Abstract

Abstrak Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya penyusunan rencana bisnis bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Gunungpring. Dalam konteks ini, program ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi terhadap tantangan bisnis yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Gunungpring, tetapi juga memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai pentingnya merencanakan bisnis secara sistematis. Pemahaman yang komprehensif dan mudah dipahami akan menjadi landasan bagi pelaku bisnis untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan usaha mereka. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Gunungpring, seperti penurunan omset dan kurangnya perencanaan yang terstruktur, menjadi motivasi utama di balik pelaksanaan program ini. Permasalahan tersebut sering kali dipicu oleh ketidakmampuan dalam menyusun rencana bisnis yang lengkap. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya keterampilan dalam menuangkan rencana usaha ke dalam bentuk tertulis, yang pada gilirannya dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia yang tersedia. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Program Kemitraan Masyarakat mengusung pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk membekali pelaku UMKM dengan keterampilan menyusun rencana bisnis yang sederhana namun efektif. Implementasi PKM akan dilakukan melalui serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan. UMKM Business Planning Training in Gunungpring  The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to highlight the importance of preparing business plans for MSMEs in Gunungpring Village. In this context, this program not only provides solutions to the business challenges faced by Gunungpring MSMEs, but also provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of planning business systematically. A comprehensive and easy-to-understand understanding will be the basis for business people to maintain and improve their business. The main problems faced by MSMEs in Gunungpring Village, such as decreasing turnover and lack of structured planning, are the main motivation behind implementing this program. These problems are often triggered by the inability to prepare a complete business plan. This is caused by a lack of skills in putting business plans into written form, which in turn is influenced by the limited knowledge and skills of available human resources. To overcome this challenge, the Community Partnership Program carries out a training and mentoring approach which aims to equip MSMEs with the skills to prepare simple but effective business plans. PKM implementation will be carried out through a series of activities, including outreach, education and training.

Abstract

The residents of Pogalan Village are dominated by farmers, making the application of a green economy able to develop agriculture. In the short term, the focus of this program is to increase revenue through the concept of a zero waste system. The implementation of this Community Partnership Program is located in Pogalan Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency. This community partnership program is carried out using the methods of socialization, education, tutorials or continuous assistance and focus group discussions. The results obtained are the understanding of farmer groups in using a zero waste system to get to a green economy. The advantage of a zero waste system has various advantages including converting waste into natural products that are environmentally friendly. Wono Mulyo farmer groups can utilize the existing waste so that it can be reused and has economic value. Community service activities are expected to continue by the Wono Mulyo farmer group to overcome other problems experienced such as marketing problems and problems in processing crops.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the internal and external challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Magelang City and to develop effective strategies for enhancing their overall performance. The sample consists of 215 MSMEs selected through snowball sampling, ensuring a comprehensive representation of the sector. Data analysis utilized the internal-external (IE) matrix and the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) to generate strategic options. The results demonstrate that the strategic formulation using these matrices produces viable alternatives for MSMEs in Magelang, with a specific focus on a market penetration strategy. Concrete actions to implement this strategy include effective customer management, improving product quality and value, addressing customer complaints promptly, establishing partnerships with customers, and creating integrated distribution channels. By adopting these strategies, MSMEs can significantly enhance their competitive edge and achieve better performance outcomes. This research provides valuable insights for MSMEs seeking to navigate challenges and leverage opportunities in the dynamic business environment of Magelang City. Abstract

Pertumbuhan ritel modern didukung oleh perubahan perilaku konsumen dan persaingan yang kompetitif dalam bisnis ritel. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha, khususnya di sektor ritel adalah melalui strategi peningkatakn pembelian impulsive oleh konsumen. Terdapat berbagai cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh toko ritel untuk meningkatkan pembelian impulsif. Indomaret sebagai salah satu ritel di Indonesia menerapkan strategi dengan memberikan diskon harga, menampilkan informasi promosi melalui digital signage, serta memutar musik untuk menciptakan suasana yang nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai peran diskon harga, visual merchandising, dan atmosfer toko terhadap pembelian impulsif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 orang responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskon harga, visual merchandising, dan atmosfer toko berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif. Berdasarkan temuan ini, Indomaret khususnya di Kota Magelang dapat terus mengembangkan strategi diskon harga yang lebih kreatif, memperindah tampilan toko, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan suasana toko agar dapat mempertahankan konsumen dan menghadapi persaingan bisnis.

Abstract

Indonesia in mid-2019 announced plans to move the capital of Indonesia outside the island of Java. The location chosen for the new capital is East Kalimantan Province. Data from the East Kalimantan Provincial Culture and Tourism Office in 2022 shows that East Kalimantan has 664 objects dominated by nature tourism. The relocation of the National Capital (IKN) increases the opportunity for tourism development in East Kalimantan as a buffer zone for IKN. Analysis to determine market share and market growth using the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The paradigm of this research is quantitative with the aim to identify tourism objects and provide proposed strategy formulations for tourism object managers, especially East Kalimantan. The results of BCG matrix calculation show that in 2022, East Kalimantan has a market growth rate of 67.10% with a market share of 0.0163. These results show that the market growth rate is high, but the market share is low. The BCG matrix for East Kalimantan Province is the question mark quadrant, so it can be said that East Kalimantan requires relatively high development and investment costs to turn the tourism sector in the question mark category into stars and later into cash cows. Strategies that can be applied are increasing market share and maintaining growth, investing in human resources, utilizing technology and digitalization, and developing new advantages. The results of this study provide management implications for owners of tourist attractions in East Kalimantan so that tourism can become an important sector for the economy of East Kalimantan.
