Carry out its business in the shoe industry Cibaduyut facing various problems, especially problems related to lack of competitiveness. The lack of competitiveness caused by the perpetrators of the shoe industry Cibaduyut not apply competitiveness factors both external and internal nature. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. For the data collection methods used are literature studies and documentation, participatory observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The results showed that the activity of making shoes Cibaduyut Bandung can not be competitive due to the weak implementation of competitiveness factors, especially concerning factors employee skills and the availability of technology. Dalam mejalankan usahanya industri sepatu Cibaduyut mengahadapi berbagai masalah terutama masalah yang menyangkut lemahnya daya saing. Lemahnya daya saing tersebut disebabkan oleh para pelaku industri sepatu Cibaduyut belum menerapkan faktor daya saing baik yang bersifat eksternal maupun yang bersifat Internal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk pengumpulan data metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, pengamatan partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam dengan para informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembuatan sepatu Cibaduyut Kota Bandung belum bisa berdaya saing disebabkan oleh lemahnya penerapan faktor daya saing terutama yang menyangkut faktor keahlian pekerja dan faktor ketersediaan teknologi. Kata kunci : daya saing, industri sepatu, cibaduyut

Abstract

Footwear business activities in Cibaduyut, Bandung City are supported by various factors, such as entrepreneurial spirit, facilities, marketing, raw material procurement and capital procurement. This research is a qualitative research with data analysis through triangulation. The purpose of this study is mainly to find out the role of Fintech as one of the financial institutions that support in the field of business capital, especially micro-businesses such as Cibaduyut footwear, one of SME in Bandung City. The results of the study show that the Cibaduyut footwear industry is greatly helped by the existence of this Fintech although in the implementation still faces several obstacles, especially those concerning the knowledge and facilities to support these activities.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a survey research to determine teacher professional development programs that can be carried out by schools through teacher self-assessment. The results of this study can be used to determine professional development programs that can be carried out by schools based on self-assessment according to the needs of teachers. The self-assessment carried out by the teacher to analyze the need for Teacher Professional Development is carried out with a questionnaire that includes a person's strengths and weaknesses, Desired or required Career or Professional Development and the reasons for choosing the career development. Based on the survey, it can be seen that there is a comparison between the strengths of teachers and their weaknesses for the four competencies that teachers must have, it is also in accordance with the professional development program needed to improve the four competencies of teachers. Keywords: Self-Assessment, Teacher Professional Development

Abstract

The supply chain, which is an important part of business and production operations, can help manufacturing SMEs increase their competitiveness and strengthen their position in the market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of extraordinary agility and resource flexibility on supply chain resilience. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the analysis technique Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The number of samples used in this study was 194 respondents, chosen through a simple random sampling technique. The results show that resource flexibility has a positive effect on supply chain agility and streamlining. Supply chain agility also has a positive and significant impact on supply chain resilience, while lean supply chain cannot mediate this relationship. Finally, an agile supply chain also mediates the relationship between resource flexibility and supply chain resilience. The results of this study can be used as a reference for manufacturing SMEs in developing effective supply chain management strategies to increase their supply chain resilience. Abstract

Opak (cassava crackers) in general contains a lot of carbohydrates. To increase the nutritional value of opak, one of them is by adding trash fish which is quite rich in protein. This study aims to determine the effect of adding trash fish with different concentrations in the manufacture of opak crackers on the physicochemical properties. This study used an experimental method with a RAL experimental design in a laboratory. Sensory testing found that the more concentration of trash fish added, the more favored the panelists with the R3 treatment on average received. Tests for protein and water content produced linear data. The more fish content, the higher the protein content and water content. The highest water and protein content in the R4 treatment was 12.58% and 6.91%, respectively. The highest swelling power (except the control) in treatment R2 was 81.16%, while the least absorption in treatment R4 was 14.11%. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are currently expected to be financially independent to meet the operational costs of the Islamic boarding school. One way that can be done is by establishing a Business Unit, as was done by the Darul Fallah Islamic boarding school in Bogor by establishing PT. Dafa Techno Agro Mandiri which operates in the field of plant breeding using a tissue culture system. Apart from that, Islamic boarding schools are also expected to be a reference in implementing business based on sharia concepts. Problems faced by PT. Dafa 1) Business managers focus on making products and lack an entrepreneurial spirit. The business sector is handed over to the main director, who is busy and often goes abroad. 2) Business planning adapts to government programs, not market conditions. 3) Sharia business practices are not yet implemented in running it. Business. The research objectives are: a) Analyze the entrepreneurial spirit of PT business managers. Dafa b) Knowing the Implementation of Sharia Business at PT. Dafa. Based on the results of research at PT. Dafa Techno Agro Mandiri (PT. Dafa) that 1) The entrepreneurial spirit of company managers still needs to be improved, especially in terms of creativity in carrying out business activities. Because currently the day-to-day company management hands over the business sector to the main director. Managers and employees are focused on producing seeds, according to the direction of the main director. Not yet business oriented. Apart from that, company planning emphasizes government programs, not general market needs. Apart from that, it is also implementing a strategy to improve relations with student alumni, potato breeders and the government to expand the market. 2) Implementation of sharia business for business actors at PT. Dafa Tecno Agro Mandiri has been implemented. But they do not realize that what they are doing already applies sharia principles. Like managers who work sincerely with the intention of worship, not just pursuing material things. Apart from that, when facing business losses, managers and employees accept it with a good opinion of Allah that Allah is the one who regulates the sustenance of His servants.  Competitors are treated as partners. The new concept outlined is that of strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit for sharia business actors, that is, apart from implementing character factors that refer to sharia values, it is also necessary to improve their business spirit. Suggestions for companies 1) We recommend that the entrepreneurial spirit be strongly instilled in all managers and employees. So that business development can be carried out and inspired by all business actors at PT. Dafa . 2) Even though PT. Dafa Teknoagro Mandiri has implemented sharia business in its daily business operations but should be more prominent about the implementation of sharia business in PT companies. Dafa. So it can be used as a reference for Islamic boarding schools and other business actors.

Abstract

This potato cracker business is located in Ciawitali Village, Warnasari Village RT / RW 01/08, Pangalengan District. Regency. Bandung - West Java is located in the southern part of Bandung Regency, which is 51 kilometers from the center of Bandung City and 23 kilometers from the capital city of Bandung Regency, namely Soreang, Pangalengan District is one of the tourism icons of Bandung Regency and still has a number of hidden potentials. This potential must still be explored and developed for the welfare of society. Some of them are culinary potentials that have not been widely known so far. Another potential that can still be explored is potato crackers, where potatoes are a superior agricultural commodity from Pangalengan. Warnasari Village is part of Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Likewise, in Warnasari Village there is still potential, where there are some people who depend on their livelihoods by exploiting the potential of several sectors of agriculture, plantations, services and others through entrepreneurship (business actors / MSMEs). Problems in general are related to business managerial, including production, human resources, finance and marketing. Priority problems for partners, namely the low motivation of partners to develop their businesses and unstructured business management, especially marketing and business development that have not yet developed. The solution offered: Implementation of entrepreneurial motivation training and business management and product marketing.

Abstract

Peningkatan kapasitas kader dalam pencatatan buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) merupakan langkah strategis untuk memperkuat sistem informasi kesehatan di tingkat komunitas. Buku KIA berperan penting sebagai alat pencatatan kesehatan ibu dan anak yang terintegrasi, namun keberhasilan penggunaannya sangat bergantung pada kompetensi kader. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam aspek pencatatan buku KIA. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini berupa refreshing tentang pencatatan buku KIA, simulasi dan pendampingan kader di Dusun Kepuh Desa Kepuharjo Kecamatan Cangkringan, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang pencatatan buku KIA di nilai dari perolehan nilai mean pretest sebesar 48 poin menjadi 90 poin pada posttest. Selain itu sebanyak 88% kader mampu mengisi pencatatan di Buku KIA dengan benar. Dari kegiatan ini, dihasilkan sebuah e-book yang dapat dijadikan petunjuk bagi kader dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu, refreshing dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan memberikan manfaat efektif untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan untuk memanfaatkan e-book dalam mendukung tercapainya efisiensi dan peningkatan pencatatan di masa depan.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bandung Barat menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dari tahun ke tahun, dari 12.119-unit pada 2019 menjadi 22.366 unit pada 2021. Peningkatan ini didorong oleh perkembangan ekonomi, dukungan pemerintah, dan kemajuan teknologi. UMKM memiliki peran krusial dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pergerakan ekonomi daerah. Sektor perdagangan mendominasi UMKM di wilayah ini, yaitu sebesar 62,3%. Meskipun potensinya besar, UMKM menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan ketat, kurangnya keterampilan manajemen, dan keterbatasan akses modal serta pasar. UMKM Aromanis Wafer Barokah Kembar, sebagai mitra binaan Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis UNPAS sejak 2022, menghadapi permasalahan spesifik pada area produksi dan pengembangan produk. Program kemitraan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui pendampingan dan implementasi praktik bisnis berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Program ini akan fokus pada perbaikan proses produksi, kelengkapan alat, penataan layout, dan inovasi produk serta kemasan untuk memperluas akses pasar. UMKM Aromanis Berkah sebagai mitra karena Kecamatan Parompong dengan beberapa desa didalamnya menjalin kerjsama dan menjadi Kecamatan Binaan program studi Administrasi Bisnis UNPAS yang sudah bersepakat bekerjasama pada tahun 2022 sampai dengan saat ini. Dari hasil kegiatan PKM ini, produksi akan meningkat dan produk akan semakin bersaing dengan competitor.
