Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat faktor dari pengaruh pengawasan, pelatihan, serta kedisiplinan kerja pada prestasi kerja karyawan di Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 39 responden. Hasil pengujian t parsial menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengawasan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, aspek pelatihan dan disiplin kerja masing-masing menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Hasil pengujian F simultan memperlihatkan bahwa kombinasi ketiga variabel pengawasan, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Adjusted R-Square mencapai 0,416 atau 41,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,6% perubahan kinerja pegawai dapat diterangkan melalui ketiga variabel penelitian, sementara 58,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dikaji dalam studi ini.

Abstract

This community service aims to educate that collaborating in entrepreneurship is important. This PKM took place in Parapat Village, Simalungun Regency, and the method used was by means of lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. It was explained that there are many ways to collaborate in developing a business or as an entrepreneur. In this meeting, a discussion was held so that the business being carried out and its problems were known. Finally, it was discovered that the most common problem lately was business capital and the need for local government support to support and protect the business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Job Insecurity, Burnout and Reward on Turnover Intention of CV REQUEL HFS Medan employees. The main problem in this study is the high level of employee turnover intentions which is suspected to be triggered by a sense of insecurity in work and high work fatigue. The population in this study were all 40 employees of CV REQUEL HFS Medan. The sampling technique used saturated sampling (census), where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study partially showed that Job Insecurity had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a sig value of 0.021 <0.05, Burnout had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Reward had no significant effect on Turnover Intention with a sig value of 0.244>0.05. Simultaneously Job Insecurity, Burnout and Reward had a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The coefficient of determination (R2) value shows that 64.3% of the Turnover Intention variable is influenced by the three independent variables, while the remaining 35.7% is explained by other variables outside this study.
