Abstract

The background of this research is to find out how to increase sales by using a new method, namely the online sales method. With this method, the writer wants to know what variables can affect the sales increase variable. Therefore, the variables raised in this writing are: the ease of using the application variable and the convenience variable in paying for the online purchase system with these variables it is known what variables influence in order to improve sales of a product online. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods using survey tools. Carried out to 100 sellers who sell their products online, therefore the results of the data obtained will be real data in the field so that they can find out whether these variables affect the increasing variables n rate of sales made online. The problem raised in this study is how to determine a variable that can affect other variables. The variables raised in this study are the variable ease of using the application and the variable convenience in your payment to increase sales made online. The purpose of this study is to find out how to increase sales of a product or service with an online sales method system. Therefore, the author wants to know what variables affect online sales in order to increase sales of a product or service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Guru Penggerak terhadap motivasi dan kreativitas guru di SD Negeri 14 Banglas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SD Negeri 14 Banglas, dengan sampel sebanyak 9 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur motivasi dan kreativitas guru sebelum dan sesudah penerapan program Guru Penggerak. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada motivasi dan kreativitas guru setelah mengikuti program Guru Penggerak. Program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas guru, yang berdampak positif pada kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru melalui program Guru Penggerak dan menyarankan implementasi program serupa di sekolah-sekolah lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Zakat is a tax collected from Muslim rich people to help the poor Muslim community . Results of research conducted at BAZNAS Cirebon shows that the effect of zakat can have an effect on aggregate consumption. The MPC (Marginal Propensity to Consume) value obtained for muzakki is 0.46 and mustahik is 0.76. It shows that the mustahik MPC is greater than the muzakki MPC, meaning that there is an increase in aggregate consumption due to the large change in mustahik's income. Wealthy groups who pay zakat are more stable than other rich groups who do not pay zakat, this can be seen when the income of muzakki and other rich groups is the same, the MPC values are different , namely MPCZ = 0.4 and MPCK = 0.7 . The value of MPCZ muzakki (zakat) is closer to zero than MPCK muzakki (non-zakat) which is close to one, meaning that the consumption of muzakki (zakat) is more stable. This shows that the increase in aggregate consumption in the Islamic economy is better than the conventional economy.

Abstract

Penerapan prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan zakat secara umum dimuat dalam Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengelolaan Zakat. Salah satu dari pengelolaan zakat yang harus diimplementasikan adalah asas transparansi. Sedangkan sebagai bentuk jaminan konstitusional terhadap hak atas keterbukaan informasi publik, transparansi atas penyelenggaraan fungsi pelayanan di Indonesia ditetapkan melalui UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2008. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asas transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat melalui perspektif maqashid syariah dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian asas transparansi dengan UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif yuridis. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui literatur riview atau kepustakaan pada konsep maqashid syariah dan perundang-undangan terkait. Adapun hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa asas transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat merupakan kewajiban yang bersifat normatif dan sesuai dengan syariat. Hal ini tercantum sebagaimana Pasal 9 sampai dengan Pasal 11 UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 yang mewajibkan bagi lembaga zakat agar menyediakan informasi publik baik laporan keuangan maupun laporan kegiatan. Selain itu transparansi juga merupakan pengejawantahan dari maqashid syariah melalui penguatan etika, pemenuhan hak mustahik, pencegahan penyelewengan dana, edukasi publik dan distribusi yang adil dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan berkomunikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berkomunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,701 menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Diharapkan mahasiswa dapat terus mengembangkan soft skills, dan pihak kampus menyediakan dukungan berupa pelatihan dan pembinaan karier untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leader Humility on Withdrawal Behavior with Interpersonal Justice as a moderating variable at PT. Saung Bukit Ajimut, a fast food restaurant in Cirebon Regency. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, then analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS. The results showed that Leader Humility had a negative and significant effect on Withdrawal Behavior. The higher the leader's humility, the lower the tendency of employees to display withdrawal behavior such as lateness, absenteeism, and decreased work motivation. However, the Interpersonal Justice variable was not proven to be able to moderate the relationship between Leader Humility and Withdrawal Behavior. This indicates that the perception of interpersonal justice is not strong enough to strengthen the influence of leader humility because the restaurant's work dynamics are more influenced by structural factors such as workload and reward systems. This study recommends companies to strengthen the consistency of humble leadership practices, manage workloads fairly, improve two-way communication forums, and integrate interpersonal justice with reward systems so that employee withdrawal behavior can be suppressed sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Work Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT. Sudinar Artha. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 respondents, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22. The results of the study indicate that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The better the balance between work and personal life that employees feel, the higher their performance will be. In addition, Work Loyalty has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Loyal employees tend to be more responsible, dedicated, and committed to achieving company targets. Simultaneously, Work Life Balance and Work Loyalty have a strong influence on employee performance. This study recommends companies to implement a balanced working hours policy, improve the reward and compensation system, pay attention to employee welfare, and build a work culture that supports loyalty so that employee performance can continue to improve sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Resilience and Learning Agility on employee performance at PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) Cirebon Shipyard. This research is based on the trend of declining employee performance. The problem is suspected to be caused by high work pressure that is not balanced with employees' mental endurance and personal ability to adapt quickly. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population for this study consists of all 70 employees, and the sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data analysis techniques include Instrument Testing (Validity and Reliability Tests), Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Testing (Partial Test / t-Test, and Simultaneous Test / F-Test) with the help of SPSS Version 22 software. The study shows that the Resilience variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, meaning the higher the level of resilience an employee has, the more optimal their performance. Furthermore, Learning Agility has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, which indicates that employees who have the ability to adapt and learn quickly tend to have better performance. Subsequently, Resilience and Learning Agility together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance. Both variables play a strong role in improving employee performance, which can ultimately boost productivity and optimal achievement for the company.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of workload on turnover intention with work stress as a mediating variable among employees of CV Semar Berkah Mandiri. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 43 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²), t-tests, F-tests, and Sobel tests with the assistance of IBM SPSS 25. The results reveal that workload has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Moreover, workload also positively affects work stress, which, in turn, significantly increases turnover intention. Mediation analysis demonstrates that work stress plays a crucial mediating role in the relationship between workload and turnover intention. From an educational perspective, this study emphasizes the importance of employee development programs in mitigating the negative effects of workload and stress. Continuous training and organizational learning initiatives can strengthen employees’ resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, thereby reducing turnover intention. Companies are encouraged to integrate educational initiatives into their human resource management strategies as part of a holistic approach to workload management and employee retention.

Abstract

In the distribution of inheritance, it has been regulated in such a way in the provisions of Islamic law and positive law, where anyone is entitled to receive the inheritance, and who is not entitled to receive the inheritance, then about how many rights must be given to the heirs of the treasure left by the deceased. But the problem is, even though it is regulated in such a way in the existing regulations, there are still frequent conflicts/disputes in the distribution. One of the heirs has bad intentions, for example, wants to control all the inheritance of the deceased. By using a qualitative approach, this type of field research, data from observations, interviews and documentation are analyzed deductively by taking theories or arguments / legal rules related to the distribution of inheritance which are settled out of court, then from the theory drawn to the facts or facts of cases in the field. Then the results of the study indicate that the settlement of disputes outside the court through mediation in inheritance disputes in Bantunan Village, Pajar Bulan District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province, in its implementation is not in accordance with applicable legal rules, both Islamic law and positive law.Keywords: Islamic Law, Inheritance, Mediation
