Abstract

Agricultural goods which include capital goods can be in the form of money, land, fertilizer, investment in machinery. Credit acts as a capital increase to finance production inputs so that producers can increase their products at a higher level, chili is one of the commodities that have bright prospects to increase farmers' income. in the area. The sampling technique using the accidental sampling technique is a sampling technique based on chance, ie anyone who meets by chance with the researcher can be used as a sample, if the farmer met is suitable as a data source Because the population is too large and the author has limited time, funds, and energy, the sample in this study was deliberately determined, namely 30 respondents from all cayenne pepper farmers who use credit for their agriculture. The analysis technique is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, where the data is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate the regression coefficient of equity (X1) -493 has a negative effect on changes in income levels, but not significant. The regression coefficient for agricultural credit loans (X2) 566 has a positive and significant effect on changes in income levels. From the results of the calculation of the regression coefficient of land area (X3) 183,866 that the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable X3 (land area) on changes in the income level of chili farmers has a positive effect. The conclusion of this study is that chili farmers who make credit loans are expected to build or increase the income and welfare level of their debtors from the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu akibat yang muncul dari keadaan kekurangan zat gizi yangberlangsung lama. Salah satu dari zat gizi tersebut adalah kalsium yang banyak dihasilkandengan konsumsi susu sapi segar. Konsumsi susu sapi segar dan asupan kalsium yang defisitakan berdampak pada terhambatnya pertumbuhan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara konsumsi susu sapi segar danasupan kalsium dengan Stunting Pada Anak Usia 7-9 Tahun Di SDN 3 Urutsewu KecamatanAmpel, Kabupaten Boyolali.Penelitian ini merupakan studi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh siswa yang berumur 7-9 tahun di SDN 3 UrutsewuKecamatan Ampel, Kabupaten Boyolali. Didapatkan sampel 77 anak dengan metode totalsampling. Cara pengambilan data menggunakan microtoice dan FFQ semi kuantitatif.Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji pearson product moment (α= 0,05).Hasil penelitian ini adalah : konsumsi susu sapi segar paling banyak dalam kategori tinggiyaitu sebanyak (53,24%), kategori rendah (46,74%). Asupan kalsium paling banyak dalamkategori kurang yaitu sebanyak (46,74%), kategori cukup (35,06%), kategori lebih (18,20%).Stunting sebanyak 48 siswa (62,33%) dan tidak stunting 29 siswa (37,66%). Ada hubunganantara konsumsi susu sapi segar dengan stunting (p= 0,0001, r= 0,428). Ada hubungan antaraasupan kalsium dengan stunting (p =0,0001, r= 0,595).Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara konsumsi susu sapi segar dan asupan kasiumdengan stunting pada anak usia 7-9 tahun di SDN 3 Urutsewu, Kec. Ampel, Kab. Boyolali.

Abstract

Chili is one of the leading national vegetable commodities and has quite high economic value. The need for red cayenne pepper continues to increase every year in line with the increasing population and the development of industries that need raw cayenne pepper. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost, income and efficiency of cayenne pepper farming in Cigalontang District. Research respondents were 30 farmers. The results showed the revenue of cayenne pepper farming in Cigalontang Subdistrict amounted to Rp 130,733,510/ha/year, cash costs Rp 69,582,450/ha/year, and a total cost of Rp 73,765,150. The cayenne pepper farming is advantageous from the income of Rp  61,151,060. The efficiency of cayenne farming from cash costs is 1.88 and from a total cost of 1.77.

Abstract

The mapping of the potential areas for Robusta coffee in Ciamis regency is done as an effort to develop superior commodities in the plantation sector. This study aims to identify the area of Robusta coffee production base and its distribution characteristics in Ciamis regency. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series data starting from 2017-2019. The analysis used is the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, locality analysis and specialization analysis. Based on the results of calculations using the robusta coffee production indicator, it can be seen that the base area for the Robusta coffee commodity in Ciamis district is in 13 out of 26 sub-districts. Robusta coffee farming activities are not localized in an area but spread across several districts and do not specialize in robusta coffee farming.

Abstract

Pengabdian dilakukan pada kelompok tani Karya Mukti yang merupakan salah satu kelompok tani yang menjadi pembudidaya ikan nila, yang berlokasi di Desa Cibuniasih, Kecamatan Pancatengah, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah penerapan teknologi bioflok pada kelompok tani Karya Mukti, penerapan teknologi bioflok dapat menambah pengetahuan dan inovasi baru, sehingga penerapan bioflok ini mampu mengahsilkan produktifitas yang tinggi pada lahan sempit dengan kepadatan tebar ikan nila yang cukup tinggi. Sehingga memudahkan proses budidaya ikan nila dengan meminimalisir penggantian air serta kebutuhan pakan berkurang dengan efektifitas pencernaan dan ketersediaan flok sebagai pakan alami.

Abstract

Based on the results of initial observations carried out by researchers at the As Syafi`iyah Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan Kindergarten, a problem was found, namely the low level of children's language development, due to the lack of use of learning media in the process of developing the language skills of children aged 4-5 years, so that learning is still centered on teachers and children. more passive, the media used is limited to magazines, student worksheets and blackboards. This research and development aims to 1) produce appropriate and valid learning media to improve the language development of children aged 4-5 years 2) produce learning media that suits the needs and language development of children aged 4-5 years 3) produce effective learning media, efficient and interesting for the language development of children aged 4-5 years/group A at Kindergarten As Syafiiyah Bicorong Pakong Pamekasan. The research method used was Research and Development with the Borg and Gall research model up to step 7. The subjects of this research were As Syafi`iyah Bicorong Pakong Kindergarten students aged 4-5 years. The small group formative test subjects were 6 children. And the formative test subjects were a large group of 14 children. Research data was obtained from the results of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation methods. The overall results from expert validation averaged 95%. The small group formative test got a percentage of 95.82%, the large group formative test got a percentage of 97.34%, these results refer to aspects of attractiveness, efficiency and effectiveness which are in accordance with the level of language development achievement of children aged 4-5 years. Conclusion of research and development of Big Busy Book learning media. To achieve the level of language development of children aged 4-5 years based on expert validation and small group and large group formative tests which are at the criteria (86%-100%) then the Big Busy Book learning media can improve the language development of children aged 4-5 years. stated to be very valid and can be used. From the results of the development, it is recommended that this learning media can be used and developed further because this research is only focused on the language development of children aged 4-5 years with the theme of animals. It is hoped that later this research can be developed again with a more complete theme and can improve all aspects. development in early childhood.

Abstract

Upah adalah komponen utama dalam sebuah perjanjian kerja antara pengusaha dengan pekerja. Perjanjian kerja memuat besarnya upah dan waktu upah tersebut dibayarkan. Apabila upah tersebut terlambat dibayarkan pada waktu yang telah ditentukan, maka hak pekerja untuk menerima upah tidak dipenuhi dengan baik oleh pengusaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pembayaran atau kekurangan upah dan pesangon serta untuk mengetahui peran sebagai pihak penegak hukum terkait kasus tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang berfokus pada perilaku masyarakat melalui pengolahan data kualitatif berdasarkan data sekunder. Pasal 95 Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan mengatur bahwa pengusaha yang karena kesengajaan atau kelalaiannya mengakibatkan keterlambatan pembayaran kekurangan upah dan pesangon dikenakan denda sesuai persentase tertentu dari upah pekerja. Pelaksanaan pemberian sanksi dilakukan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja setempat. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa pengusaha dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja tidak melaksanakan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children under five resulting from chronic malnutrition, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life. In the body of a stunted child, there are impediments to physical growth and mental development. This is the body's adaptation to malnutrition. The underlying causes of stunting must be addressed so that the impact of stunting is not experienced until adulthood. In 2022, Sragen Regency, Central Java, was identified as a key location for stunting intervention. One of the strategies to accelerate stunting reduction is the provision of assistance to families at risk of stunting. This is carried out by the family support team (TPK) Cadre. The Sragen Regency TPK cadres have provided communication, information, and education to the target group. However, the implementation of this strategy has not been optimised. The cadres lack the requisite skills to prepare materials, create media, and provide education to the target group. They are constrained in their ability to educate target groups about alternative nutrient-dense foods, particularly those derived from local sources in the supplementary feeding program for target groups. Training activities utilize a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands-on preparation of materials and creation of communication, information, and education media according to the target group, video screenings, and demonstrations of nutrient-dense supplementary foods. The activity was attended by 71 representatives of TPK cadres from 10 villages focused on handling stunting in Sragen Regency. The results obtained were increased knowledge and skills of cadres in providing communication, information and education and the provision of nutrient-dense supplementary food. It is recommended that cadres disseminate information about the preparation of materials, the creation of communication, information and education media and alternative nutrient-dense supplementary foods to other cadres in the village. ABSTRAK                 Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita sebagai akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan. Di dalam tubuh anak yang stunting terjadi hambatan pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan mental. Hal ini sebagai penyesuaian tubuh terhadap kondisi kekurangan gizi. Akar penyebab stunting harus diatasi agar dampak stunting tidak dialami hingga dewasa. Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2022 menjadi salah satu lokasi fokus intervensi stunting. Salah satu program percepatan penurunan stunting adalah pendampingan keluarga berisiko stunting yang dilaksanakan oleh Kader Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK). Kader TPK Kabupaten Sragen telah memberikan Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE) pada kelompok sasaran, namun belum dilaksanakan dengan optimal. Kader TPK belum terampil dalam menyusun materi, membuat media dan memberikan edukasi kepada kelompok sasaran. Kader TPK memiliki keterbatasan dalam memberikan edukasi kepada kelompok sasaran mengenai alternatif makanan padat gizi terutama yang berbahan dasar pangan lokal dalam program Pemberian Makan Tambahan (PMT) kelompok sasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik penyusunan materi dan pembuatan media KIE sesuai kelompok sasaran, pemutaran video dan demonstrasi untuk PMT pada gizi. Kegiatan tersebut diikuti oleh perwakilan Kader TPK dari 10 Desa fokus penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Sragen sebanyak 71 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, dan keterampilan kader TPK dalam memberikan KIE dan PMT padat gizi. Saran bagi kader TPK adalah meneruskan informasi mengenai penyusunan materi dan pembuatan media untuk KIE dan alternatif PMT padat gizi kepada kader TPK yang anggota kader TPK lain di desanya.

Abstract

Nutrition surveillance data related to stunting is important as a basis for program formulation. The skills of the data collection team in nutrition surveillance determine the quality of the data. One of the roles of the family assistance team is to collect data using both interviews and anthropometric measurements. Lack of skill in collecting data can lead to misinterpretation, which can lead to ineffective nutrition programs. Training activities for family support teams related to interview techniques and anthropometric measurements were carried out to overcome these problems. The methods used were lectures, demonstrations, and simulations. The results of the activity are expected to improve the skills of the family support team in collecting nutrition surveillance data. After the activity, the knowledge of the family support team increased. The skills of the family support team still need to be refreshed regularly because there are still misperceptions related to interview techniques. In addition, anthropometric measurement errors were still found, especially in measuring mid-upper arm circumference and height.   ABSTRAK Data surveilan gizi terkait stunting penting sebagai dasar perumusan program. Keterampilan tim pengumpul data dalam surveilan gizi menentukan kualitas data. Salah satu peran TPK adalah mengumpulkan data baik menggunakan metode wawancara maupun pengukuran antropometri. TPK yang kurang terampil dalam mengumpulkan data dapat menyebabkan interpretasi yang keliru yang dapat menyebabkan program gizi menjadi kurang efektif. Kegiatan pelatihan bagi TPK terkait teknik wawancara dan pengukuran antropometri dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan TPK dalam mengumpulkan data surveilan gizi. Setelah kegiatan pengetahuan TPK meningkat. Keterampilan TPK masih perlu mendapatkan penyegaran secara berkala karena masih ditemukan kesalahan persepsi terkait teknik wawancara. Selain itu, masih ditemukan kesalahan pengukuran antropometri terutama pada pengukuran lingkar lengan atas dan tinggi badan.

Abstract

The school-age child is a growing age group that is actively engaged in a multitude of activities. It is not possible to meet the nutritional needs of schoolchildren in an optimal manner. To support growth and development and physical activity, it is essential to fulfill the nutritional needs of children. One effective approach is to provide them with healthy snacks. The objective of this study was to ascertain the level of acceptability and preference for soy yogurt as a healthy snack for school-aged children, with the utilization of locally sourced ingredients. This research is a descriptive study, wherein the level of liking and acceptability of soygurt are described based on indicators of color, taste, texture, and aroma. Data were collected through interviews with untrained panelists using the scoring method. The results indicated that the product was rated highly in terms of taste (94.12%), with relatively lower ratings for aroma (52.94%). Overall, soygurt was perceived as a healthy snack for school-age children, offering potential nutritional benefits.   ABSTRAK Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok usia masa pertumbuhan yang aktif dalam melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan. Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi anak sekolah belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang dan aktivitas fisik sangat diperlukan yang salah satunya adalah melalui konsumsi jajanan sehat. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tingkat kesukaan dan daya terima soygurt sebagai jajanan sehat pada anak usia sekolah dengan pemanfaatan sumber bahan pangan lokal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggambarkan tingkat kesukaan dan daya terima soygurt berdasarkan indikator warna, rasa, tekstur dan aroma. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada panelis tidak terlatih dengan metode skoring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memiliki tingkat kesukaan yang berbeda dengan nilai tertinggi pada indikator rasa (94,12%) dan tingkat kesukaan yang kurang pada indikator aroma (52,94%) dan memiliki daya terima dengan kategori baik (91,37%). Soygurt dapat diterima sebagai jajanan sehat untuk anak usia sekolah dengan kandungan gizi yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan.
