Salah satu kompenen tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah adalah kedisiplinan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti pada siswa kelas IX.6 SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru diketahui bahwa tingkat kedisiplinannya rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari siswa yang datang ke sekolah tidak tepat waktu, tidak mengerjakan PR, tidak menggunakan atribut dengan lengkap dan keluar masuk kelas ketika proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung. Konseling realita merupakan alternatif pemecahan masalah untuk membentuk dan meningkatkan kembali kedisiplinan siswai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IX.6 SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru pada semester genap tahun pembelajaran 2020/2021 dengan sampel penelitian 9 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah penerapan konseling realita dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan pada siswa kelas IX.6SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil observasi kedisiplinan siswa sebelum penerapan konseling realita adalah kategori rendah. Padasiklus I hasil observasi kedisiplinan siswa adalah kategori sedang. Padasiklus II hasil observasi kedisiplinan siswa adalah kategori tinggi

Di zaman serba digital saat ini, proses memperoleh informasi tentang dunia pekerjaan menjadi semakin mudah, tetapi dibalik kemudahan mencari informasi tersebut, tidak diikuti dengan ketersediaan tempat bekerja yang sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Imbasnya adalah timbul persaingan yang sangat ketat bagi para calon pekerja. Untuk perusahaan, hal seperti ini tentu sangat menguntungkan, karena perusahaan bisa dengan leluasa memilih karyawan terbaiknya. Sementara bagi para calon pekerja yang tidak diterima atau tersingkir dari persaingan tadi, bila tidak ditangani dengan baik akan timbul satu angkatan baru atau yang biasa kita sebut dengan pengangguran. Di tengah kegaduhan ekonomi tadi, maka muncul HNI-HPAI sebuah gerakan bisnis baru, yang fokus utama dari gerakan bisnis ini, menciptakan sebuah kesadaran tentang pentingnya menggunakan produk-produk yang jelas kehalalannya. Di tengah pandemi yang melanda saat ini, banyak bisnis yang gulung tikar dan memberhentikan para karyawannya. Sementara di HNI-HPAI banyak orang mampu bertahan dan sukses dalam menjalankan bisnis ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan tingkat adversity quotient berdasarkan pangkat pada member HNI-HPAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji anova sebagai teknik analisis data. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 93 member HNI-HPAI, dengan menyebarkan skala adversity quotient melalui google form. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat adversity quotient, ditinjau dari pangkat ke agenan HNI-HPAI. Yang mana terjadi perbedaan yang cukup signifikan dari member berpangkat tertinggi dengan member berpangkat terendah. Selain itu,hasil dari kategorisasi diketahui rata-rata member HNI-HPAI memiliki tingkat adversity quotient yang sedang.

This article aims to present how the study of Minangkabau history can be utilized as a tool to enhance student motivation for learning. The research was conducted at the West Sumatra Islamic Institute (IAI Sumbar). A qualitative methodology was employed in this study to assess the extent to which students' understanding of the historical experiences and perceptions relating to the study of history impacts their motivation to learn. Participants in this research were students at IAI Sumatera Barat who were engaged in the study of Minangkabau history. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. The research findings indicate that the study of Minangkabau history has a positive impact on student motivation to learn. It was observed that a deep understanding of the cultural heritage and the struggles of their ancestors in the historical study has ignited a sense of pride and cultural identity among the students. This, in turn, has sparked their interest in delving deeper into the learning materials and broadening their knowledge of local history and culture. Furthermore, the study of history is also regarded as a source of inspiration in overcoming academic challenges and cultivating perseverance in learning. In conclusion, this research suggests that the use of Minangkabau history studies as a pedagogical approach plays a significant role in building student motivation to learn at IAI Sumatera Barat.

The research examines the problems of students who procrastinate both in working and Complete tasks even when time approaches deadline but still do not submit the task caused by spending more Some time to play smartphones. This study aims to determine the degree of addiction relationship Smartphones with academic procrastination of class students VIII. The method used is quantitative. Design The research taken in this study is correlation. The subjects used in this study amounted to 64 students class VIII Determination of samples used in research by using proportionate stratified technique random sampling. Measuring instruments used in this study is a scale made by the researcher himself which refers to the smartphone addiction scale and scale academic procrastination. Data analysis techniques that Used in this study is normality test, test linearity, and hypothesis testing. Results of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between smartphone addiction and procrastination academic in students. Then it can be concluded that The heavier the smartphone addiction, the higher academic procrastination of students, and vice versa The lighter the smartphone addiction, the more low academic procrastination of students.

Pelatihan ini merupakan program dari Dosen Institut Agama Islam Sumatera Barat dalam mengabdikan diri kepada masyarakat serta berbagi keilmuan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada masyarakat Nagari Kuranji Hulu Sungai Sirah Kecamatan Sungai Geringging Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil jual beli dan usaha masyarakat kecil, sehingga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat di era milenial sekarang. Metode penyampaian materi pengabdian dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi dengan dukungan projektor, Laptop dan Powerpoint untuk persentasi materi dari narasumber. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan, bahwa pemahaman materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dari 4 orang, maka 30% merasa puas dan 70% merasa sangat puas. Sedangkan dari segi motivasi peningkatan usaha, 80% masyarakat ingin memodifikasi jualannya untuk lebih baik sekali,12% masyarakat ingin meningkatkan usaha kepada online dan 8% masyarakat tetap dengan jualan sebelumnya. Hal ini, berdasarkan pemahaman masyarakat yang kurang memahami dalam penggunaan internet, sosial media maupun gadjet.

This study aims to determine the impact of the fun tahfidz camp program on emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior in children at SDIT Daarul Faalah Pariaman City. This research is qualitative research using a case study approach to find out more deeply and in detail about a problem or phenomenon under study. The subjects in this study were 3 (three) parents whose children behaved aggressively and attended the fun tahfidz camp program. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling which is a subjective or selective assessment sampling of the subject. Furthermore, data collection uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of research conducted on 3 (three) subjects and 3 informants, namely parents of children who behave aggressively and 1 (one) informant, namely the teacher (coordinator) of the fun tahfidz camp program at SDIT Darul Faalah Pariaman. This research result show that the fun tahfidz camp program has a positive impact on emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior in children. The increase in emotional intelligence is reflected in changes in children's attitudes and their ability to recognize, express and manage emotions better. This is also reflected in the way they interact with peers, and are able to establish good relationships. In this fun tahfidz camp program, children are taught religious values, positive interactions, self-reflection, mabid (bina taqwa night), watching motivational films together and fun group activities so that children can learn and apply alternative ways to solve problems or conflicts.This shows that this fun tahfidz camp not only focuses on spiritual aspects such as memorizing the Qur'an and reciting the Quran, but also includes social and emotional aspects that are important for child development.

Autism is a disorder classified based on a specific set of behaviors related to social communication and the type of behavior that is restricted or repetitive. Because this limited and repetitive behavior makes children with autism experience difficulties in their daily lives, namely a lack of independent ability. This research aims to determine the parenting patterns used by parents who have children with autism as well as the inhibiting and encouraging factors experienced by parents in forming the independence of children with autism. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were parents of children with autism whose independent abilities were quite good. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the parenting style applied by the research subjects tends to be authoritative parenting. This is characterized by providing direction and guidance from parents. Parents also provide opportunities for children to develop and direct themselves to be more responsible with their behavior. This is proven by parents not immediately helping children when they experience difficulties but rather parents giving directions first. Parents provide rewards and punishment to develop independence in children. In addition, there is parental control that is not rigid and parents are consistent in working on independence for children with autism.
