic activity in Malang City is very high due to tectonic dynamics in the subduction zone between the Indian-Australian and Eurasian plates and the active local faultsm, including the northeast-southwest trending Watukosek Fault, and the east-west fault around the Pasuruan Fault, which have the potential to cause damaging ground shaking in Malang City. The BMKG also recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 Mw on March 16, 2025. Based on these events, this study was conducted to analyze the vulnerability of Malang City, East Java, using the Horizontal-Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method by integrating the parameters of natural frequency (f0), amplification (Ag), soil vulnerability index (Kg), and Ground Shear-Strain (γ).  A total of 19 points were processed using Geopsy software to obtain the HVSR curve and obtain the f₀ and Ag values, while Kg and γ were obtained from processing the HVSR parameters and then mapped through spatial interpolation in ArcGIS. The results of data processing and analysis show that several points in Malang City have f0 1.448 - 9.938 Hz with amplification 1.704 - 6.639 and soil vulnerability index values 0.383 - 14.871, as well as shear strain values up to 0.009. Zones are mainly concentrated by high amplification and vulnerability are mainly concentrated in the northern part of Kedungkandang District, the eastern part of Blimbing District, and parts of Lowokwaru District, which are dominated by higher frequencies with low amplification, as well as the western part of Sukun District, indicating a high level of earthquake risk.  While previous studies primarily utilized only utilized natural frequencies and amplification, whereas this study offers HVSR-based microzonation by integrating dynamic soil parameters (f₀, Ag, Kg, and γ).

Abstract

The southern part of Java Island is dominated by a volcanic arc system associated with the subduction of the Indo-Australian Plate beneath the Eurasian Plate. This tectonic setting results in a structurally complex region with active fault systems that contribute to an elevated seismic hazard in southern East Java. One prominent structure in this region is the Grindulu Fault in Pacitan Regency, whose trace geometry and subsurface expression remain debated. In this study, we use gravity data to delineate the Grindulu Fault corridor and constrain its spatial configuration. Gravity anomaly data derived from TOPEX satellite observations were corrected to produce Complete Bouguer Anomaly (CBA) values. The CBA data were gridded using kriging with a spacing of Δx = 1 km (≈0.01°). To separate regional and residual components, the Second Vertical Derivative (SVD) method was applied directly to the gridded data, enhancing short-wavelength features while suppressing long-wavelength regional anomalies. Structural boundaries were identified based on continuous NE–SW lineaments characterized by SVD zero-crossings with adjacent positive–negative extrema. The inferred Grindulu Fault is expressed as a NE–SW trending corridor extending approximately between 111.11°–111.28°E and 8.04°–8.15°S. The SVD asymmetry observed along several profiles is consistent with a normal-fault-like density contrast geometry in some sections and a strike-slip fault behavior in others. However, fault kinematics cannot be uniquely determined from gravity-derived derivatives alone without independent geological or seismological validation. Overall, the results provide a reproducible gravity-based constraint on the Grindulu Fault corridor, offering valuable insights for future seismotectonic interpretations and disaster risk reduction planning in southern Java.

Abstract

Abstrak Wilayah Kepulauan Nusa Tenggara merupakan daerah rawan gempa akibat interaksi kompleks antara Lempeng Indo-Australia dan Eurasia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keakuratan solusi Centroid Moment Tensor (CMT) yang dihasilkan oleh software Joko Tingkir, sebuah sistem komputasi berbasis algoritma Gisola untuk penentuan solusi CMT secara otomatis dan real-time. Analisis dilakukan terhadap tujuh gempa bermagnitudo ≥5 yang terjadi pada tahun 2018–2024. Hasil dari Joko Tingkir dibandingkan dengan data referensi Global CMT menggunakan metode Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) dan sudut Kagan. Nilai RMSE untuk semua parameter berada di bawah batas toleransi (maksimal 13,32°), sedangkan nilai rata-rata sudut Kagan sebesar 12,25°, menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian geometri yang tinggi. Jenis patahan yang dominan adalah sesar naik, sesuai dengan kondisi geotektonik regional. Kesimpulannya, Joko Tingkir mampu memberikan solusi CMT yang akurat dan andal untuk keperluan seismologi regional dan mitigasi bencana di wilayah rawan gempa.   Abstract The Nusa Tenggara Islands are a seismically active region due to the complex interaction between the Indo-Australian and Eurasian plates. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of Centroid Moment Tensor (CMT) solutions generated by Joko Tingkir, a computational system based on the Gisola algorithm that provides automated and real-time CMT solutions. The analysis focused on seven earthquake events with magnitudes ≥5 that occurred between 2018 and 2024. The results from Joko Tingkir were compared with reference data from Global CMT using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) method and Kagan angle analysis. The RMSE values for all parameters remained below the acceptable threshold (maximum 13.32°), while the average Kagan angle of 12.25° indicated a high degree of geometric consistency. The dominant fault type was reverse faulting, aligning with the regional geotectonic conditions. In conclusion, Joko Tingkir is capable of producing accurate and reliable CMT solutions for regional seismological applications and disaster mitigation efforts in earthquake-prone areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marriage decision-making process among students at STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember by examining the interaction of religious, academic, social, and family factors as well as strategies for overcoming obstacles before marriage. This study employed a qualitative approach with field research and a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with eight students who married while remaining active students and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings show that the decision to marry developed gradually. Religious factors served as the initial foundation, particularly the intention to avoid zina, follow the Sunnah, and maintain religious commitment. Students subsequently evaluated the continuity of their studies, social responses, and family legitimacy before making the decision. Financial, academic, time-management, and social obstacles were addressed through working while studying, seeking financial support, managing time, and maintaining communication with spouses and families. From Herbert A. Simon’s perspective, the process reflects the stages of intelligence, design, and choice. The study concludes that the decision to marry results from the dynamic interaction between religious values and academic, social, and family considerations within the context of student life.

Abstract

Early detection of rainfall-induced slope instability in agricultural terrain remains difficult because hydrological loading commonly precedes measurable ground movement. This study develops an explainable decision-support framework that integrates GNSS-derived detrended displacement, antecedent rainfall indicators, and a machine-learning anomaly score for staged warning in the Yarra Valley, Australia. A regional target-control GNSS architecture was implemented with four slope stations and two control stations, and a retrospective rainfall-driven event window in April 2025 with complete processing products was analysed. The workflow combines 24 h and 72 h rainfall accumulation, target-control displacement metrics, deformation gradients, and a weighted fusion index to distinguish background variability from physically plausible slope response. Cumulative rainfall increased before localized deformation emerged, and the lower slope sector showed stronger response than the upper sector. The fusion layer therefore supports escalation from normal to watch and, when rainfall and deformation thresholds are jointly exceeded, to warning. This prototype strengthens operational decision-making for agricultural slope management and provides a basis for multi-event validation and wider deployment
