Youtube users who want to utilize it as a business medium, there are some rules to follow. The regulations set by Youtube also adjust according to the applicable laws of the country, where copyright is regulated. This is in line with the rise of Youtube channels that upload videos from their original channels without the permission of the video owner. With the rampant incident then the purpose of making this article is the protection of Copyright of Youtube content that is illegally uploaded (reuploaded) as well as an attempt to obtain Copyright protection in the work of Youtube content. The research method used is normative jurisprudence by analyzing legally based on material derived from RegulationsLegislationand literary materials related to Copyright. Through the results of the article drawn a conclusion that the moral right in the article UUHC states to still include or not include his name on the relevant copy of his work used for social, use an alias or real name, change, maintain the title, modify it. The filing of a litigation suit may be made to the Commercial Court with reference to Article 95 paragraph (2) UUHC. As well as potentially through non-litigation routes.

Kebersihan merupakan cerminan setiap individu dalam menjaga kesehatan yang begitu penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kebersihan lingkungan adalah suatu keadaan yang bebas dari segala kotoran dan penyakit, yang dapat merugikan segala aspek yang menyangkut setiap kegiatan dan perilaku lingkungan masyarakat, dimana kehidupan manusia tidak bisa dipisahkan baik lingkungan alam maupun lingkungan sosial. Kehidupan dalam bermasyarakat memanglah sangat penting menjadikan kebersihan sebagai perhatian bersama. Lingkungan yang bersih membantu masyarakat agar terhindar dari penyakit-penyakit. Melakukan penerapan hidup dalam lingkungan yang bersih terdapat banyak manfaat di dalamnya, badan yang sehat, terasa asri dan nyaman yang membangkitkan energi positif untuk beraktifitas. Kebiasaan-kebiasaan suatu masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungannya tersebut dapat dimulai dari memiliki kesadaran untuk tidak membuang sampah sembarangan, sehingga berpengaruh pada tetap bersihnya lingkungan. Lingkungan lebih baik jika semua orang sadar dan bertanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan lingkungan, karena hal itu harus ditanamkan sejak dini, mulai dari sekolah dasar harus sudah diajarkan untuk selalu hidup bersih dan sehat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah serta bagaimana tingkat kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kelurahan Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Kedasaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di KelurahanÂ Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan diperoleh dari lima parameter, yaitu partisipasi dalam bentuk buah pikiran, partisipasi dalam bentuk tenaga, partisipasi dalam bentuk uang dan barang, partisipasi dalam bentuk kemahiran dan keterampilan, dan bentuk pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat.

This study was conducted to describe community assistance in the implementation of the Disaster-Resilient Village policy in Perk. Bukit Lawang Village. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The theoretical framework explains that policy implementation is influenced by communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data collection techniques include literature studies, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Disaster-Resilient Village policy in Perk. Bukit Lawang Village has not been optimal. In the communication dimension, the dissemination of information by the Perk. Bukit Lawang Village Government has been insufficient. There are also shortcomings in the resource dimension, including an inadequate number of human resources and limited budgetary resources, resulting in insufficient facilities and infrastructure. The disposition, or the ability of implementers to respond to problems, has been responsive. Meanwhile, the bureaucratic structure applies Standard Operating Procedures in the implementation of activities.

Human rights violations in universities remain a pressing issue, causing concerns among parents about the loss of comfort and a conducive learning atmosphere. Addressing this challenge requires urgent action to establish a university environment that promotes, nurtures, and advances human rights. Civics education, a mandatory subject in Indonesian schools, plays a central role in shaping students' civic intelligence and fostering democratic values. It also contributes significantly to the development of responsible citizenship. In the context of Indonesia's democratic landscape, which embraces diverse viewpoints and interests, civics education must adapt to address contemporary issues such as human rights and religious moderation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, drawing on references from books and academic journals, to examine how religious moderation can be integrated into civic education. The study highlights that a civic education strategy rooted in religious moderation, enriched with local wisdom, offers students a more meaningful learning experience. By exploring values close to their cultural context, students can better balance their understanding of human rights with the principles of religious moderation. The findings suggest that incorporating religious moderation into civic education enhances students' awareness of human rights, tolerance, and social responsibility.
