Abstract

Sembalun Lawang Village is one of Mount Rinjani National Park (TNGR) entrances. This study aims to review the local participation of Sembalun Lawang in the management of climbing tourism of Rinjani National Park. This research employs descriptive methods with observation, interview, documentation, and literature studies. After the data is collected, the next step is to analyze the data using Miles and Huberman models; data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The results showed that community participation in managing the climbing of Rinjani National Park had partition differences at all stages. At the planning stage, the community has never been involved in identifying problems and decision-making due to the unaccountability of information of understandable climbing. The stage of community involvement is high as many people are interested in climbing tourism for businesses such as lodging businesses, climbing equipment rental businesses, restaurant businesses, souvenir businesses, service businesses (porters, guides, trekking organizers). Participation is classified, and some are not yet maximally applied.

Abstract

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, are vital to the region’s economy but continue to underutilize social media as a strategic marketing tool. This study investigates the impact of social media usage on marketing performance among SMEs, with a specific focus on the mediating role of marketing capabilities. Adopting a quantitative cross-sectional design, the research surveyed 179 food and beverage processing SMEs selected via stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a structured 5-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Findings reveal that social media usage significantly enhances marketing capabilities. Marketing capabilities significantly improve marketing performance. Social media has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. Marketing capabilities significantly mediate the relationship between social media and marketing performance. These results emphasize that marketing performance benefits more from capability development than from direct media usage. Social media serves as a strategic driver of SME marketing performance, particularly when coupled with strong marketing capabilities. Policymakers and SME practitioners are encouraged to prioritize digital training programs that strengthen strategic marketing competencies.

Abstract

The development of ICT-based learning media can improve the quality of learning. The availability of ICT-based learning media is still limited, while the Merdeka curriculum demands the application of ICT-based learning media in learning. Therefore, prospective teachers must be equipped to develop ICT-based learning media, one of which is learning videos. The type of research is a case study with 29 research subjects (students/prospective teachers) from the mathematics education study program at Malikusaleh University. Data collection is carried out through assessing learning videos made by students. Then, the assessment data is analyzed using a student skills analysis sheet in creating/designing a learning video. The assessment results show that students have reached the "Very Skilled" level in the indicators: the material is presented coherently and systematically, the language used is easy to understand, and the media delivery strategy makes it easier to understand and master the material. Students also reach the "Skilled" level in indicators: delivering material with correct intonation and precise articulation, learning the material presented, and having excellent and appropriate time management in providing the material. However, there are several differences in the results of assessing students' levels by the three assessors on the indicators: media used for the material taught, effective and efficient use of learning media, creativity in learning media and learning media used.
