Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to improve students' learning activities using the model of Problem Based Learning in class V learning Citizenship Education Public Elementary School 20 South Pontianak. The research method is descriptive, with the form of classroom action research (PTK) and besifat collaborative. Subjects in this study were all fifth grade students of State Elementary School 20 South Pontianak totaling 30 people. The results showed that an increase in students' learning activities using the model of Problem Based Learning in learning Citizenship Education in Public Elementary School fifth grade 20 South Pontianak as evidenced by the results of the calculation in the first cycle count total average 41.62% and the second cycle total price -rata arithmetic 86.10%, this shows that from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 44.48%.  Keywords : Problem Based Learning, Student Activty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) Berbantuan Aplikasi Kahoot Berbasis Android. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kolaboratif tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilakukan di sd global maju khatulistiwa. Pada siklus I rata-rata evaluasi penilaian pelaksanaan rencana pembelajaran dengan rata-rata hitung 4,06, pada siklus 2 dengan rata-rata hitung 6,92 dan pada siklus 3 rata-rata hitung 8,76. Pada siklus 1 penilaian guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan rata-rata hitung 4,7, pada siklus 2 rata-rata hitung 7,03 dan pada siklus 3 mencapai 8,72. Hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata 71,33, pada siklus 2 diperoleh rata-rata 80,28 dan pada siklus III 3 hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata 91,14. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan intervensi Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) Dengan Aplikasi Kahoot Berbasis Android Pada Kelas V SD Global Maju Khatulistiwa.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of a character-based curriculum with digital technology and identify challenges that arise in the context of Society 5.0. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving teachers, students, parents and school principals as participants. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The data collected was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques with data triangulation to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The research results show that the implementation of a character-based curriculum in the digital era has a crucial role in building students' moral and social competence. However, there are a number of challenges, such as increasing dependence on technology, limited control over digital content, and the readiness of educators and parents to guide children. Therefore, a holistic approach and adaptive pedagogical strategies are needed to ensure character education remains an integral part of the learning process in the digital era.Keywords: Character Based Curriculum, Utilization of Digital Technology, Society Era 5.0"Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kurikulum berbasis karakter dengan teknologi digital serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang muncul dalam konteks Society 5.0. Namun, terdapat sejumlah tantangan, seperti meningkatnya ketergantungan terhadap teknologi, keterbatasan kontrol terhadap konten digital, serta kesiapan pendidik dan orang tua dalam membimbing anak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang holistik dan strategi pedagogis yang adaptif untuk memastikan pendidikan karakter tetap menjadi bagian integral dalam proses pembelajaran di era digital.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Berbasis Karakter, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital, Era Society 5.0"

Abstract

Intellectual capital represents information that reflects the quality of human resources and the knowledge assets owned by a business unit. This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital on business performance in creative sector MSMEs, specifically in the fashion and beauty industries in Surabaya. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to business owners to capture their understanding of the components of intellectual capital and its impact on business performance. The study employs a quantitative method with a correlational approach to analyze the relationships between variables. The results of significance tests indicate that intellectual capital overall has a notable impact on business performance. Specifically, Human Capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital, Technological Capital, and Business Capital exert a positive influence, demonstrating that the quality of human resources, organizational structure, business relationships, technology utilization, and business assets are key factors in improving MSME performance. Conversely, Customer Capital shows a negative influence, highlighting the need for more effective strategies in managing and leveraging customer-related resources. These findings confirm that intellectual capital significantly affects the performance of creative sector MSMEs, suggesting that proper management and development of each component of intellectual capital is essential for enhancing competitiveness, sustaining growth, and ensuring the long-term success of small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of digital transformation in education and the potential of the Canva application as an engaging visual learning medium, particularly for science subjects, which are often abstract. Despite its recognized potential, Canva's practical implementation in Indonesian elementary schools remains limited. The focus of this research is to examine the implementation of the Canva application as a science learning medium at SDN 31 West Pontianak, covering teacher knowledge, the planning process, classroom practice, and an evaluation of its strengths and limitations. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with three class teachers and the principal, as well as documentation of the learning media. Data analysis was conducted thematically. The results show Canva adoption driven by the Belajar.id account, with systematic implementation in planning and media diversification (LKPD, quizzes, videos). The main finding was a significant positive impact on students' learning motivation and understanding of abstract science concepts. Canva's strengths include ease of use and visualization, but internet connectivity is limited. It is concluded that Canva is an effective and impactful science learning medium, supported by teacher collaboration, but requires solutions to infrastructure challenges and sustainable access. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelangi oleh tuntutan transformasi digital dalam pendidikan dan potensi aplikasi Canva sebagai media pembelajaran visual yang menarik, khususnya untuk mata pelajaran IPA yang seringkali bersifat abstrak. Meskipun potensinya diakui, implementasi praktis Canva di sekolah dasar Indonesia masih terbatas dikaji. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengkaji implementasi aplikasi Canva sebagai media pembelajaran IPA di SDN 31 Pontianak Barat, mencakup pengetahuan guru, proses perencanaan, praktik di kelas, serta evaluasi kelebihan dan keterbatasannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga guru kelas dan kepala sekolah, serta dokumentasi media pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adopsi Canva yang didorong oleh akun Belajar.id, dengan implementasi sistematis dalam perencanaan dan diversifikasi media (LKPD, kuis, video). Temuan utama adalah dampak positif signifikan pada motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep abstrak IPA oleh siswa. Kelebihan Canva meliputi kemudahan penggunaan dan visualisasi, namun terkendala konektivitas internet. Disimpulkan bahwa Canva merupakan media pembelajaran IPA yang efektif dan berdampak positif, didukung oleh kolaborasi guru, namun memerlukan solusi untuk tantangan infrastruktur dan keberlanjutan akses.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi, beberapa aktivitas dihimbau untuk dilakukan dari rumah seperti bekerja dan sekolah. Masyarakat memiliki kebiasaan pada pagi hari untuk membeli makanan sebagai bekal ke sekolah atau ke tempat bekerja, namun ketika pandemi terjadi aktivitas tersebut mengalami penurunan. Hal ini berdampak pada usaha home industry makanan seperti nasi bungkus, warung aneka makanan, lauk dan kue. Sementara kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari harus tetap dipenuhi. Di samping itu, kondisi ekonomi yang kurang bagus terkadang memaksa seseorang untuk melakukan pinjaman. Hutang yang tidak sesuai kemampuan akan semakin mengganggu kondisi ekonomi. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi perlu diedukasi masyarakat agar tidak terjebak dengan pinjaman online illegal. Beberapa pekerjaan informal seperti pedagang kue di beberapa ruas jalan juga ditutup karena berkurangnya pembeli. Sehingga pemilik usaha rumahan yang selama ini memproduksi dan menyuplai nasi bungkus, sayur, lauk, dan kue harus dapat berinovasi dalam menjual produknya agar tetap bisa survive. Pengetahuan literasi keuangan guna memberikan bekal untuk mencari kesempatan bisnis di masa pandemi diharapkan dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM ini diharapkan bisa menambah pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan serta membantu kesejahteraan masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide education and assistance to the community, especially Indonesians residing in Malaysia, on the importance of investing part of their income and provide educational training on one form of investment, namely the capital market. This means that upon returning from overseas, PMI can become entrepreneurs and develop the family economy independently. Even if the capital obtained is sufficient, without family encouragement and sufficient financial management skills, it will not encourage migrant workers not to return to migrate. The skills to build a business by looking at potential, opportunities, capital, management, and good prospects will be very much needed for PMI in the homeland. Strong financial planning and adequate management skills make obstacles in development for the long term in terms of finance optimally mitigated. The specific target through this mentoring and training is that each partner will be able to know the importance of investing compared to saving, change the paradigm of saving society to investment society, and become an individual investor to increase the wealth and economy of the partner's family in the future. The methods that will be used in achieving these goals are tutorials, training on the introduction of the capital market, as well as training and mentoring on how to trade stocks, choose stocks, determine good and bad stocks, stock trading strategies, and maintain the psychological stability of an individual investor. Abstract

In accordance with the skills needed by human resources in the 21st century, education is one of the steps to be able to improve these skills. Learning implemented in schools is expected to be able to develop students' skills, one of which is in the use of information technology. In the world of education, electronic records management is one of the important competencies, especially for SMK students majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). However, observations at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya show that learning electronic records management has not been optimal. The use of Microsoft Access as learning media has various limitations, so that more than 50% of students are not yet skilled in electronic records management. For this reason, technology-based learning media such as the web-assisted electronic archive system application (Star App) is required. Star App is designed to facilitate students in practising electronic archive management, including data entry, archive retrieval and archive retention. This application is equipped with electronic archive theory material that makes it easier for students to understand concepts and practices. Previous research proves that web-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and skills. Thus, the development of Star App is expected to improve the quality of electronic archiving learning and students' skills in facing the challenges of the digital era.
