Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of  the Marketing Strategy of  Digital Marketing (X1), Electronic Word of Mouth (X2), and Brand Image (X3) on Purchase Decision, partially. That The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was of 75 consumers from Bebek Carok who used Bebek Carok products in the city of Malang from a population whose exact number is unknown. Questionnaires were used as a data collection instrument, Validity Test and Reliability Test are used to measure instrument performance. Not only that, this research also uses the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Adjusted R Square Test, and t Test. The results of this research show that digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand image partially have a positive effect and has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational communication on the commitment of management study program members. This study involved a population consisting of members of the management study program. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 86 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the assistance of SPSS version 30 software. The variables in this study include Member Commitment as the dependent variable, and Leadership Style, Motivation, and Communication as the independent variables. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on Member Commitment, 2) Motivation does not significantly influence Member Commitment, and 3) Communication has a significant influence on Member Commitment. Keywords: Member Commitment, Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Communication

Abstract

Abstract The selection of a diniyah madrasah (Islamic educational institution) for children involves multidimensional considerations from guardians, including social, economic, and infrastructural factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of mouth (WOM), Education Costs, and Facilities on the decision-making of guardians at Madrasah Diniyah Masjid Agung An-Nuur in Batu City. A quantitative method was employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 63 guardians as the research sample. Data were analyzed using multiple regression in IBM SPSS. The results indicate: (1) WOM has a significant partial influence on the selection decision; (2) Education Costs Facilities show no significant individual effects; (3) Collectively, the three variables account for 64.7% of the decision variability. These findings suggest that social recommendations (WOM) dominate the decision-making process, while financial and physical infrastructure considerations are less critical in this religious community context. The study underscores the importance of community-based communication strategies to enhance the competitiveness of diniyah madrasahs. Keywords: : Word of mouth, Education Costs, Facilities, Decision-Making, Diniyah Madrasah

Abstract

Abstract Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools with one of the exemplary Islamic boarding schools for other Islamic boarding schools. One of them is an example with good waqf management. Since the establishment of the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school which was founded by KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari in 1899 AD. Already had a picture for the management of waqf in the future, after the regeneration of the change of caretakers until the time of KH. Salahuddin Wahid with the development period continued by the current caretaker, namely KH. Abdul Hakim Mahfudz or commonly called Gus Kikin continued the development of the Islamic boarding school. This study aims to see the waqf fundraising strategy in the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school during the leadership of Gus Kikin, and also to find out the extent of the waqf management carried out for the development of the Islamic boarding school. From the results of the research conducted, there are strategies carried out by the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school during the leadership of Gus Kikin, namely: Development of Islamic boarding schools, effectiveness of waqf, and improvement of educational and study institutions. Of the three strategies carried out, the results will automatically be seen by the community and alumni and guardians of students, which will raise interest in the investment of the afterlife in the form of waqf. The strategy is with the productive waqf version of Tebuireng. In addition, the utilization of waqf carried out by the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school is to create buildings and institutions to reserve damaged items and reuse them, such as chairs and study tables in existing educational institutions.. Keywords: Waqf Strategy, Tebuireng Waqf, Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, Fundraising

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and communication on employee performance at PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk. The research background is based on the importance of improving employee performance to support organizational productivity and success, particularly in the highly competitive banking sector. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents who are employees of PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk., and then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style, teamwork, and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that effective leadership, strong teamwork support, and open and clear communication can enhance employee performance. In conclusion, the company needs to continuously optimize leadership practices, foster a strong teamwork culture, and strengthen communication patterns to further improve employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Teamwork, Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3), and work stress on employee performance at UD. Farhan Jaya, Depok. The background of this research is based on the importance of creating a conducive and low-pressure work environment to support productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 51 employees of the production department. Data analysis was carried out by validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the work environment and work stress had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while K3 had no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 25.1%. These findings indicate that the creation of a harmonious work environment and good stress management can optimally improve employee performance, while the implementation of K3 needs to be reviewed to be more impactful. This research contributes to the development of HR management strategies based on environmental and work psychological factors. Keywords: Work Environment, K3, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Teachers play a crucial role in developing quality human resources. However, high workloads, administrative demands, and expectations from various parties can cause stress and reduce job satisfaction. The imbalance in the teacher-to-student ratio in Sumberpucung District often requires teachers to teach beyond the minimum hours. Factors such as work-life balance, work stress, and social support are considered to influence teachers' job satisfaction.This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, work stress, and social support on the job satisfaction of civil servant teachers at SMPN and SMAN in Sumberpucung District. This research is causal with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 143 civil servant teachers, and 105 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling with criteria of married teachers, a minimum of 2 years of work experience, and a teaching load of at least 24 hours per week. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The t-test results indicate that work-life balance and social support significantly affect job satisfaction, while work stress does not. The F-test shows that all three variables simultaneously influence job satisfaction. The Adjusted R² value of 0.203 indicates that the independent variables explain 20.3% of the variation in job satisfaction, while the remaining 79.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Job Stress, Social Support, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research wants to explore how product quality, price, and promotion influence the purchasing decisions of Stars Collections cutomers. The population in this study was Stars Collections consumer, with a sample of 85 respondent selected using a accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used a questionnaire, while data analysis employed multiple linier regressions analysis. The results from this study reveal that, on an individual basis, product quality plays a key role in influencing purchase decisions, much like price does, whereas promotion doesn't make a difference. However, when you look at them all at once, product quality, price, and promotion combined do have a notable impact on how customers of Stars Collections decide to buy. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, And Promotion

Abstract

Abstract This study seeks to examine the impact of compensation, work environment, and work-life balance on employee performance at Quality Group Sidoarjo, PT Bumi Jatikalang Sejahtera. The research utilized a quantitative methodology, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 34 employees at the Quality Group Sidoarjo office of PT Bumi Jatikalang Sejahtera. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings reveal that compensation does not significantly affect employee performance, the work environment has a significant influence, while work-life balance does not show a significant effect. Keywords: Employee Performance, Compensation, Work Environment Work-Life Balance.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Global Mindset, Job Characteristics, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. SMAB Pandaan, both individually and simultaneously, as well as to identify the variable that has the most significant influence. The study employs a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing. A total of 75 employees of PT. SMAB Pandaan were selected as the research sample. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, followed by validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests with the assistance of SPSS version 19 for Windows. The findings indicate that Global Mindset, Job Characteristics, and Compensation have both partial and simultaneous effects on Employee Performance. Among the three variables, Global Mindset is the most influential factor. Overall, the three independent variables demonstrate a strong and positive relationship with Employee Performance. Keywords: Global Mindset, Compensation, Job Characteristics, Employee Performance.
