Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on stock prices. With a population of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive verification method. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique, so that the sample that met the criteria for taking this sample was 20 companies. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques, with data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study conclude that partially Return On Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Assets Ratio has a negative but significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) to stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 – 2020. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of the Family Hope Program (PKH) facilitator at the Karawang Regency Social Service. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 35 people. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with correlation, regression, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the research on the Performance of the Family Hope Program Facilitator (PKH) at the Karawang Regency Social Service. Shows a significant influence value of 8.67 so that it is considered to have contributed to the compensation received. Compensation given to the companion of the Family Hope Program simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of the Family Hope Program (PKH) facilitator at the Karawang Regency Social Service. compensation as a form of appreciation for the achievement of company or institutional activities to employees for the contributions and dedications given to the company or institution. Performance which is all activities of a company or institution, including employees in it is the spearhead of achieving or not achieving the vision and mission of an institution or company. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 35 people. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with correlation, regression, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the research on the Performance of the Family Hope Program Facilitator at the Social Service of Karawang Regency from 35 samples obtained results of 0.663 or 66.3% which shows that the effect of compensation on employee performance is still not optimal. Compensation for the Family Hope Program facilitator has a contribution to performance that can be interpreted as a form of material appreciation. Compensation given to the companion of the Family Hope Program simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance..

Abstract

Creating good governance conditions is a dream for every Organsiasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), including the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang, Karawang Regency. However, to achieve this requires the support of qualified human resources in order to be able to produce better organizational performance. Organizational performance can be achieved with the condition that high employee performance is the main driver in regional apparatus organizations or other organizations. The increase in employee performance is thought to be influenced by leadership and communication styles. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine and explain whether leadership and communication styles partially and simultaneously influence employee performance. The population used is all employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang in Karawang Regency, with a sample of 100 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial and simultaneous analysis show that leadership and communication styles have an effect on increasing employee performance at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang, Karawang Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of work stress (X) and employee performance (Y) in the Printing Plate Making & Roll Section (Case Study at PT. XYZ), and to see the effect of work stress on employee performance in the Printing Plate Making and Roll Section Section (PPCR Section). ). The method of this research is quantitative descriptive analysis where the sampling method uses the saturated sample method, namely by directly selecting all 33 employees of the PPCR Section. Meanwhile, the data collection method used is by using a questionnaire (survey) to the employees of PPCR Section. The method used to process and analyze the data is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis (simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (T test). PPCR Section is categorized as high with a value of 3,459 and the level of employee performance is categorized as very high with a value of 4,222. Meanwhile, according to the hypothesis test, it is stated that work stress has no significant effect on employee performance in the PPCR Section with a simple linear regression equation y=27,860+(0,076)x. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja (X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) Seksi Pembuatan Pelat Cetak & Rol (Studi Kasus Pada PT. XYZ), dan melihat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Seksi Pembuatan Pelat Cetak & Rol (PPCR). Metode Penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif dimana Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu dengan memilih langsung semua karyawan Seksi Pembuatan Pelat Cetak dan Rol sebanyak 33 orang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan menggunakan Kuisioner (Survei) kepada karyawan produksi Seksi Pembuatan Pelat & Rol. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif (analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan pengujian hipotesis (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat stres kerja karyawan Seksi PPCR dikategorikan tinggi dengan nilai 3,459 dan tingkat kinerja karyawannya mendapat kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai 4,222. Sedangkan sesuai uji hipotesis dinyatakan bahwa stres kerja tidak berpengaruh significant terhadap kinerja karyawan Seksi PPCR dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhananya y=27,860+(0,076)x.

Abstract

This research aims at predicting the effectiveness of corporate governance regulation in Indonesia (PBI No. 8/4/PBI 2006 and PBI No. 8/14/PBI 2006) through indicator of efficiency of go public commercial bank, and also analyzing the relation between indicator of monetary policy toward efficiency of go public commercial bank in Indonesia. This research used non-parametric frontier approach, that is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), wilcoxon signed ranks deviation test, and parametric approach two stage least square. The research sample was drawn through observation of Indonesian commercial banks which have been go public consistently since 2003-2008. Following Abidin (2007) input and output variables in efficiency performance were measured by intermediation of maximize output approach, while indicator of monetary policy was projected by the placement of go public commercial banks at GWM and SBI and explanatory addition that is banks’ Asset and NIM. The results show that there is an average difference of efficiency before and after the implementation of Indonesian banks regulation (regulation effectiveness), insignificant influence of bank placement at GWM and SBI toward the efficiency (indicator monetary policy did not influence banks’ efficiency yet). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi efektivitas regulasi corporate governance di Indonesia (PBI No. 8/4/PBI 2006 dan PBI No. 8/14/PBI 2006) melalui indikator efisiensi bank umum go public, serta menganalisis hubungan antara indikator kebijakan moneter terhadap efisiensi bank umum go public di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan non-parametrik frontier yaitu Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), uji deviasi peringkat bertanda wilcoxon, dan pendekatan parametrik two stage least square. Sampel penelitian diambil melalui observasi terhadap bank umum Indonesia yang telah go public secara konsisten sejak tahun 2003-2008. Mengikuti Abidin (2007) variabel input dan output dalam kinerja efisiensi diukur dengan pendekatan intermediasi memaksimalkan output, sedangkan indikator kebijakan moneter diproyeksikan dengan penempatan bank umum go public pada GWM dan SBI dan tambahan penjelas yaitu Aset dan NIM bank. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata efisiensi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan regulasi perbankan Indonesia (efektifitas regulasi), pengaruh penempatan bank pada GWM dan SBI tidak signifikan terhadap efisiensi (indikator kebijakan moneter belum mempengaruhi efisiensi bank).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (i) Emotional intelligence at PT. Plastics Karawang Flexindo (ii) Employee performance at PT. Plastics Karawang Flexindo and (iii) the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Plastic Karawang Flexindo. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The study used a survey method through a questionnaire. How to collect data by using a questionnaire and observation. The data collected is questionnaire data from 123 respondents of PT.Plastik Karawang employees and the techniques used in determining random samples or random samples, mixed samples. Testing technique The hypothesis of this research is how much influence the emotional influence on the performance of PT.Plastik Karawang Flexindo employees. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance, 41.2% the rest is influenced by other factors and outside the company's environment. The author suggests to the relevant parties, namely: (i) There is a strong and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance, the author suggests that apart from prioritizing intelligence, the company also needs to pay attention to emotional intelligence so that there is a balance in good performance. (ii) Companies need to improve performance by means of periodic evaluations with the aim of the company having an overview of employee performance that needs to be improved so that performance increases and (iii) It is hoped that similar research will be carried out to find out factors other than emotional intelligence that can affect performance so that it can be identified. how much contribution is given to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia. The data used in this study were primary data that obtained through questionnaires to employees of PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia. The population in this study was 98 employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia. Determination of samples using population studies. data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be stated that compensation affects the performance of employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia or H1 accepted. Motivation affects the performance of employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia or H2 received. Work discipline affects the performance of employees at PT Totoku Toryo Indonesia or H3.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of transformational leadership, nurse competence, increasing nurse motivation, and nurse performance at Dewi Sri Hospital Karawang. This research method uses descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is (path analysis), with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of the study show, there is a strong and significant influence between leadership transformation on work motivation, there is a strong and significant influence between nurse competence on work motivation, there is a strong and significant influence between work motivation and nurse performance. There is a strong and significant influence simultaneously between transformational leadership and nurse competence on nurses' work motivation. Conclusion, transformational leadership has a dominant effect on nurses' work motivation. The competence of nurses gives a significant contribution to work motivation. This means that the better the nurse's competence, the work motivation will increase. The work motivation of nurses at Dewi Sri Hospital is largely determined by these two variables. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan beban kerja secara parsial kepada kinerja perawat Rumah sakit umum daerah karawang. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara bersama-sama pengaruh secara simultan kompetensi, motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit umm daerah karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif dan verifikatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu perawat pelakana yang telah menjadi pegawai negeri sipil pada RSUD Karawang dengan sampel sebanyak 105. Analisi data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG.Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG.Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG. Kompetensi, motivasi dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD KARAWANG Kata Kunci: Kopetensi, Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Perawat Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, motivation, and workload partially on the performance of nurses in the Karawang area general hospital. To find out and analyze simultaneously the effect of competence, motivation and workload on the performance of nurses at UMM Hospital in Karawang area. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The population used is Pelakana nurses who have become civil servants at Karawang Hospital with a sample of 105. Data analysis used is path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Competence partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Motivation partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Workload partially has a significant and positive effect on Nurse Performance at KARAWANG Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource planning on the performance of the Karawang district health office. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach, the sample used in this study is 50. The data analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results show that the coefficient of 0.288 means about 28.8%, then the HR Planning variable (X1) has a contribution to performance (Y) while the remaining 71.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study (ε). Based on the results of research related to the influence of human resource planning on employee performance, the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value, which is 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect of the variable human resource planning on employee performance. Based on the results of research related to the influence of human resource planning on employee performance, the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value, which is 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of the variable human resource planning on employee performance.
