Abstract

ABSTRAK In a organization, good of education organization and also other organization, human resource represent central factor and very required by a[n organization. Without existence of human resource, organizational will not mean something. Therefore, human resource require to be managed by professional so that organization can expand productively, and employees can work better. Employees performance influenced by various factor, for example: activity environment, leadership, activity motivation, as well as activity discipline. Activity discipline represent conscious attitude or readiness a employees to do and adhere specified orders. Employees with activity discipline which is good to be expected can execute and finish work becoming its responsibility effectively and efficient and also on time. As for discipline management strategy shall be as follows 1) its clear Decision formula, its sensible order, publicized, and run neglectlessly 2) Its fair execution by using enunciated law and commemoration 3) Leadership of accomodated supervision at discipline orders 4) uniform and fair execution. Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar belum optimal dikarenakan penggunaan pada media digital oleh pendidik belum sesuai dengan materi yang telah diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis abad 21 dalam penggunaan media digital pada pembelajaran IPA di SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka (Library Research). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data ini mencakup analisis sumber data dari jurnal nasional dan internasional selama lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian mencakup pendidik dan peserta didik yang menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan kemampuan berpikir kritis abad 21 dalam penggunaan media digital pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di sekolah dasar. Media pembelajaran digital yaitu Powtoon, Kahoot!, Quizziz, PowerPoint, dan Video Scribe. Dalam menunjang pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui alat pendukung seperti penggunaan media teknologi yang mendidik berbentuk game, video, youtube, macromedia/adobe flash, bacaan lucu berbasis digital, e-book, flipbook, website pendidikan dan penggunan aplikasi belajar melalui ruang guru, kelas pintar, dan Quipper sebagai sarana untuk menciptakan minat belajar generasi masa depan.

Abstract

Education is designed with a pleasant atmosphere to achieve learning objectives. This is intended to create active, potential, and morally upright students, because education is the most important means of improving human resources. One of the subjects in elementary school is mathematics because it is related to everyday life. However, most students consider mathematics a difficult subject, resulting in low learning interest. This study aims to increase interest in learning mathematics in second-grade students at SDN 153 Pekanbaru. This study used classroom action research (CAR) with a quantitative approach. The subjects who became respondents in this study were second-grade students at SDN 153 Pekanbaru. The subjects were in the very high category, which increased significantly from 2.7 to 4.7. This study shows that the application of puzzle games as a learning medium successfully increased interest in learning mathematics for students. This puzzle game also sharpens brain intelligence, thinking skills, and serves as a reminder for children.

Abstract

his study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effects of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum on the level of student discipline in the third grade at Al-Falah Teratak Islamic School. The discipline in learning is a crucial aspect that plays a role in the success of the learning process, thus it is necessary to analyze the impact of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum on the attitudes and behaviors of students' discipline. This research employs a quantitative method with survey as the research design. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 33 third-grade students who were divided into two classroom groups, namely 3A with a total of 17 students and 3B with a total of 16 students. The data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods and correlation tests to evaluate the relationship between the Merdeka Curriculum and the level of learning discipline. The research findings have demonstrated that the Independent Curriculum has a significant and “positive” impact on study discipline, with a percentage of 49%. This is observed through the high level of student awareness in adhering to rules and consistency in learning. The Merdeka Curriculum contributes 25% to the learning discipline (R Square = 0.250), placing it in the "moderate" category. This discovery indicates that the Independent Curriculum has the ability to encourage students to be more responsible and disciplined in the learning process. This study recommends that schools continue to maximize the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum to sustainably enhance the quality of students' learning discipline.

Abstract

Teachers have a very crucial position in the education process. They also function as supporters for students. The main task of teachers is to educate, teach, guide, train, assess, and monitor students. In addition, teachers have an important responsibility in developing the curriculum, namely determining the direction and objectives of the lessons taught, as well as designing strategies to develop, evaluate, and compile a curriculum that is in accordance with the learning needs and characteristics of students. Because of this important role, teachers need to be ready to implement the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study was to find out. 1.) How is the readiness of teachers at SDIT Arrabani Pekanbaru in implementing the Independent Curriculum? 2.) What are the challenges and difficulties faced by teachers at SDIT Arrabani Pekanbaru in implementing the independent curriculum? This researcher applies a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. This study focused on the principal of SDIT Arrabani Pekanbaru, the deputy head of curriculum, and teachers for grades 1 to 4 at SDIT Arrabani Pekanbaru through data collection techniques that include interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed through the following steps: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, 4) drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a less conducive learning atmosphere in class III of MI Al-Birra Pekanbaru City, such as crowded students, narrow classes, and lack of focus in learning. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher strategies in classroom management that can create an orderly and comfortable learning atmosphere. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers apply strategies such as compiling class rules together, flexible seating arrangements, using ice breakers, as well as active learning and individual approaches. Teachers also establish positive communication with students, involve them in setting class rules, and resolve conflicts peacefully. School support is seen in the form of supervision, training, and provision of learning facilities. The use of learning media, including digital technology, also supports the creation of a conducive class. The conclusion of this study is that effective classroom management strategies play an important role in creating a comfortable, orderly learning atmosphere that supports active student participation, and has a positive impact on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of disciplinary character through intraculicular-based educational activities in Grade IV at MI Uways Al Qorni Pekanbaru. The primary focus of this research is the implementation of daily religious activities, namely congregational Duha prayer, morning dhikr, and collective recitation of daily prayers. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that these intraculicular activities are consistently carried out every morning before the start of the learning process, which positively contributes to the formation of students’ discipline. Students become more organized in managing their time, develop self-awareness in fulfilling their obligations, and demonstrate responsibility and perseverance in following school rules. Thus, the implementation of integrated religious activities within the intraculicular program proves effective in instilling disciplinary values from an early age.

Abstract

Each individual and student has a unique environment and background. This environment influences the development of character and self-confidence. However, many children in Indonesia still experience a lack of self-confidence. In fact, Indonesian children experience a crisis of confidence, despite possessing extraordinary talents. A child's lack of self-confidence will impact their learning process and adaptation to their new environment. Observations indicate that many students at MI Al-Ikhwan Tandun still have low self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine the group's efforts to increase children's self-confidence, to identify factors contributing to low and high self-confidence, and to identify teachers' challenges in fostering self-confidence. This study is a qualitative field research study. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results identified various efforts made by teachers, including providing motivation and appreciation to students. However, teachers also face challenges such as unstable student moods and limited infrastructure. And there are several factors that influence the level of self-confidence in children.

Abstract

Civics subjects develop three important domains in students, namely: attitudes, skills and knowledge. One of the instruments in learning that contributes to developing these three domains is learning resources. One of the learning resources relevant to PPKn is the local wisdom of the Indonesian people. This study aims to explore Sasak local wisdom that can be used as a learning resource and its relevance to junior high school PPKn material. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The type of research is classified as ethnograpy research. Data collection was carried out using interview and documentation techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using an interactive model consisting of: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that all junior high school PPKn materials are relevant to Sasak local wisdom. That is, every junior high school PPKn material can use Sasak local wisdom as a learning resource. The form of relevance consists of two types, namely; content relevance (substantive) and value relevance (valuative). Substantive relevance means that Sasak local wisdom is relevant to junior high school PPKn material. The valuative relevance means that the values in Sasak local wisdom are relevant to the values in PPKn junior high school. So, it can be concluded that Sasak local wisdom can be a learning resource for junior high school in PPKn subject that can develop students' knowledge and character.
