Abstract

Covid-19 atau disebut juga corona merupakan keluarga besar virus yang mengakibatkan terjadinya infeksi saluran pernapasan atas ringan hingga sedang, seperti penyakit flu. Banyak orang terinfeksi virus ini, setidaknya satu kali dalam hidupnya. Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia bahkan Indonesia yang telah berlangsung dua tahun membawa era baru dalam berbagai bidang termasuk di bidang ekonomi. Pada Kelurahan Mayangan Kota Probolinggo Jawa Timur yang sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai nelayan dan pedagang ikan, maupun pekerja informal lain, kasus ini sangat berdampak pada perekonomian masyarakat. KSM Unisma berinisiatif memberikan bantuan kebutuhan pokok kepada masyarakat yang terdampak. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat meringankan beban kebutuhan sehari-hari sebagai akibat dari pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dari kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian pada masyarakat yang di fokuskan dalam satu bidang yaitu bidang ekonomi pada masyarakat dikelurahan Mayangan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Opak gambir merupakan salah satu produk UMKM yang memiliki potensi tinggi dalam perkembangan ekonomi, baik regional maupun nasional. Dusun Bunder, Desa Tunjungtirto, Kec. Singosari adalah salah satu daerah penghasil opak gambir yang memiliki potensi tinggi dalam perkembangan UMKM. Optimalisasi produk opak gambir melalui redesain kemasan dan pengenalan media ­e-commerce, diharapkan mampu memberi kontribusi yang maksimal bagi pelaku UMKM opak gambir. Observasi dan wawancara langsung dilakukan kepada pelaku UMKM untuk menggali kelemahan dan kelebihan dari produk opak gambir. Hal ini dilakukan agar program yang disusun tepat sasaran serta berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The post-pandemic economic situation forces companies to have breakthroughs to compete with competitors. This is a big enough problem for most MSMEs in Indonesia, including UD Sumber Dwi Jaya Food, which is engaged in the snack food sector in Lampung. Weak market conditions coupled with high raw material prices have forced UD Sumber Dwi Jaya Food to learn and innovate regarding its products. This will boost organizational performance so MSMEs can compete and increase their profits. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational learning on organizational performance through organizational innovation. The population in this study were 38 employees of UD Sumber Dwi Jaya Food, all of whom were used as research samples. The method used in this research is using PLS-SEM analysis. Organizational learning can drive organizational performance because the organization can become a medium for employee learning and development. On the other hand, organizational innovation cannot encourage organizational performance or strengthen the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. The culture of innovation in SMEs is not going well, because low results for the innovation culture indicator. Not many innovations occur in SMEs, so this affects employee perceptions at work. This is interesting, considering that, in theory, organizational Innovation can improve organizational performance.

Abstract

The number of street vendors in Indonesia is an exciting thing to research. This relates to their decision to become an entrepreneur. Several interesting points are identified as supporting their entrepreneurial intentions, including entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, and innovative work behaviour, which strengthen relationships. The problem often faced by street vendors is a need for more innovation so they do not have a competitive edge. On the other hand, intense competition usually becomes an obstacle in running a business. Therefore, innovation and ideas are needed to make them survive and even win the contest. The population in this study consists of street vendors spread across Greater Malang, with a sample size of 200 respondents. The method used in this research is PLS-SEM analysis. Entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial mindset influence innovative work behaviour. A strong entrepreneurial spirit will encourage innovation. Another interesting finding is that creative work behaviour does not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intentions. There needs to be support other than entrepreneurial orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset to generate entrepreneurial intentions, such as entrepreneurship education, as well as government support related to the environment, capital, and training.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Digital Marketing, E-WOM, and Online Customer Rating on Purchasing Decisions at Culucu Babyshop Nganjuk. The population in this study were Culucu Babyshop consumers whose numbers were unknown. Then from this population a sample of 75 people was taken using the maholtra formula. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Purchasing Decisions, independent variables Digital Marketing, E-WOM, and Online Customer Rating. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling approach which was assisted by SPSS 25 software in conducting data tests. The results showed that 1) Digital Marketing, E-WOM, and Online Customer Rating simultaneously affect Purchasing Decisions 2) Digital Marketing has no effect on Purchasing Decisions 3) E-WOM has an effect on Purchasing Decisions 4) Online Customer Rating affects Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, E-WOM, Online Customer Rating, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of UNISMA Jam'iyyatul Rurro' Wal Huffadz (JQH) Management Volunteers. This type of research is a quantitative research, namely research in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics The population in this study is the entire management of UKM JQH UNISMA and with the number of samples obtained by 49 students using saturated sample techniques. Data was collected using questionnaires  through google form  and and analyzed by multiple linear regression through Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study show that transformational leadership, communication and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of volunteers in the management of UKM JQH UNISMA Keywords : Leadership, Communication, Commitment, Volunteer Performance, Management

Abstract

Abstract Business people are impacted by the rapid development of information technology, which helps them become famous all over the world. By using social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok, shops can promote and introduce the products they sell using the shop image, which is the public's view or perception of the shop's name or products in terms of value, quality and price. However, service quality is the level of excellence that is expected to fulfill consumers' desires for the services provided by the brand to them. Social media marketing, store image, and service quality related to customer satisfaction are the objectives of this research. The research method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling research method. In this research, 93 Meteor Cell Malang customers were sampled. In this research, a data collection method using a survey was used. To analyze the data, SPSS 23 was used. This includes instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. research show that social media, store image and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on Meteor Cell Malang customer satisfaction. Furthermore, partially, social media, store image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Meteor Cell Malang.  Keywords: Media Sosial, Citra Toko, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan Meteor Cell Malang

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of digital marketing, online customer reviews, and discounts on purchasing decisions simultaneously and partially at Hampers_Quu Mojosari Mojokerto. this research uses a quantitative approach. A total of 80 people participated in this activity. validity and reliability tests were conducted to measure the performance of research questions as data collection tools. In addition, this study uses normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, F test, R2 test and t test. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing, online customer reviews, and discounts simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: digital marketing, online customer review, price discount and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how big the influence of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment is on the Performance of Malang Regency National Defense Agency Employees. The population in this study were non-ASN employees of the Malang Regency National Land Agency. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show the influence of authoritarian leadership style, rewards and punishment on the performance of employees at the Malang Regency National Defense Agency. Partially, the Authoritarian Leadership Style and Rewards influence the performance of Malang Regency National Defense Agency employees, while Punishment has no effect on the Malang Regency National Defense Agency employee performance. Keywords: Authoritarian Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of village officials in Gondang District, Bojonegoro Regency. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from the time of distributing questionnaires to Village Apparatus in Gondang District and with a sample size of 87 respondents using saturated sample technique. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed: (1) work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Gondang Subdistrict, (2) work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Village Officials in Gondang Subdistrict, (3) the work environment partially has an insignificant effect on the performance of Village officials in Gondang Subdistrict. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
