Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian banks have a primary function as a collector and distributor of public funds. In collecting funds from the public, the bank offers some savings instrument and in channeling funds to the public, banks give it in various loan form. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of third-party funds, BI rate and BOPO on the bank loan, either simultaneously or partially. This research is descriptive verification and causality research. The object that used in this research is the BUMN banks that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample of this research is 4 banks during five years, from 2011 to 2015. This research using panel data regression analysis technique. The result of this research shows that simultaneously, third-party funds, BI rate, and BOPO have effect on bank loan. Partially, third-party funds and BI rate have positive effect on bank lending, while BOPO has no effect on bank loan. Keywords: Third-Party Funds, BI Rate, BOPO, Bank Loan

Abstract

The drama entitled ?Kau Yang Berasal Dari Bintang? produced by SinemArt and aired by RCTI TV station on 28 April 2014 was claimed as a plagiarism of  the most popular South Korean drama "You Who Came from the Stars". Consequently, the screening of the drama was pending until the negotiation of the Korean and Indonesian production house was settled. This research advanced a question whether the Indonesian Copyright Law provides sufficient protection to the works of cinematography either produced by Indonesian or foreign nationals. To answer this research question, the legal protection theory of Phillipus M. Hadjon was used as a platform. It also analyzed the effective implementation of the Law by adopting the Effectiveness of Law Theory of Satjipto Rahardjo. Furthermore, it reviewed the settlement made by the Indonesian and South Korean production house. In order to obtain concrete findings, this research adopted  a normative research method (doctrinal method) by using secondary data as its sources. Data collected were analyzed based on its content (a content analysis) by using the qualitative approach. The research found that cinematographic work is one of the protected works under the Indonesia Copyright Law; therefore the Indonesian drama violated the Law because of the similarities of stories, plot, and roles played with the Korean drama. However, the Law was not effective in its implementation due to its weak enforcement by those responsible and a lack of public awareness. It was also found that the amicable settlement through negotiations were the best solution to resolve the infringement of Copyright Law relating to cinematography.

Abstract

                                                                                  Abstrak Kecamatan Babat merupakan pusat perdagangan di Kabupaten Lamongan. Ada banyak pasar di wilayah ini. Pasar yang paling besar adalah Pasar Lama Babat berada di kelurahan Babat jenis pasar ecer dan Pasar Agrobis Semando Babat berada di desa Plaosan untuk pasar hasil pertanian dengan sistem pasar grosir. Namun, sistem yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah hanya berlaku sementara, sehingga pedagang kedua pasar yang awalnya saling membutuhkan, saat ini berebut pembeli. Bahkan kini kedua pasar tersebut menjadi pasar biasa tanpa spesifikasi tertentu terhadap pembeli. Hal tersebut tentu berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang dialami pedagang. Atas dasar itu peneliti mengangkat permasalahan ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lingkungan bisnis yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dan pengeluaran pedagang di Pasar Agrobis Semando Babat dan Pasar Lama Babat. Analisis penelitian ini didasarkan pada data primer. Populasi penelitian adalah satuan-satuan wilayah fungsional pasar di Kecamatan Babat yang berjumlah 2 pasar. Terdapat 7 variabel bebas yang dierhatikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: tingkat pendidikan pedagang, luas kios, modal usaha, daerah asal, tenaga yang dipekerjakan, lokasi usaha, dan pendapatan pedagang diluar usaha. Analisis dijalankan secara statistik berdasarkan persamaan regresi linier. Hasil analisis serta pembahasan dapat dikemukakan bahwa faktor-faktor lingkungan bisnis yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan pengeluran pedagang di Pasar Agrobis Semando Babat adalah tingkat pendidikan, luas kios, modal usaha, tenaga yang dipekerjakan, dan pendapatan diluar usaha, sedangkan faktor yag tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan meliputi daerah asal dan luas kios. Faktor lingkungan bisnis yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dan pengeluaran pedagang di Pasar Lama Babat meliputi tingkat pendidikan, modal usaha, tenaga yang dipekerjakan, daerah asal, dan pendapatan diluar usaha, sedangkan faktor yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah luas kios, lokasi usaha, dan daerah asal. Modal usaha menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dan pengeluaran di kedua pasar (93.1 % ). Hal tersebut dikarenakan modal merupakan dasar seseorang untuk melakukan usaha. Dengan adanya modal maka pedagang mampu untuk memvariasikan jenis dagangan dan nantinya akan menarik pembeli. Berdasarkan analisis keterjangkauan wilayah bisnis menggunakan  data daerah asal pembeli dapat diperoleh wilayah bisnis pasar Agrobis Semando Babat dan pasar Lama Babat  meliputi Kabupaten Lamongan, Kabupaten Tuban, Kabupaten Jombang, dan Kabupaten Bojonegoro.   Kata kunci :Pedagang pasar, Pendapatan dan pengeluaran, Faktor – faktor lingkungan bisnis

Abstract

Tindakan kekerasan terhadap perempuan cukup sering terjadi di masyarakat kita, terutama terhadap anak perempuan penyandang disabilitas. Mereka yang mengalami disabilitas tersebut sangat rentan menjadi korban tindak kekerasan, seperti inses. Inses adalah tindakan kekerasan yang terjadi antara orang yang memiliki hubungan darah seperti yang terjadi antara orang tua dan anak kandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini studi literatur, wawancara dan juga penyebaran kuisioner online kepada masyarakat Kota Batam yang tersebar di 12 kecamatan. Penyebaran kuisioner secara online bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat Batam terkait kasus kekerasan seksual incest yang pernah terjadi terhadap perempuan penyandang disabilitas di Kota Batam. Setiap orang, tanpa memandang disabilitas memiliki hak atas perlindungan hukum atas hak-hak mereka yang dilanggar. Anak perempuan penyandang disabilitas yang menjadi korban inses membutuhkan perlindungan dari semua pihak karena keterbatasannya. Mereka cenderung hanya bisa menerima atau menuruti apa yang dilakukan pada mereka karena ketidakberdayaan mereka. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku inses harus diberikan sanksi tegas sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban atas perbuatannya, agar korban mendapatkan keadilan yang layak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of regional budgets. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The research data for the 2020 period uses secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Reports obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra Province and also data obtained through literature studies and the internet conducted by collecting and studying literature. which is a book. The results of this study show that the Regional Budget is the annual financial plan of the government in Indonesia approved by the House of Representatives. The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget is determined by local regulations. The Regional Revenue and Expenditure fiscal year covers a period of one year.

Abstract

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD is a child who has a disorder that attacks children and makes it difficult for the sufferer to focus on one thing at a time. The role of parents and teachers is needed for children with special needs and is a supporting factor for the success of children with special needs in inclusive education. The involvement of parents in education is a driving and determining factor in the development of inclusive education. This study aims to determine the role of teachers and parents in children diagnosed with ADHD at SDN GONDRONG 4. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods so that the data exposure is easy to understand. The selection of research subjects consisted of one classroom teacher, one GPK teacher, (special assistant teacher), and one student diagnosed with ADHD. The results of the study indicate that there are students with special needs who are categorized as ADHD. Students who have ADHD have difficulties during the direct learning process such as difficulty concentrating and recognizing letters.

Abstract

Utilizing Rice into Creative and Marketable Food Products. The goal of the student creativity program-entrepreneurship (PKM-K) is to motivate students to engage in entrepreneurship by managing rice into marketable food products. Rice is highly beneficial for health, including brain health, being the main energy source for the body, and boosting the immune system. This rice cracker product can also enhance creativity for an entrepreneur, making consumers interested in purchasing the rice crackers. The method of implementing this program includes input, process (production), output, and evaluation. The results of this program are input, conducting market surveys to understand market conditions. Next is the feasibility study of the business to be run. The final stage is selecting materials and providing the place, as well as facilities and infrastructure to support the production process. Process (production), the process of making rice crackers, from preparation of materials and tools to rice crackers ready for sale. Output, which is the result of creative rice crackers ready to be consumed and marketed to consumers. Lastly, the evaluation, this stage is carried out after the production of the rice cracker product is completed. At this stage, we will review the shortcomings that make consumers dissatisfied with our product. The conclusion of the PKM-K program utilizing rice into marketable rice cracker food products can provide students with the skills to remain innovative and creative in processing rice, give students the opportunity to practice entrepreneurship with a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, and build the spirit of students to continue doing business.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hand sanitizer is a hand cleanser which is easy and practical in use. Using hand sanitizer can be an alternative for washing hands if in condition without water and soap. Hand sanitizer is used to clean pathogens on hands. The ability to kill pathogens in hand sanitizers is due to the active substance content in them. In this research, the effectiveness of 2 hand sanitizers on the market was tested. The test aims to see the effect of the active substances in each preparation on the effectiveness of killing pathogens. Testing was carried out using the Kirby Bauer method and on 2 bacterial media, namely Escherichia coli and Shigella sonnei. Hand sanitizer 1 has a composition consisting of 70% ethyl alcohol and 0.5% chlorhexidine. Hand sanitizer 2 has a composition consisting of 55% ethyl alcohol and 18% isopropyl alcohol with a total of 73% alcohol. Based on observations, it was found that hand sanitizer 1 was more effective than hand sanitizer 2. The chlorhexidine content in hand sanitizer 1 increased its effectiveness in killing pathogens.

Abstract

Penetrating brain injury differs markedly from blunt injury in dural tears and the transmission of kinetic energy to the surrounding structures along the penetrating tract. Unique clinical characteristics of penetrating brain injury (PBI) certainly require a case-by-case approach, however there are some principles that can be applied in almost every case and need to be considered to improve the outcomes. We present three cases of PBI with different mechanisms and outcomes. Two of the cases presented with non-missile PBI, while the third case presented with missile PBI. We also present a review of current literature highlighting various pathomechanisms, clinical implications and key approaches in managing PBI, particularly in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi hadis-hadis aqiqah pada masyarakat dusun 1 Sukamulia desa Tegal Sari Kec. Dolok Masihul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskrptif untuk memaparkan dan menggambarkan objek yang diteliti. Peneliti menggunakan prosedur wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa praktik aqiqah yang berlaku pada masyarakat dusun 1 Sukamulia desa Tegal Sari Kec. Dolok Masihul sudah sesuai dengan hadis Rasulullah. Akan tetapi, dalam waktu pelaksanaannya masyarakat dusun 1 Sukamulia desa Tegal Sari tidak mempraktikkan hal tersebut sebagaimana yang disebutkan secara tekstual dalam hadis. Dalam mengimplementasikan hadis-hadis aqiqah masyarakat dusun 1 Sukamulia desa Tegal Sari memahami esensi aqiqah sebagai bentuk kesyukuran bukan penyembelihan hewan sebagaimana yang telah disebutkan dalam berbagai hadis
