Abstract

Pertanian merupakan kegiatan dalam usaha mengembangkan (Reproduksi) tumbuhan dan hewan dengan maksud agar tumbuh lebih baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Pertanian juga sebagai jenis usaha atau kegiatan ekonomi beberapa tanaman atau usahatani yang meliputi, tanaman pangan, holtikultura, perkebunan, perikanan dan kehutanan sebagai subsektor dari sektor pertanian. Pengembangan yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun-tahunsebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar dalam perekonomian penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi cabai merah. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petani yang menanam cabai merah pada musim tanam januari 2014 di Desa Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Bermani Ulu Kabupaten Rejang Lebong yang di lakukan dengan secara sengaja (Purposive).Pengambilan Sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode acak sederhana (Simpel Random Sampling) yaitu setiap populasimempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sebagai sampel. Jumlahnya sebanyak 30 orang petani cabai merah.Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi cabai merah di analisis dengan Cobb Douglash. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Produksi cabai merah di Desa Kampung Melayu Kabupaten Rejang Lebong adalah Jumlah Luas lahan (X1) , Jumlah Benih (X2), Jumlah Pupuk organik (X4), Jumlah Pupuk an organik (X5) dan Jumlah pestisida (X6), Sedangkan faktor yang tidak berpengaruh nyata adalah Jumlah tenaga kerja (X3),Berdasarkan penelitian yang telahdilakukan bahwa di Desa Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Bermani Ulu Kabupaten Rejang Lebong pada bulan saat penelitian harga cabai mengalami penurunan harga.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of agricultural extension services and post-harvest processing technology on farmers' income and farm business sustainability in rural Bandung Regency. A quantitative analysis of 160 farmers' responses, measured using a Likert scale, revealed that agricultural extension services significantly enhance farm sustainability and increase farmers' income. Similarly, post-harvest processing technology positively impacts both farm sustainability and income. These findings underscore the importance of these interventions in promoting sustainable agricultural development and improving farmers' livelihoods, highlighting the need for continuous investment in agricultural extension programs and the promotion of post-harvest technologies to support rural agricultural communities.

Abstract

Balita yang mengalami stunting di Kota bandung sebesar 25,8%. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah rendahnya ekonomi sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan sosial ekonomi dengan kejadian stunting. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan antara sosial ekonomi dengan kejadian stunting dengan nilai p=0,029, POR=2,653 (1,179-5,967). Keluarga dengan sosial ekonomi yang termasuk gakin berpeluang 2,6 kali lebih besar balitanya mengalami stunting dibandingkan dengan sosial ekonomi yang termasuk non gakin

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the influence of business strategy on consumer behavior, especially upper and middle class consumers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research data was collected through interviews, field observations and documentation. The research results show that the management team of SMEs must improve and adjust their business strategy, this is absolute and must be done immediately because the current business strategy is considered to no longer meet market expectations. This strategy must be adjusted, reviewed and refined over time to attract upper middle class consumers who seek an exclusive shopping experience while maintaining a level of product and price diversity. The research results also suggest that SME managers understand the differences in shopping behavior between the lower class who focus on efficiency and price, and the upper middle class who are not sensitive to price changes and focus more on a more personalized shopping experience. Changes in social structure and macroeconomic factors, such as increasing incomes and decreasing unemployment, also influence purchasing power and demand. Management must adapt by adjusting its offerings and infrastructure to meet the needs of different market segments and be able to respond quickly to changes in social structure and demand which can be very varied and fluctuating.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of organic seedling availability, sustainable agriculture practices, and water management on the yields of organic farms in Bandung Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 230 organic farmers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results reveal that all three factors significantly and positively affect farm yields. Water management had the strongest influence, followed by organic seedling availability and sustainable agriculture practices. These findings highlight the critical role of resource management in enhancing the productivity of organic farms. The study suggests that improving access to organic seedlings, promoting sustainable farming techniques, and investing in efficient water management systems can lead to better farm performance and sustainability. The research offers practical insights for policymakers and agricultural stakeholders seeking to optimize organic farming in the region.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between marketing creativity, product quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty in coffee micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Banyuwangi. Using a quantitative approach with 145 samples and data analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS), the study investigates how marketing creativity and product quality influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results show that both marketing creativity and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction, with product quality having a stronger impact on customer loyalty. The findings highlight the critical role of creative marketing strategies and high-quality products in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction, suggesting that coffee MSMEs in Banyuwangi should prioritize these factors to sustain competitive advantage.

Abstract

Abstrak Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui edukasi dan monitoring kepada masyarakat adat Bena bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan terkait teknologi digital. Tim pengabdi dalam hal ini akademisi berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat adat bersama-sama memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dengan tetap melestarikan adat yang ada. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan survei dan koordinasi dengan Perangkat Kampung Megalith Bena terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat adat, Kemudian menyusun tim pengabdian masyarakat dan mengurus perijinan dengan perangkat desa. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan edukasi dan monitoring masyarakat adat Bena. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yaitu literasi digital masyarakat adat Bena mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan konten lokal terutama terkait kebudayaan di Kampung Bena seperti kegiatan menenun khas kampung Bena. Edukasi dan monitoring yang diberikan mewujudkan Desa adat yang adaptif terhadap era teknologi. Kata Kunci: Kolaborasi, masyarakat adat, akademisi, teknologi digital Abstract Community Service Activities through socialization and direct practice to the community by establishing a waste bank and managing waste based on the 3R principle aims to educate the community about the urgency of waste management in creating a clean and healthy environment. This activity was carried out in one of the villages in East Java, precisely in Trewung Village, Grati District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. This activity began with a survey and coordination with the Trewung Village apparatus regarding the waste problems faced by the community. Then form a community service team and ask for permission from the Trewung Village Government, as well as implementing socialization by educating the community through socialization activities and implementing the establishment of a waste bank and waste management based on the 3R principle. The results of this community service activity are that the Trewung Village community is more educated and increasingly understands the importance of overcoming waste problems through the utilization of waste that can have economic value and proper waste management based on the 3R principle. This activity helps the community by socializing the importance of instilling a culture that creates a clean and healthy environment. Keywords: Waste bank, 3R, Independent village

Abstract

This research was conducted in early February 2025 until the end of March 2025. This study aims to: 1. Determine the internal and external factors carried out by the Bay Tat Farinfarel Cake MSME business in Batu Panco Village, Rejang Lebong Regency in increasing sales. 2. Determine the right alternative marketing strategy by the Bay Tat Farinfarel Cake business in Batu Panco Village, North Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency to increase marketing. Determination of respondents in this study used the judgment sampling method/based on considerations in accordance with the objectives of the study, namely to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats so that alternative marketing strategies for Bay Tat Farinfarel cakes would be obtained. Where the research respondents were Budiyanto MSME business actors in Batu Panco Village. The methods used in this study were SWOT analysis, IFE analysis, EFE. The results of this study are that the best marketing strategy alternative that can be applied by Mr. Budiyanto in increasing the marketing of bay tat products is S-O (Strengths - Opportunities) as follows: a). Utilizing product quality to increase demand for processed bay tat cake products to meet the great public interest in consuming them. b). Utilizing BPOM processing and hygiene standards to attract public interest in consuming bay tat products

Abstract

This research was conducted in December 2024 to January 2025. This study aims to: 1) the condition of internal and external factors of rice farming in Rejang Lebong Regency 2) Determine alternative strategies for developing rice farming in Rejang Lebong Regency. . The method used in this study is IFE, EFE, and SWOT Matrix Analysis. Respondents selected for the provision of weights and ratings for the IFE and EFE matrices are parties who are competent in research and experts in their fields. The population of this study were stakeholders involved in the agricultural sector of the Rejang Lebong Regency Food Security Service, Lecturers at Pat Petulai University and the Rejang Lebong Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The sampling method was carried out intentionally (Purposive Sampling) with a total of 5 people in each District. In the analysis of internal factors, the IFE matrix analysis showed that the total score obtained was 3.03 while the score results from the internal factors obtained a score of 3.10. The difference between internal factors between strengths and weaknesses obtained a difference of 1.03 and an external factor difference of 0.60, so the SWOT quadrant of the position of rice farming in Rejang Lebong Regency is in an Aggressive strategy condition.

Abstract

This study was conducted in April 2025 to Mid-May 2025. This study aims to: Analyze the impact of coffee price fluctuations on demand in Rejang Lebong. Determination of respondents in this study using the Accidental sampling method. The method used in this study is Quantitative. The results of this study are that the impact of coffee price fluctuations on coffee demand in Rejang Lebong Regency is that there is an influence of the impact of coffee price fluctuations on coffee demand in Rejang Lebong Regency, especially in Selupu Rejang District, with an amount of 13.1%. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that the Coffee Price Fluctuation value is constant or remains at 30,418. and the value of the regression direction coefficient/b (X) is 0.515 which is positive, meaning that coffee price fluctuations increase by one (1) unit, then demand will increase by 0.515. So there is a Significance value of the Fluctuation Variable of 2,050> 1,703 So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the coffee price fluctuation variable has an effect on demand in Rejang Lebong Regency, especially in Selupu Rejang District.
