Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Petugas PLKB Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah metode penelitan kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah statistic deskriptif. Selain itu metode penelitaian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitain berdasarkan rumusan masalah Assosiatif atau lebih detailnya adalah hubungan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh petugas PLKB dengan jumlah 207 orang. Sampel yang diambil berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan rumusan Slovin yaitu sebanyak 134 orang (pembulatan) yang dianggap mewakili populasi yang ada. Dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah simple random sampling. Sementara alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik, uji T (uji parsial), uji F (simultan), koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service). Hasil penelitian menunjukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan bahwa budaya organsiasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Petugas PLKB Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang.

Abstract

This study has purpose in determining the correlation between visionary leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline in influencing the performance of employees at SMPN 1 Kedungwaringin Bekasi Regency. This research method applies empirical quantitative research through verifiative descriptive approach. The population and sample used amounted to 64 respondents consisting of 59 teachers and 5 education staff. The results of this research indicate that visionary leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline had significantly positive effect on the performance of employee. In addition, vision leadership, organizational culture, as well as work discipline also had simultaneous effect on the performance.

Abstract

This research is intended to test the effect of training on the performance of civil servants in BPKAD Karawang Regency. This research sample covered 52 civil servants in BPKAD Karawanng Regency. The results of multiple linear regression analysis found that training and motivation variables had a positive effect on employee performance. This study shows that job training has an influence on employee performance. Agency policies on improving good job training in a sustainable basis need to be done in order to maintain quality and improve employee performance. Keywords: training, motivation, performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational capabilities on the business performance of PT Senjaya Rejeki Mas Karawang. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. The number of samples used were 114 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique with the help of the SPSS version 18 application. The results of this study indicate that the organizational capabilities and business performance of PT Senjaya Rejeki Mas Karawang are currently good. And verifiably the results of this study show that organizational capability has a positive and significant effect on the business performance of PT Senjaya Rejeki Mas Karawang by 73.5%. While the remaining 26.5% comes from other factors not examined. Keywords: organizational capability, business performance

Abstract

Generation Z online shopping behavior trends tend to want convenience, practicality, and safety. The presence of a digital wallet introduces the public to a non-cash payment method that is practical, fast and profitable. In 2022 as many as 74% have used a digital wallet. This competition caused ShopeePay's position as a digital wallet provider to experience a decline with the presence of other digital wallets. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-customer loyalty mediated by e-customer satisfaction variables in Generation Z who use ShopeePay. The population that the researchers determined were Buana Perjuangan Karawang University students in the Management study program class of 2019 to 2021 who were born in 1997-2012 (Generation Z) and 166 ShopeePay users, while the sample used was 117 students who were analyzed using the PLS SEM (Structural) method. Equation Model) with Partial Least Square basis. The results that the researchers got confirmed that e-service quality has an effect on e-customer loyalty through e-customer satisfaction, e-service quality has no direct effect on e-customer loyalty, e-customer satisfaction has an effect on e-customer loyalty, and e -service quality affects e-customer satisfaction. Key words: e-Customer Loyalty, e-Service Quality, e-Customer Satisfaction, Gen Z, ShopeePay

Abstract

Employee performance, especially in government agencies, is one of the most important things to achieve the vision, mission and goals, so various efforts must be made for an institution such as the Karawang Regency Transportation Service in an effort to improve it. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Karawang District Transportation Office using a sample of 150 employees. Data was collected by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership and communication have a moderate and positive relationship. Partially, the influence of leadership on employee performance is 26.2% and the effect of communication on the performance of employees of the Karawang Regency Transportation Service is 23.3%. And simultaneously shows that leadership and communication on the performance of employees of the Karawang Regency Transportation Office are 49.5% and the remaining 50.5% are influenced by other factors not examined. Leadership provides the greatest contribution to the performance of employees of the Karawang District Transportation Office. Keywords: leadership, communication, performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and physical work environment on the work motivation of puskesmas employees in West Karawang District. The research method that will be used in this research is a quantitative research method. For data analysis used in research is descriptive statistics. In addition, the research method that will be used in this study is a research method based on the formulation of an associative problem or in more detail is a causal relationship. The population in this study were all employees of the Puskesmas in West Karawang District with a total of 134 people. The samples were taken based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, namely as many as 100 people (rounded up) which were considered to represent the existing population. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. While the analytical tools used are path analysis, T test (partial test), F test (simultaneous), the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service) software. The results showed that partially, competence had an effect on work motivation of 11.35% and the physical work environment had no significant effect on employee motivation at health centers in West Karawang District because it had an effect size of only 0.77%. Simultaneously, competence and physical work environment affect employee motivation at Community Health Centers in West Karawang District, Karawang Regency by 12.12%.
