Abstract

The study was conducted in oilpalm land in Tiuh Tohou Village, Menggala, Tulang Bawang District of Lampung Province.  This research aimed to measure off diversity and abundance in various oilpalm typologies in Tulang Bawang District, to study the relative abundanceof termites was highest in various oilpalm typology in Tulang Bawang and to find out the influence of environmental factors on termites diversity . The termites were sampled using the transect method.  Data were analyzed using ANOVA and LSD test at 5% level of significance.  Six termites genera were found acroos five typologies of oilpalm (old oilpalm, young oil palm, shrub/grass, cassava and swamp land), i.e. Globitermes, Odontetermes, Macrotermes, Hypotermes, Schedorhinotermes and Bulbitermes.  However, it was estimated that three more other genera would be found if the number of samples (typology) was increase (extrapolated).  There were differences in the diversity of termites accros oilpalm typologies (five genera in old oilpalam, four genera in young oilpalm, two genera in cassava, and only one genus in shrub/grass.  The relative abundanceof termites was highest in the old oilpalm (18 counts), followed by young oilpalm (14 counts), cassava (5 counts) and shrub/grass (3 counts).  The ranking of termites relative abundance had an exponential pattern, with Macrotermes and Bulbitermes being the most and the least abundance genera, respectively. Environmental factor that effect the richness of the termite genus are humidity, wood volume and litter weightand environmental factor that effect distribution and frequency of termite findings are influenced by frequency of termite findings are influenced by the level of canopy cover, humidity, wood volume, litter weight and litter organic C.

Abstract

Programming languages are a must-have knowledge apart from hardware in informatics. There are still many students at Pembina Tulang Bawang Vocational School who do not have computers or laptops to use as devices and have minimal understanding of syntax, variables and functions, as well as understanding algorithms and programming logic. The aim of this activity is to provide training in the Python programming language using mobile to vocational school students so that it is hoped that they can provide education and improve and develop students' skills and creativity in using the programming language practically and effectively. The method involved lectures, presentations and practicums, which were attended by 22 students consisting of 10 class X students and 12 class XI students. Evaluation is carried out through an initial evaluation process and final evaluation using a quiz. The results of the training showed an increase in understanding of 35%. This shows that there was an increase in students' understanding of the material that was provided during the training regarding the use of the Pycode application which can be used to carry out Python programming using mobile devices.

Abstract

Verbal bullying is a form of psychological aggression that often decreases students' resilience, defined as the ability to recover and adapt to stress or trauma. This study aims to explore the resilience levels of students who are victims of verbal bullying at Universitas Negeri Malang, identify the influencing factors, and provide evidence-based intervention recommendations. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, using surveys as the data collection tool. Resilience was measured using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) with purposively selected respondents. Data analysis through descriptive statistics and mean tests showed no significant differences in resilience based on gender, age, or social support. The results indicate that resilience is influenced by internal factors such as self-esteem and emotional intelligence, as well as external factors such as social support. The study recommends integrating peer counseling based on role modeling and professional counseling to enhance resilience, along with emotional intelligence training, strengthening social support, and fostering a supportive campus environment.

Abstract

The professionalism of the counselor is judged by how well he understands himself first before seeing the problem or potential or understanding the counselee. The counselor over time in applying his knowledge can integrate the theory of techniques that are best understood and mastered, so that the counselor has his own style. Counselors in choosing their personal counseling theory use a counseling theory approach assessment instrument developed by Finch. The research method used is literature study and phenomenology which is carried out by finding literature sources, reading literature, selecting literature and analyzing related literature. Counselor professional development can be done through the development of counseling personal theory identity. This development will be very useful for counselors in showing characteristics, consistency, attractiveness and efficiency in the counseling process. The discovery of specialization in the field of counseling is carried out with 6 steps, namely understanding values and self-beliefs, deepening counseling theories and techniques, examining each theory and technique, practicing theories and techniques, integration and personalization. Counselor specialization in the field of behavioristic counseling is closely related to how the counselor's personal philosophy adheres to that everything that happens to the counselee is a consequence of the surrounding environment or antecedents. The discovery of a personal theory of counseling will be very useful for a counselor in his confidence in counseling practice, so that he is able and competent in applying the theory that has found its distinctiveness.
