Abstract

The research problem was the low social emotional development of 5-6 years old children in TKIT AL-HUDA Branti Raya Lampung Selatan. This research aimed to investigate the influence of using local culture games toward social emotional development of children. The research method was used Pre-Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sampling technic used was saturated sampling. Data were collected by observation and documentation. The research instrument was observation paper or observation guidance. Data were analyzed by using cross table technic and simple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that there was an influenced between play activity by using local culture games into the increasing of childrens social emotional development. It was evidenced by the increasing of 5-6 years old children social emotional development in TKIT AL-HUDA Branti Raya Lampung Selatan, as much as 4 to 5 per meeting improvement indicators.Masalah dalam peneltian ini adalah rendahnya perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di TKIT AL-HUDA Branti Raya Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas permainan budaya lokal terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental. Desain penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrument penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi atau pedoman observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tabel silang dan analisis uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara aktivitas bermain menggunakan permainan budaya lokal terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di TKIT AL-HUDA Branti Raya Lampung Selatan rata-rata sebanyak 4-5 peningkatan setiap pertemuan.Kata kunci: aktivitas, permainan budaya lokal, sosial emosional anak usia dini.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsepsi siswa SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa tentang soal-soal pemecahan masalah, meliputi karakteristik, langkah-langka, dan strategi  soal pemecahan masalah. Subjek penelitian  adalah enam orang siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Instrumen penelitian  terdiri dari tes uraian dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan: siswa berkonsepsi bahwa soal pemecahan masalah merupakan soal yang jarang ditemui atau tidak rutin dan membutuhkan perhitungan; siswa dapat menuliskan informasi yang diketahui dan ditanyakan dari soal hanya soal yang mereka yakin bisa diselesaikan dan jawabannya benar; sebagian besar siswa mampu mengikuti langkah ketiga pemecahan masalah dan mampu  memeriksa kembali hasil jawabannya pada soal-soal yang mereka bisa selesaikan; strategi yang digunakan siswa yaitu membuat pola, membuat gambar, menebak dan memeriksa serta menggunakan logika dalam menyelesaikan masalah; siswa yang yakin dengan jawabannya akan cenderung tidak mencoba cara lain atau strategi lain dalam menyelesaikan masalah.   Kata Kunci :Konsepsi siswa, Soal-soal Pemecahan Masalah Matematika

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep adalah suatu proses memahami atau memaknai arti tertentu dan kemampuan untuk menggunakan pada kondisi tertentu. Media Pembelajaran fotonovela berbasis flipbook merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran fotonovela berbasis flipbook dan peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi getaran harmonis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Design and Development (DD) dengan model 4D yaitu define, design, development dan dissemination. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung persentase lembar validasi kelayakan media, N-gain, dan uji paired sample t-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 MAN 1 Kuningan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran fotonovela berbasis flipbook sangat layak digunakan karena dapat meningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi getaran harmonis

Abstract

This study originated from problems in learning Indonesian language in class II SD Inpres Sempan Barat Timika where most students have difficulty in understanding Indonesian language learning materials, so that the learning outcomes obtained by students are low. Therefore, to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning on wise money use materials, the Project Based Learning Model was applied to grade II students of SD Inpres Sempan Barat Timika. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted on grade II students of SD Inpres Sempan Barat Timika with a total of 24 students. The instruments used to collect data were observation sheets, documentation and learning outcome tests. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This research was conducted in two times cycle and each cycle consists of one meeting. The results of research from each cycle that has been carried out using the Project Based Learning Model show an improvement in both the learning process and student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the achievement of students in learning, where in cycle I the average score obtained by students only reached 70.8% completeness with an average student score of 68.75, while in cycle II showed a fairly high increase with completeness reaching 87.5% and an average student score of 82. Thus it can be concluded that the use of Project Based Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian Language in class II SD Inpres Sempan Barat Timika.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the autonomous speaking textbook, which provides detailed guidance for preparing to master English job interviews. This textbook provides detailed guidance on applying autonomous learning in speaking practice within a job interview context, along with rubrics and a weekly journal for autonomous purposes. The Design-Based Research (DBR) methodology was employed in this study, as it is more suitable for developing and evaluating educative innovations in authentic settings. The data were collected from the pre-test and post-test of the students' interviews, as well as survey results, to assess the students’ perceptions and strengthen the measurement of the effectiveness of 27 final-semester D4 English Department students at Politeknik Negeri Padang. The study's results reveal a significant improvement in the students’ speaking competence, particularly in terms of fluency, clarity, confidence, and vocabulary use. Most students felt that practicing mock interviews, receiving peer feedback, and keeping self-assessment journals helped them identify their strengths and weaknesses. These findings highlight the potential of an autonomous speaking textbook to bridge the gap between academic speaking activities and real-world job interview demand. Thus, it offers practical implications for EFL pedagogy and the development of employability skills

Abstract

Behavioral change toward a healthy lifestyle in rural communities remains a major challenge requiring strategic and sustainable approaches. Social marketing has proven to be an effective tool in promoting behavior change through communication, education, and empowerment. This study aims to examine the application of social marketing education to improve health awareness and behaviors among rural communities, focusing on hygiene, balanced nutrition, and prevention of infectious diseases. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach involving observation, interviews, and secondary data analysis from governmental and non-profit health promotion programs. The findings indicate that community-based social marketing, supported by local leaders and media, successfully increased participation in health and nutrition activities by up to 68%. The study concludes that social marketing education can effectively promote healthy behavioral changes when integrated with local cultural values and active community engagement.
