Abstract

Educational change requires teachers to be more digitally literate due to rapid technology development. This adjustment is difficult for some teachers, especially elementary school teachers. This research is driven by the principal's transformative leadership and managerial talents in guiding this transition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the principal's managerial strategy, how the principal improves teachers' digital literacy, teachers' perceptions of the principal's transformational leadership style, and the obstacles faced by teachers in improving digital literacy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers at various levels, and administrative staff. Data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The research instruments were interview guidelines and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used was the interactive model of Miles, who plays, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained through triangulation techniques for data sources and methods. The findings of this study demonstrate that the principal has adopted a transformational leadership style by offering motivation, serving as a role model, and fostering collaboration among teachers. However, some teachers have encountered resistance due to age, time constraints, and a lack of confidence in using digital devices. School principals continue to make various efforts to overcome these obstacles so that teachers' digital literacy can improve sustainably.

Abstract

The implementation of active learning at the Tahfizh Kiswah School aims to increase student involvement in memorising the Qur'an. The contribution of Tarbiyah students of the MPI and PGMI Study Programs in this service is in the form of the application of interactive and active participation-based learning methods, such as group discussions, role plays, and project-based learning. This method is expected to accelerate the process of memorisation, and students' understanding of the verses taught. Active learning is expected to increase student motivation, reduce boredom, and deepen understanding of the meaning of the Qur'an. The results of this service show that students are more active in participating in learning activities, thereby improving the quality of teaching at the Tahfizh Kiswah School. With the application of this method, it is hoped that a more fun and productive learning atmosphere can be created, as well as strengthen students' skills in memorising the Quran.

Abstract

Pada saat ini dimana zaman sudah menjadi modern dengan banyaknya perubahan tradisi dan lingkungan sosial, begitu pula dengan peraturan yang telah diperbaharui, namun tidak dapat dipungkiri masih banyak masyarakat yang menganut tradisi lama seperti menikahkan anaknya dengan cepat dimana sang anak belum menginjak umur siap menikah baik secara undang-undang maupun secara kesehatan sehingga angka pernikahan dini di indonesia semakin tahun terus bertambah. Faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan dini pada masyarakat didasarkan antara lain karena ekonomi yang kurang memadai dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan. Tujuan pengabdian msyarakat melalui sosialisasi pernikahan dini ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada remaja di Desa Selaawi mengenai bahaya pernikahan dini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mencegah stunting. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara observasi, perencanaan, dan sosialisasi dengan memaparkan materi dan dilanjut sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini para remaja menjadi tahu dan paham akan dampak negatif pernikahan dini seperti dampak kesehatan, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi dan sosial serta keterkaitannya dengan penyebab stunting, mereka juga menjadi sadar akan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya pernikahan dini yaitu faktor ekomoni, faktor keluarga, faktor pendidikan, faktor lingkungan, faktor media massa, faktor pergaulan bebas, dan faktor pikiran/mindset.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui Program Kelas Literasi Islami (KLI) dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Institut Agama Islam Hidayatullah Batam di Masjid Al-Muttaqin, Kampung Melayu, Kelurahan Batu Besar, Kota Batam. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah belum adanya Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA), sehingga anak-anak hanya belajar mengaji secara informal dengan bimbingan teman sebaya. Program KLI dirancang untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan fokus pada tahsin, tahfidz, dan pengenalan hadits sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 anak dan remaja, dilaksanakan setiap pukul 17.00–18.00 WIB dengan metode ceramah singkat, talaqqi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi hafalan dan pemahaman hadits melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dari 65,3 (pretest) menjadi 83,7 (posttest), peningkatan jumlah hafalan rata-rata dari 2 surat pendek menjadi 6 surat pendek selama program berlangsung, serta peningkatan pemahaman hadis dasar dari 30% peserta mampu menjawab benar sebelum program menjadi 85% setelah program. Indikator keberhasilan juga terlihat dari konsistensi kehadiran peserta (95% hadir rutin) dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua. Program KLI terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi Qur’ani, hafalan, serta pemahaman sunnah, dan berpotensi menjadi cikal bakal TPA permanen dengan dukungan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Net Profit Margin secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk tahun 2014-2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk tahun 2014-2023 dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan berupa laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk tahun 2014-2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis statistic, uji koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin, hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh thitung 2,789 > 1,895 ttabel dan nilai signifikansi 0,027 < 0,05. sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Net Profit Margin, hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh thitung 4,523 > 1,895 ttabel dan nilai signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Hasil simultan berpengaruh terhadap Net Profit Margin, hasil perhitungan F diperoleh fhitung 14,523 > 4,103 ftabel dan nilai signifikan 0,003 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of community support for the sustainability of the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ), find out the causes of the decline in the number of students, and analyze the relationship between community support and children's participation in TPQ activities in the Paloma Regency Makamhaji Housing area. The qualitative method was applied in this study by conducting interviews with parents or guardians of students as the main informant. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to understand the phenomenon of children's participation in non-formal religious education. The results of the study show that community support for TPQ is in the good category, but tends to be passive and not optimal in terms of active involvement. The main cause of the decline in the number of TPQ students comes from the internal condition of children, especially fatigue due to many activities in formal schools and additional activities outside of school. Community support plays a role as a contextual factor that influences children's motivation and views on the value of the importance of TPQ, but not as a major determinant of participation. In addition, this study also found that TPQ's internal strategies, such as innovation in learning, improving communication with parents, and involving local youth, are important steps in maintaining the sustainability of students amid declining community support. Therefore, the sustainability of TPQ is highly dependent on the ability of the institution to adapt to the needs of students and the social dynamics around it. The findings of this research are expected to be a consideration for TPQ managers, the community, and related parties in formulating policies and strategies for the management of non-formal religious education that are more sustainable and responsive to social change.
