Abstract

This study aims to determine sharia banking performance after the merger of Sharia Banks and Covid 19 pendemi by looking at the influence of NPF, FDR, BOPO, and CAR financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in the Period 2011-2020. This research uses quantitative research method with population in this research is all sharia commercial banks in Indonesia period 2011-2020. Data collection is done by library method from journal, article, or literature related to the required data, and documentation method of sharia commercial bank implementation report in question as well as data from OJK website. The research method used is a statistical descriptive test, descriptive test by analyzing ROA through ROA implementation report using content analysis method, classic assumption test, some regression test. Results show that the variables NPF, FDR, BOPO, and CAR are simultaneously financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Simultaneously, the variables of NPF, FDR, BOPO and CAR have a significant impact on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Based on the amount adjusted R2 is 0.979 which means that 97.9% of financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks is influenced by independent variables, while 02.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Car partially had an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Partially, NPF has an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Partially BOPO has a significant negative effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Partially, FDR has an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of coffee exported by  companies in North Sumatra, tobacco managed by regional companies and private companies managed in North Sumatra and to know the export of natural rubber latex carried out by companies in North Sumatra. The analysis method used is multiple linear regressionanalysis, with time series secondary data starting from 2001 to 2015. The independent variables used are coffee exports (X1), tobacco exports (X2), and exports of natural rubber latex (X3) while the dependent variable is Export (Y). The results obtained are: coffee export variables have a negative and significant effect on exports in North Sumatra, while the export variables of tobacco and naturalrubber sap exports have a positive and significant effect on exports in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Financial performance as a measuring instrument to know the process of implementing financial resources owned by the company. The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the banking sector, resulting in poor financing due to debtors' disbursements as a result of the large number of people losing their jobs and difficulties in financing payments. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of Islamic Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic, using records of annual financial statements from 2011 to 2020 through Multiple Linear Regression testing and linearity testing of the model used ramsey test. As a result of this study, the results of the t test found that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) had a positive and significant effect on financial performance (ROA) while Not Performing Financing (NPF) had a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance (ROA). Furthermore, simultaneously capital adequacy ratio (CAR), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Not Performing Financing (NPF) significantly influenced the financial performance (ROA) of Sharia banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Urgensi Kebijakan KUHP sangat penting karena berperan dalam menjaga ketertiban dan keadilan di masyarakat Indonesia. Sejak diberlakukan pada tahun 1918, KUHP telah menjadi dasar utama penegakan hukum pidana. Beberapa revisi telah dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan keadilan yang kompleks. Sebagai landasan hukum yang mengatur tindak pidana dan hukumannya, KUHP memiliki peran vital dalam memelihara ketertiban dan menegakkan keadilan. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan hukum pidana dalam KUHP memiliki urgensi yang tak dapat diabaikan, mengingat dampaknya yang sangat mendalam dalam menjaga kedamaian dan keadilan bagi seluruh warga negara Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of E-Commerce and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on Indonesia's Economic Growth in the 2019-2023 period. Using quantitative descriptive research methods with timeseries secondary data analyzed via SPSS software, this research tests three main hypotheses: the significant influence of E-Commerce on economic growth, the significant influence of the Rupiah Exchange Rate on economic growth, and the simultaneous influence of E-Commerce and the Rupiah Exchange Rate to economic growth. The analysis results show that individually, E-Commerce does not have a significant influence on economic growth, with a sig value of 0.689 (>0.05). Meanwhile, the Rupiah Exchange Rate shows a significant and negative influence on economic growth, with a sig value of 0.022 (<0.05), which means that Rupiah depreciation tends to reduce economic growth. Simultaneously, these two variables show a significant influence on economic growth with a sig value of 0.038 (<0.05) and an R² of 0.962, indicating that the combination of these two variables can explain 96.2% of the variability in Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of Six Sigma in improving the quality of academic services in educational institutions. The method used is a literature study, with the data collection stage which includes analysis of various references related to the implementation of Six Sigma in the academic sector. With this approach, it is hoped that it can provide a comprehensive understanding of the contribution of Six Sigma in creating more efficient and measurable service processes. The research results show that implementing Six Sigma can increase efficiency, reduce administrative problems, and meet student needs more effectively. A data-driven approach allows identifying appropriate solutions, such as updating academic information systems or improving coordination between staff, that have a positive impact on student satisfaction as well as the efficiency of the institution's work. The successful implementation of Six Sigma not only improves the quality of academic services but also strengthens the reputation of educational institutions. A more efficient process creates a more productive and quality academic environment, supports student development, and produces superior human resources who are ready to compete in the future.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is an approach that focuses on the active involvement of students in the learning process through real projects. This study aims to optimize the implementation of the PjBL model in improving the skills of Vocational High School (SMK) students, both in terms of technical skills (hard skills) and non-technical skills (soft skills). The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies in several vocational schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. The results of the study indicate that optimal implementation of PjBL can improve students' understanding of concepts, problem-solving skills, and collaboration and communication skills. In addition, challenges in implementing PjBL include limited facilities, teacher readiness, and the need for industry support in project development. Therefore, synergy between schools, industry, and government is needed to increase the effectiveness of PjBL in equipping students with skills relevant to the world of work.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mempengaruhi semakin mudahnya hubungan antar manusia, suku bangsa dan negara dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Dengan cara perkenalan melalui internet dan berkenalan saat berlibur dapat membawa pasangan berbeda kewarganegaraan ke dalam hubungan pertemanan hingga pernikahan. Pernikahan merupakan sebuah ikatan yang menunjukkan hubungan antara seorang pria dan wanita. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya kecocokan satu sama lain. Di Indonesia, terdapat kasus-kasus pernikahan beda kewarganegaraan, dimana kedua belah pihak memiliki kewarganegaraan yang berbeda. Menurut Pasal 57 Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan menyatakan bahwa “Perkawinan campuran adalah perkawinan antara dua orang yang di Indonesia tunduk pada hukum yang berlainan, karena perbedaan kewarganegaraan dan salah satu pihak berkewarganegaraan Indonesia.” Perkawinan beda kewarganegaraan seringkali menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi sebelum menikah maupun setelah menikah. Masalah yang sering terjadi adalah gegar budaya dan perubahan kewarganegaraan. Pernikahan dengan WNA memang memiliki banyak tantangan seperti perbedaan budaya, dimana pasangan harus saling mengerti dan memahami latar belakang masing-masing, komunikasi juga dapat menjadi tantangan tersendiri, terutama jika terdapat perbedaan bahasa. Begitu juga dengan aturan hukum, setiap negara memiliki aturan hukum yang berbeda dan bervariasi. Namun, menikah dengan orang asing juga memiliki keuntungan seperti keragaman dan kekayaan budaya. Dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial adalah kunci untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dan membangun hubungan yang harmonis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V di SDN Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru Sidoarjo, khususnya pada materi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) mengenai rantai makanan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang menarik, salah satunya adalah media Wordwall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas pendidik, aktivitas peserta didik, serta respon peserta didik terhadap penerapan media Wordwall dalam pembelajaran IPAS pada materi rantai makanan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru Sidoarjo, dan yang terpilih sebagai sampel adalah peserta didik kelas V-D yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta angket untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pendidik dan peserta didik selama pembelajaran dengan media Wordwall tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik. Guru mampu mengelola pembelajaran dengan interaktif, dan peserta didik menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif selama proses belajar berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil angket, seluruh peserta didik menyatakan bahwa mereka merasa senang dan lebih tertarik saat mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan media Wordwall. Media ini dinilai mampu mengurangi kejenuhan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media Wordwall pada materi rantai makanan memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Media ini dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar
