Abstract

The City Dashboard system is an important tool to fulfill the information needs in the context of smart cities, focusing on six main principles including connectivity, security, energy efficiency, mobility, governance, and environmental sustainability. With the increasing complexity and volume of data that needs to be managed by local governments, the presence of a City Dashboard is becoming increasingly crucial in supporting fast and precise decision-making. However, the City Dashboard System faces several problems that need to be fixed immediately. First, the City Dashboard System is not consistent in presenting data according to the specified time frame to users. In addition, there is no feedback mechanism from users, which hampers the process of improving and developing the dashboard. Finally, there are often page display problems that are under repair, hampering the optimal performance of the system. Immediate improvement efforts are needed to present data consistently, obtain user feedback, and ensure optimal availability of the City Dashboard System. This study aims to conduct an in-depth evaluation of the effectiveness of the City Dashboard system using the ITIL Version 3 framework with the Service Operation domain which focuses on 3 Service Operation sub-domains, namely Event Management, Request Fulfilment, and Incident Management. The evaluation results of the Bekasi City Dashboard System show a maturity level at level 4 (Managed and Measurable) with an average score of 3.50, which means that the maturity level of the City Dashboard System has been implemented as a whole at each layer involved (managers and users) and has been well managed.

Abstract

Museum is an institution that functions to protect, develop, utilize collections, and communicate them to the public. To carry out these functions properly, all employees in the Museum unit must be aware of all existing activity information. Problems experienced in the internal environment of employees at the Museum are in the form of activity information management and dissemination. The delivery of activity information for some employees still uses manual methods, such as writing on the blackboard, communicating verbally, and using google docs. As well as information sources that are not centralized in one source can hinder the change of tacit knowledge to explicit, limiting the accessibility and mobility of existing information. Therefore, this research aims to design a Knowledge Management System application for internal employee activities based on android to overcome these obstacles. A solution is proposed to help employees get the latest information quickly and efficiently. The information system was developed using the User Centered Design method which enables a development process that focuses on the end user. The results of this application research get 85% overall in the test, so this Knowledge Management System application can make a positive contribution to employee productivity and collaboration and advance service quality in the museum work environment.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the importance of contextual and project-based learning, including in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. However, the reality in the field shows that many teachers still have difficulty in implementing this approach optimally. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to teachers at SDN Bama 3 so that they are able to design and implement Indonesian language learning based on literacy projects effectively and in accordance with the characteristics of students. The method of implementing the activity consists of initial observation, intensive training, learning simulations, and direct assistance in planning and implementing literacy projects in the classroom. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of project-based learning, the ability to design literacy-based teaching tools, and high enthusiasm in integrating creative reading and writing activities into Indonesian language learning. Students also showed more active involvement and interest in literacy activities. Thus, this assistance makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning at SDN Bama 3. In the future, similar programs can be expanded to other schools to strengthen a culture of literacy from an early age.

Abstract

Biogas is a gas produced from anaerobic activity or the fermentation of organic materials, including human waste, animal waste, and waste. Biogas from cow dung can be used as an alternative fuel. In this study, biogas is used as fuel with the addition of variations of NaOH, urea, and rumen to the modified gasoline generator set engine so that it can work to generate electricity. This research was conducted by experimenting with varying nutrients, namely NaOH, urea, and rumen. Besides that, variations in the electrical load are carrying out for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45. This is intended to determine the performance of the electrical energy produced. From the test, it was found that the voltage and engine speed of the generator set tended to decrease for the addition of variations in the electric load. Meanwhile, current, power, torque, average adequate pressure, and total efficiency increase for all additional electric load variations. The results showed that the most incredible efficiency was using 43.57% NaOH nutrition. For the variation of Urea nutrition in biogas, obtained total efficiency of 42.16%. Meanwhile, rumen nutrition variation has the most negligible efficiency than other nutritional variations, 39.55%.

Abstract

During the learning process, teachers do not modify their teaching methods enough and do not utilize creative, innovative, interactive, and engaging learning media. Consequently, students are less motivated and their cognitive learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects decline. Therefore, there needs to be learning media that supports the learning process. Therefore, researchers decided to use Quantum Teaching-based Flipbook media with the TANDUR method (grow, experience, name, demonstrate, repeat, and celebrate) in the learning process. This research and development aims to develop Quantum Teaching-based Flipbook media, especially in Indonesian subjects, namely the Sehatlah Ragaku material, to describe the feasibility level of Quantum Teaching-based Flipbook media developed to measure student understanding after using Quantum Teaching-based Flipbook media. Research this study was conducted at SDN Kragilan 6 in grade IV with 20 students consisting of 9 boys and 11 girls. The research method was R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The validation results from the learning material experts from both validators obtained an average percentage of 90.5%, meeting the criteria of "Very Appropriate". The results of the validation of learning language experts from both validators got an average percentage of 87.5% with the criteria of "Very Appropriate. The results of the validation of media experts from both validators got an average percentage of 87.3% with the criteria of "Very Appropriate". The overall average percentage of validators got a percentage of 88% with the criteria of "Very Appropriate". The increase in understanding of cognitive learning outcomes of students got a percentage of 85.5% which is included in the category of "Very Good", as well as the average results of cognitive learning tests of 0.72 that the increase in the average value of students is included in the high category because N-gain is in the interval of N-gain> 0.7. If we pay attention to the results of the N-gain test, the increase in cognitive understanding in students after studying the material is already at a high level.

Abstract

AbstrakSekaten merupakan sebuah refleksi kebudayaan di Keraton Surakarta. Saat ini, perayaannya dimaknai sebagai bentuk eksistensi Keraton Surakarta sebagai tonggak penyangga kebudayaan. Perayaan Sekaten dengan berbagai kepentingan masyarakat di Surakarta telah menjadikannya peristiwa yang patut diapresiasi oleh mereka yang masih menjadikan Keraton Surakarta sebagai kiblat lingkup kebudayaan Jawa. Salah satu yang mencerminkan situasi tersebut adalah keberadaan Gamelan Sekaten yang di dalam penyajiannya terdapat unsur “kompetisi” musikal. Hal ini tidak dapat lepas dari penambahan perangkat Gamelan Sekaten yang semula berjumlah satu perangkat menjadi dua perangkat yakni di masa pemerintahan Paku Buwono IV. Situasi tersebut membuat para pengrawit (pemain gamelan) harus kreatif dan mempunyai referensi gending yang banyak. “Iklim kompetisi” – yang hingga kini masih berlangsung – tersebut akhirnya melahirkan konsep musikal berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan estetika musikal karawitan seperti konsep sisihan. Konsep inilah yang digunakan sebagai “standar kompetisi” seperti kemiripan nama, kemiripan garap, golongan gending dan bentuk kemiripan (lagu) balungan gending.Kata Kunci: gamelan, sekaten, kompetisi musikal.Abstract Sekaten is a reflection of the culture within the Keraton Surakarta. Currently, this celebration is understood as one way the Keraton Surakarta exists to support cultural institutions. Sekaten, which serves many interests of Surakarta’s community, has become an event that should be appreciated by those who still consider the Keraton Surakarta as the mecca of Javanese culture. One phenomenon that reflects the aforementioned situation is the existence of musical “competition” in the presentation of Gamelan Sekaten. This is closely tied to the addition of a second set of instruments during the reign of Paku Buwono IV to the original one. This situation spurs the pengrawit (gamelan musicians) towards creativity and knowledge of a wide repertoire of gendhing. The “climate of competition” - still found today - finally gave rise to musical concepts based on considerations of musical aesthetics, such as the idea of “sisihan” found in karawitan. This concept is used as the “standard of competition”: the similarities of names, similarities in garap (musical interpretation), the grouping of gending and melodic (lagu) similarities in the balungan gending.Keywords: gamelan, sekaten, musical competition.

Abstract

Acculturation of Sundanese and Javanese culture one of which appears in the Sundanese jaipong kendang motif that is adapted so that it becomes Javanese in character. This can be seen in the appearance of Wayang Kulit Ki Seno Nugroho. This study aims to analyze changes in kendang jaipong’s motives using the observation methode. Observation was carried out by revealing a systematic picture of the shadow puppet show, the player’s behavior, and paying attention to the space, place, actors, activities, time, and events. From the observation, it was found that there was a change in the jaipong drum construction on the improvisation, ayak-ayak patterns, various pangjadi motives, bukaan, mincid, ngala, and tepak ngeureunkeun. The results of this study concluded that althought the presentation of jaipong drums imitated the Sundanese style, the resulting motives were generally not Sundanese motifs. All jaipong kendang motifs are responded creatively to new motifs by Seno Nugroho drummer so that the results of their work are not Sundanese but Javanese.Keywords: tepak, jaipong, mincid, seno.

Abstract

Potensi seni yang dimiliki seorang anak kerap kali tidak disadari oleh orang sekitar bahkan dirinya sendiri, sehingga potensi yang ada tidak dapat diasah atau dikembangkan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kecenderungan ini membuat anak-anak menutup diri atas potensi seni yang dimilikinya. Melalui seni dapat mengajarkan kebiasaan baik dan bermanfaat untuk menciptakn kualitas sumber daya manusia yang unggul di masyarakat.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaarkan perilaku dan cara berpikir yang baik kepada generasi muda melalui media seni karawitan Metode: Teknik pengambilan data yaitu teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik studi dokumen dengan menggabungkan pendekatan Psikologi yang mematangkan konsep pelatihan secara sistematis. Langkah yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan program ini adalah mengurai roadmap kegiatan, identifkasi potensi, masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat Mojoroto, membentuk rencana intervensi melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan seni, studi banding, upaya pembentukan sanggar di Mojoroto.. Simpulan: Pemikiran dan perilaku positif pada anak-anak dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kualitas hidup mereka secara keseluruhan di Mojoroto. Dengan berfokus pada pemikiran dan perilaku positif, anak-anak dapat lebih memahami dan beradaptasi dengan situasi yang mereka pelajari, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik dan kesuksesan hidup mereka secara keseluruhan.
