Abstract

This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 33 Samsat Panda office employees. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling so the number of samples in this research was 33 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS 23.0. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a relationship between workload and communication on work morale. The results of this research indicate that the Workload variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the Work Morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The Communication variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the work morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The variables Workload and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Morale among Panda Bima Samsat Employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of competency and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of state civil servants at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service is 34 ASN. The sample in this study was 34 employees with ASN status with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between competency and work discipline on the work performance of ASN employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of leverage and firm size on Islamic social The title of the research is the influence of salary on employee work motivation at PT. Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch. The type of research used in this study is associative. The instrument used in this research is in the form of data collection by using the method of observation, bibliography,and questionnares with a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all employee at PT. Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch, totalling 30 people. The type of sample used in this study is saturated sampling. The location in this research is JL. Gajah Mada RT.09 RW.03 Penatoi subdistrick, Mpunda Dictrick, Bima City NTB Province with a postal code of 4115. The data analysis technique used SPSS Version 26. The data testing technique used Validity and Reliabilty test,simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination, and T test or significant test.
