Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebesar 82 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4.030 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1.991 atau nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < alpha (0.05). Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4.954 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1.991 atau nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < alpha (0.05). Promosi penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3.593 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1.991 atau nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < alpha (0.05). Kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 43.563 > nilai Ftabel sebesar 2.720 atau nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < alpha (0.05).

Abstract

PT. Eka Sari Lorena (PT ESL) is a service company engaged in the delivery of goods or packages. The accounting information system is an important part of the goods delivery process for the company. The purpose of this article is to analyze PT ESL's goods delivery accounting information system. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations with related parties to find out directly about the practices of PT ESL's goods delivery accounting information system. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that PT ESL's goods delivery travel accounting information system is still not effective and functional. The first is that the number of goods sent has fluctuated in recent years, and the second is that there are constant errors when sending goods so that the target for sending goods is not achieved
