Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Work Performance at the Port Master's Office and Class IV Bima Port Authority. The approach used in the study is an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 40 people with a sample of 30 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis, processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study showed that the Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Work Performance at the Port Master's Office and Class IV Bima Port Authority.

Abstract

The existence of work enthusiasm can be reflected if employees feel happy with their work, employees will pay more attention and be more skilled in doing their work. Work enthusiasm can be reflected if employees feel happy with their work, employees will pay more attention and be more skilled in doing their work. Every government agency requires supervision from the leadership. This supervision is carried out by the leadership as an effort to compare whether it is being carried out in accordance with the plan being implemented. This also means that supervision is the action or activity of the leader who ensures that work is carried out in accordance with the plans set or the desired work results. This research aims to determine the effect of supervision and work environment on employee morale. The sample in this research was 30 ASNs using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS for widows. The results of the research show that supervision and the work environment have a significant effect on the work morale of Bima City Environmental Service Employees.

Abstract

The Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit Center is one of the government agencies under the protection of the Environment and Forestry Service of West Nusa Tenggara Province which is located in the Bima region of West Nusa Tenggara province. The Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit is the implementing element for operational technical activities or technical investigation activities at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Forestry Service. The function and aim of establishing the KPH is to carry out forest management, outline National, Provincial, Regency/City forestry policies to be implemented, carry out forest management activities in its work area based on Determination Decree No.337/Menhut-VII/2009. The area of ​​the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit (UPTD) includes the city and district of Bima which is divided into a working area of ​​9 resorts and has 96 employees consisting of 41 ASN and 55 workers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how high or low work motivation is in employees of the People's Welfare Section (KESRA) of Bima City SETDA. The research sample was 33 employees. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses a one sample t test. The results of the research show that the t-calculated value for the Motivation variable = 70.506 > 1.693 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ha was accepted which stated the work motivation of employees in the People's Welfare (Kesra) Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bima Tinggi City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja pada Guru SMAN 1 Madapangga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Madapangga pada Bulan Februari 2023 - Maret 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 40 orang guru yang berstatus PNS dari total populasi guru SMAN 1 Madapangga yang berjumlah 109 guru yang terdiri dari guru PNS 40 orang, Senior daerah 30 orang dan suka rela 39 orang. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara partial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapat komitmen kerja Guru SMAN 1 Madapangga. Peneliti menyaraknkan kepada stakeholder SMAN Madapangga untuk perlu meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas dalam hal budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja agar terwujudnya komitmen kerja sehingga efektif dan efisien pula pekerjaan Guru, dan diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi referensi untuk peneliti selanjutnya serta dapat mengembangan penelitian ini dengan menambah variabel lain seperti motivasi, kompetensi, kepemimpinan dan sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan kinerja.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan: (1) memberikan pelatihan pembuatan masker daun kelor bagi Ibu-ibu Rumah tangga di Desa Maria Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima (2) mengetahui respon ibu-ibu Desa Maria terhadap pelatihan pembuatan masker berbahan dasar daun kelor. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, metode tanya jawab dan latihan dalam pembuatan masker daun kelor. Pelatihan ini melibatkan para anggota mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang didampingi oleh dosen pendamping dari Prodi Manajemen dengan peserta para ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Maria. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan masker daun kelor yang dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Maria adalah (1) hasil evaluasi terhadap masker daun kelor yang dibuat peserta pelatihan secara umum termasuk kategori baik dengan rata-rata keberhasilan 70%, (2) respon dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan masker ini sangat baik, dilihat dari kehadiran mencapai 100% dan mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir.

Abstract

: This study aims to determine the work environment partially significant effect on employee performance at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City, to find out motivation has a partial significant effect on achievement on CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City, to find out the work environment and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City. Questionnaire research instrument. The scoring technique used in this research questionnaire is a Likert scale. The population in this study were 59 employees at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City. The sample in this study were 59 permanent employees at CV. Jaya Abadi Bima City with the sampling technique used, namely the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, f and t test with the help of SPSS version 21 for windows. The results showed that the work environment did not partially affect employee performance, work motivation partially affected employee performance, work environment and work motivation simultaneously affected employee performance at CV. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial Beban Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada PT. Pelindo Bima. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Populasi pegawai Pada PT. Pelindo Bima sebanyak 36 pegawai yang terdiri atas 16 orang pegawai tetap dan 20 orang pegawai kontrak. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 pegawai. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel Jenuh (Total Sampling). Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, Uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 24 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial dan simultan Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada PT. Pelindo Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 62 employees consisting of 30 Civil Servants, 9 Government Employees with Work Agreements, 16 Honorary employees and 7 volunteer employees. The sample in this study was 39 Civil Servants with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficients, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 26 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant partial positive effect of training on employee work productivity, a partial positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee work productivity, and a simultaneous positive and significant effect of training and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Bima Regency.

Abstract

  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh positif dan signifikan reen Transformational Leadership dan Green Commitment cecara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dan menggunakan angket atau kuisioner dalam pengumpulan data. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 pegawai yang terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil 40 orang, Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja 10 orang,  Honorer  20 orang. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak  70 orang pegawai dengan teknik sampling digunakan yaitu total sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 26 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Green Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Green Commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada, 3) Green Transformational Leadership dan Green Commitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH).
