Abstract

Liquidity is the company's ability to meet its maturing obligations. Companies are not only responsible for generating profits in their production activities but are also required to be able to fulfill their obligations to make payments when their obligations are due. A company that has a good level of liquidity will certainly run the company well and productively. This research was conducted on PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk, which is one of the companies engaged in the industry and distribution of food and beverage products. This study aims to determine the level of liquidity of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk in fulfilling its short-term obligations. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out by researchers using data from the financial statements of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2018-2021 obtained from www.idx.co.id, then analyzed using the liquidity ratio formula, namely the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio.The results of the research of PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk have a good level of liquidity and have the ability to meet their maturing obligations because the company has a liquidity level above 100% in 2018-2021 based on current ratio analysis, cash ratio and quick ratio. Despite having a good level of liquidity, the company needs to maintain its cash ratio so that the company does not experience difficulties in meeting its current obligations.

Abstract

The E-Wallet DANA service represents a breakthrough in leveraging current technological advancements to facilitate transactions across various digital products. It is designed with maximum security and user comfort, aiming to provide seamless convenience through its diverse service features. This study aims to examine the impact of promotion and user satisfaction on the loyalty of E-Wallet DANA users in Samarinda. A quantitative research method was employed, with 109 respondents selected as the sample using a Likert scale. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that promotion had no significant effect on user loyalty, while consumer satisfaction positively influenced the loyalty of E-Wallet DANA users.

Abstract

This study focuses on food ingredients, halal awareness, and halal certification variables related to the interest in buying halal food products from consumers in Samarinda. The aim is to determine the effect of food ingredients, Halal Awareness, and Halal Certificates on the interest in buying Halal Food Products and add the Satisfaction variable in moderating the three variables. This research method uses a quantitative approach; the data sources used are primary and secondary data, and the population used in this study is the people of Samarinda. The sampling technique for this study uses purposive sampling technique, which is a sample selection technique where an individual selects a sample based on personal assessments of several criteria such as Religious (Muslim and Muslimah) appropriate characteristics of sample members, Foodstuffs on Satisfaction are known to have a positive insignificant effect, Halal Awareness of Satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Halal Certificate on Satisfaction has a significant positive effect,Satisfaction and Interest in Buying Halal Products have a significant positive effect, Foodstuffs through Satisfaction on Interest in Buying Halal Products have a positive insignificant effect, Halal Awareness through Satisfaction and Interest in Buying Halal Products has a significant positive effect, Halal Certificate through Satisfaction on Interest in Buying Halal Products has a value of having a significant positive effect.

Abstract

One of the factors that cause turnover intention is job insecurity, where job insecurity is the emergence of feelings of insecurity to threats related to work. In addition, workload is also one of the factors that cause turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of job insecurity and workload partially and simultaneously on the turnover intention of employees of PT Saka Farma Laboratories. Primary data in this study were obtained from interviews and questionnaires filled out by respondents and observations made by researchers. The population in this study were 100 employees who worked at PT Saka Farma Laboratories and the number of samples used in this study were 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 30. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of PT Saka Farma Laboratories employees. Workload does not significantly affect the turnover intention of PT Saka Farma Laboratories employees. Job insecurity and workload variables together have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT Saka Farma Laboratories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh duta merek dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui niat pembelian produk kosmetik Barenbliss di Kota Samarinda, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui niat pembelian sebagai variabel perantara. Landasan teoritis penelitian ini meliputi manajemen pemasaran, duta merek, ulasan pelanggan online, niat pembelian, dan keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen Barenbliss. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 4.0 dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa duta merek dan ulasan pelanggan online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian. Duta merek memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara ulasan pelanggan online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, duta merek dan ulasan pelanggan online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui niat pembelian. Niat pembelian juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi pemasaran digital berbasis komunitas lokal berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan usaha kuliner tradisional di Indonesia. Di tengah digitalisasi yang cepat dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, pengusaha kuliner tradisional menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan daya saing sambil menjaga keaslian budaya. Dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan lima informan kunci—terdiri dari tiga pemilik usaha kuliner, satu influencer lokal, dan satu perwakilan pemerintah—penelitian ini menyelidiki peran kolaborasi komunitas, narasi digital, dan keterlibatan sosial dalam mempertahankan usaha kuliner tradisional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian diproses menggunakan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital berbasis komunitas meningkatkan visibilitas, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan ketahanan ekonomi lokal dengan memanfaatkan nilai-nilai bersama, modal sosial, dan narasi budaya. Bercerita tentang resep warisan dan kolaborasi dengan influencer lokal secara efektif membangun keaslian dan memperkuat kehadiran di pasar. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti literasi digital yang terbatas dan keterbatasan sumber daya, partisipasi komunitas mengompensasi hal tersebut dengan mendorong inklusivitas dan inovasi. Secara keseluruhan, pemasaran digital berbasis komunitas tidak hanya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi tetapi juga mempromosikan keberlanjutan budaya dan sosial, memastikan bahwa warisan kuliner tradisional Indonesia tetap relevan di era digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of video-based economic learning media. This research uses research and development research, using the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) development model. The subjects that will be used in this research are class X students at the Medan City Private High School, consisting of 30 students. The object of this research is video-based learning media for economics subject matter as a learning medium. Data analysis techniques are used to calculate a valid and practical scale of the products produced. The research results show that the development of video-based economic learning media consists of analyzing the curriculum, student needs, subject matter, and formulating objectives.
