Abstract

Logistics transportation manages and provides transportation facilities and infrastructure for smooth logistics distribution. Logistics activities or freight forwarding services refer to the management and distribution of logistics goods obtained from users, stored in logistics warehouses, sorted shipments, and transported and sent to the destination address. Logistics activities have an important role in a business company, but the important role of logistics transportation is also major in distributing goods. This activity aims to produce graduates of experts who are reliable and best in transportation and logistics and have a reputation for ready-to-use labor. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. The implementation of the training activities of the participants was no obstacle in conducting counseling, and the internet connection was not interrupted. In support of infrastructure, facilities are adequate, namely the availability of laptops or personal computers from participants so that all participants can take part in counseling optimally

Abstract

Vocational high school (SMK) students, as part of the younger generation with strong physical and mental potential, must be equipped with productive knowledge to become independent and not a burden to their families or the government. This community engagement activity focused on developing an entrepreneurial mindset by presenting successful and failed business case studies and strategies to build and sustain a business. The activity used interactive methods: lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions. These approaches created an engaging learning environment, encouraging students to ask questions and explore business topics more deeply. Lecturers from STIE Indonesia delivered contemporary business case studies, making the sessions relevant and intellectually engaging. Held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at SMK Tunas Markatin, Jakarta, the program resulted in high student enthusiasm and understanding of entrepreneurship. Students showed interest in generating creative business ideas and recognized the importance of business planning connected to their school subjects in economics and entrepreneurship. Success indicators included active participation during discussions, students’ ability to create basic business plans, and the school’s commitment to guiding students in continuing entrepreneurship development.

Abstract

Manajemen konflik dalam organisasi merupakan aspek krusial yang mempengaruhi dinamika kerja, produktivitas, dan hubungan antar individu. Konflik dapat timbul akibat perbedaan kepentingan, komunikasi yang kurang efektif, maupun ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas strategi manajemen konflik yang meliputi pendekatan kolaborasi, kompromi, kompetisi, penghindaran, dan akomodasi, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Dengan menerapkan strategi yang tepat, organisasi dapat mengelola konflik secara konstruktif sehingga meningkatkan kerja sama tim, inovasi, dan efektivitas operasional. Sebaliknya, konflik yang tidak terkelola dengan baik dapat menurunkan motivasi kerja, meningkatkan turnover karyawan, dan menghambat pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mendalam tentang manajemen konflik menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif.

Abstract

Many MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) entrepreneurs face difficulties in obtaining capital to run their businesses. This activity aims to provide counseling on how to apply for the People's Business Credit (KUR) for traders around the campus of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia in Jakarta. The community service was conducted at the Campus C Postgraduate School of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta on Thursday, May 9, 2024. The results of this activity showed an increase in traders' knowledge regarding capital, sales turnover, and profits. This program, which involves the provision of KUR loans, has a significant impact on increasing the income of traders, enabling them to develop their businesses and improve their economic welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap tingkat kreativitas karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan perasuransian di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert lima poin, dan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan tingkat kreativitas karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, tetapi juga mendorong munculnya ide-ide kreatif yang berkontribusi terhadap inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dalam memperkuat model hubungan motivasi dan kreativitas di lingkungan kerja, serta implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan asuransi untuk merancang strategi kompensasi yang berbasis kinerja dan penghargaan non-finansial guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan inovasi karyawan. Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a strategic alternative for improving the economic independence of high school graduates in facing limited employment opportunities and the high cost of higher education. This community service activity aimed to increase entrepreneurial literacy and motivation among students of SMA Al-Ghurabaa, East Jakarta. The program was implemented through interactive methods including lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, supported by real case studies of successful and unsuccessful business practices. The activity was conducted on November 14, 2025, at the SMA Al-Ghurabaa hall and involved active participation from students. The results showed a significant increase in students’ understanding of basic entrepreneurial concepts, business opportunities, and risk awareness. Students also demonstrated higher motivation, creativity, and interest in developing business ideas. This program indicates that structured entrepreneurial counseling can effectively foster students’ readiness to engage in entrepreneurial activities. It is expected that with continuous guidance from teachers and schools, students will be able to develop simple business plans and apply entrepreneurial skills in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how work stress and employee well-being impact career advancement. This study used a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires from one hundred active employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and SPSS. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on career development, while employee well­being had a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.465 indicates that work stress and employee well-being explain 46.5% of the variance in the career development variable. Other variables outside the study influence the remaining variables. High levels of work stress can hinder career development, but employee well-being plays a crucial role in enhancing career development. Therefore, organizations need to improve employee well-being and effectively manage work stress to support optimal career development and employee performance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator utama keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara, yang dalam konteks perekonomian terbuka sangat dipengaruhi oleh stabilitas nilai tukar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang diukur melalui laju pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) selama periode 2015–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal dan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear dengan model persamaan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar Rupiah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,043 dan koefisien regresi sebesar ?0,00014, sehingga mengindikasikan bahwa kecenderungan depresiasi nilai tukar berdampak pada perlambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan biaya impor, penurunan daya beli masyarakat, serta melemahnya aktivitas investasi. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,412 menunjukkan bahwa fluktuasi nilai tukar mampu menjelaskan 41,2% variasi pertumbuhan ekonomi, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor makroekonomi lainnya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya stabilitas nilai tukar Rupiah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang berkelanjutan
