Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation have on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were youth entering late adolescence and early adulthood in Kebobang Village. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation influences entrepreneurial interest. Partially, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Entrepreneurial Interest, while the Family Environment has no influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of human relations, work stress and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Cimory. This type of research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were production employees of PT. Cimory, Pasuruan Regency. A sample of 68 employees was determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research show that human relations and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT production employees. Cimory. Meanwhile, work stress does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT production employees. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers influence consumer decisions in buying RS31 Shop House fashion products at Shopee. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used in this quantitative research. Thus, the sample of this study consisted of 85 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for RS31 fashion products from Shopee e-commerce. Partially, purchasing decisions are positively and significantly influenced by social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3). Keywords: social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate whether entrepreneurial leadership and knowledge sharing affect innovation work behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study employs a cross-sectional method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the proposed research model. The sample of this study were 122 employee of SMEs culinary. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3. The findings suggest that the entrepreneurial leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on the Knowledge Sharing of employees in small and medium enterprises in Lowokwaru Distric Malang City. In addition, the study provides evidence that entrepreneurial leadership is the primary driving force for knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The study provides practical guidance for small and medium enterprises to enhance innovation and competitiveness through entrepreneurial leadership that fosters knowledge sharing, in order to create an innovative work environment. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion and brand image on consumer buying interest in using products on the Maxim application in Malang. In this research, data collection methods were used using questionnaires. The population of this research is Maxim application users in Malang with a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows software. The conclusions of this research are price promotion and brand image simultan have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interestm,  price simultan has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interes, promotion simultan has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest,  brand Image simultan has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest.  Keywords: Price, Promotion, Brand Image, and Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The object of this research is employees at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Education Foundation in Tasikmadu, Malang. The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory research method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 57 respondents, consisting of teachers and foundation employees. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.The research results show that democratic leadership style has a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction has been proven to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between democratic leadership style and employee performance. Thus, the higher the application of democratic leadership, the greater the increase in job satisfaction which has implications for increasing employee performance. These findings contribute to human resource management in the Islamic education environment and become a reference for developing leadership policies in educational organizations. Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction, Islamic Education Foundation, SEM-PLS

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (OHS) implementation on employee commitment at PO Bus Juragan 99 Trans. Optimal K3 implementation not only serves as an effort to mitigate occupational safety risks, but also as a factor that can increase job satisfaction and employee commitment to the organization. This research was conducted on the bus crew (drivers and co-drivers) of PO Juragan 99 Trans as respondents. The population in this study were all AKAP and Tourism bus crews of PO J99 Trans with a total of 101 people. To determine the number of samples, the Slovin formula was used so that a sample size of 81 people was obtained. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to the PO Juragan 99 Trans bus crew as respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software to analyze direct effects and indirect effects (mediation). The results showed that the application of OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence between OHS implementation on employee commitment. With a good OHS policy in place, employees feel safer, more comfortable, and valued, which in turn will increase their commitment such as through increased loyalty and productivity. The implication of this study confirms that companies need to continue to develop comprehensive OHS policies to create a safer and more conducive work environment. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Online Customer Review (OCR) and Hedonic Shopping Motivation  on Impulse Buying mediated by Brand Trust on e-commerce Brand skintific. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population of the study were students of the University of Islam Malang who shopped for skintific products on e-commerce, with a sample of 95 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling and snowball sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of this study indicate that Online customer reviewhas an effect on Brand Trust, hedonic shopping motivation has an effect on brand trust, Online customer reviewhas an effect on impulse buying, Hedonic shopping motivation  has no effect on impulse buying, Brand Trust has an effect on impulse buying, Online customer reviewhas no effect on impulse buying through brand trust and hedonic shopping motivation  has an effect on impulse buying through brand trust. Keywords: Online Customer Review, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Impulse buying, Brand Trust

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore and evaluate the influence of training, organizational culture, and artificial intelligence on talent management (case study at ORMAWA FEB UNISMA). This research uses a quantitative approach using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 74 Gen Z respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis tests, and determination tests carried out using SPSS 25 software. The research results reveal that training, organizational culture, and artificial intelligence each have a partial influence on talent management.Keywords: Training, Organizational culture, artificial intelligence, and Talent Management

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work family conflict on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to all employees of Retawu Deli Malang pastry shop with saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples used in this study was 51 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study showed that work family conflict did not have a significant effect on employee performance or job satisfaction. On the contrary, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction cannot act as a mediator in the relationship between work family conflict and employee performance. These findings show that in the context of the service industry such as the Retawu Deli pastry shop, the job satisfaction factor is more dominant in determining employee performance than work-family conflict. Therefore, employee performance improvement strategies should be focused on creating a more flexible and supportive work environment, as well as providing incentives that can increase employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Work family conflict, Service Industry, Mediation, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction
