Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine (1) the role of improving the quality of visitor services on visitor satisfaction based on tourist reviews; and (2) strategies for developing Indonesian tourism through improving the quality of visitor services. This research uses SWOT analysis as an analytical tool to explore Indonesian tourism development strategies through improving the quality of visitor services. The results of this study show that (1) Tourist reviews after visiting tourist attractions are strong social evidence that can significantly influence potential tourists' decisions; and (2) Indonesia's tourism development strategy through improving the quality of visitor services consisting of the SO strategy through tourism promotion by offering quality visitor services, the WO strategy by developing a consumer touchpoint concept to attract tourists, the ST strategy through collaboration with tourism stakeholders to support consumer touchpoint tourism, and WT's strategy by educating tourism managers to improve the quality of visitor services. Abstract

The development of religious character among children with intellectual disabilities remains a neglected field in inclusive education, despite its critical role in fostering moral awareness and social adaptation. This study aims to evaluate methods for internalizing religious character values through spiritual counseling services at Extraordinary School of Pembina Yogyakarta, while mapping global research trends in this domain. Using a convergent parallel mixed-methods design, qualitative data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, complemented by a bibliometric analysis of 247 Scopus-indexed publications (2014–2024) using VOSviewer. The results reveal four effective strategies: spiritual individual counseling, group guidance via visual and audio media, ritual habituation, and counselor–parent collaboration. Bibliometric findings identified five major clusters: character education, inclusive learning, disability counseling, religious values, and adaptive pedagogy. This study enriches Lickona’s and Bandura’s frameworks by contextualizing religious character education for children with intellectual disabilities and underscores the need for standardized counseling modules and continuous counselor training. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perubahan besar dalam penyebaran informasi, termasuk pada sektor perikanan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan agromaritim. Namun, edukasi perikanan di pasar ikan tradisional dan modern masih terbatas pada cara konvensional yang kurang menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap digitalisasi edukasi perikanan melalui media pembelajaran berbasis website One Minute Iwak (OMI). Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 75 responden yang telah menggunakan website dalam tahap pengembangan. Data dianalisis melalui perhitungan rata rata dan uji reliabilitas (Cronbach Alpha) pada empat dimensi persepsi, yaitu ketertarikan, kemudahan, pengaruh, dan potensi penggunaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat tergolong positif terhadap penerapan website OMI, terutama pada aspek kemudahan akses dan ketertarikan terhadap tampilan visual serta konten edukatifnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi edukasi perikanan berpotensi meningkatkan literasi masyarakat, memperluas jangkauan informasi, serta memperkuat keterhubungan antara pasar tradisional dan modern menuju transformasi digital sektor agromaritim.
