Abstract

The deletion of property belonging to this area is carried out in the absence of the ruler or the power of the user of the goods who has been transferred to the ownership of the destruction that has occurred or for other reasons, this deletion is carried out in the presence of a regional head who makes a decision and acts as the manager of the goods. Regional ownership (BMD) is a problem that is considered insignificant. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the elimination of regional property on finance at the Secretariat of the DPRD City of Bandung, the obstacles and efforts to minimize these problems or obstacles. The theory used by Dunn for adequacy and responsiveness. Researchers used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources used were field surveys and interviews; secondary data used is directly from the Head of Asset and Household Section and Asset and Household Staff. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Hubberman model. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the elimination of regional property in finance is eliminated by means of an auction / tender; barriers to delivery of goods are severely damaged, lost or unknown, the goods to be written off are no longer intact; efforts have been made to minimize these obstacles or problems. namely the same as the explanation in the first point by way of the auction / tender.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of market openness which results in the number of products in the form of goods and services increasing and causing too many people to compete in the market. One of them is Waterboom Tirta Sumber Jaya Cipangalun, a company engaged in the tourism sector that competes with an emphasis on the loyalty of its visitors so that they have an interest in visiting again by paying attention to important factors in the marketing field such as sense experience and feel experience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sense experience and feel experience on the interest of returning tourists at Waterboom Tirta Sumber Jaya Cipangalun Ciamis partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. This type of data includes all variables that are closely related to the influence of sense experience and feel experience on the interest of returning tourists. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires and literature studies. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents of tourists from Waterboom Tirta Sumber Jaya Cipangalun Ciamis using a non-probability sampling method. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression where these results indicate that sense experience and feel experience have a positive and significant effect on the interest of returning tourists. The results of the partial analysis using the t-test showed that for the sense experience variable, tcount > ttable (7.578 > 1.984) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. For the feel experience variable, tcount > ttable (4.978 > 1.984) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F test showed that the value of Fcount > Ftable (170,204 > 3.09) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), the result is 0.778 or 77.8%. While the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The use of natural fiber as composite material is growing rapidly due to excellent characteristics, environmentally friendly quality and low price. For this reason, natural fiber breaks the dominance of synthetic fiber composite previously used in industries, especially in automotive manufacturing. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of fiber orientation on the flexural and tensile strength of water hyacinth-sugarcane fiber composite with epoxy matrix. The composite then be tested as an alternative to doortrim. Fiber orientation applied to specimens was random for sugarcane fiber, but continuous on water hyacinth fiber with angle variants of -45/45, 45/90, 45/45, and 90/90. Specimen standard for flexural test is ASTM D790-15 and ASTM D638-14 for tensile test. The study results show that the highest average value for flexural strength is 51.7 MPa of the 45/90 variant, while the lowest average value of 16.6 MPa is the 45/45 variant. Both 45/90 and -45/45 variants have the highest tensile strength of 30 MPa. The 90/90 variant records the weakest tensil strength value of 20 MPa. The highest flexural and tensile strength values exceed minimum score of the SNI 01-4449-2006 and equal the values of panel assy backdoortrim. This experiment proves that fiber orientation affects mechanical properties of composite materials, especially in terms of flexural or tensile strength.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia’s export performance is shaped by various macroeconomic factors that represent both the country’s production capabilities and broader external economic conditions. This study explores how exchange rates, imports, and foreign exchange reserves influence Indonesia’s export activities. In contrast to many earlier studies that examined these variables individually, this research brings them together in one empirical framework to better understand their joint impact on export performance. The analysis is based on annual time-series data from 1995 to 2024, sourced from the World Bank database. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model is applied to identify both short-run dynamics and long-run relationships among the variables. Prior to estimation, several econometric procedures are conducted, including unit root testing, optimal lag selection based on the Akaike Information Criterion, bounds testing for cointegration, and diagnostic tests to ensure model reliability. The empirical findings indicate that imports have a positive and statistically significant impact on Indonesia’s exports in both the short term and the long term. Meanwhile, the exchange rate does not appear to have a significant direct influence on export performance. Foreign exchange reserves, on the other hand, show a positive relationship with exports, although the statistical strength of this effect is relatively weaker. Overall, these results suggest that ensuring the availability of imported production inputs and maintaining macroeconomic stability are important factors in supporting sustainable export growth in Indonesia.
