Abstract

Robot hexapod sering ditampilkan dalam kompetisi seperti Kontes Robot Indonesia (KRI), terutama dalam divisi Kontes Robot SAR Indonesia (KRSRI). Di divisi KRSRI, robot hexapod diharuskan untuk menavigasi area kompetisi dan melewati berbagai rintangan yang ada di arena. Oleh karena itu, sistem kontrol gerakan navigasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk mengelola pergerakan robot. Penelitian ini mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan menerapkan metode PID - Inverse Kinematics. PID - Inverse Kinematics menggabungkan metode Inverse Kinematics dengan metode kontrol Proportional Integral Derivative (PID). Metode PID menghasilkan nilai konstan P, I, dan D berdasarkan nilai kesalahan dan perubahan kesalahan, yang kemudian digunakan dalam perhitungan Inverse Kinematics. Uji coba eksperimen dengan dan tanpa rintangan berhasil dilakukan, kecuali untuk rintangan jalan pecah, di mana terdapat tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam menavigasi jalan miring dan tingkat kegagalan 20% dalam melewati rintangan pecah.

Abstract

Computer vision adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan komputer untuk mengenali dan memahami objek di sekitarnya sebagaimana penglihatan manusia. Teknologi ini telah berkembang pesat dan diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pengolahan citra digital. Salah satu aplikasi potensial dari teknologi ini adalah dalam bidang pengolahan ikan, khususnya untuk penyortiran ikan berdasarkan ukurannya. Umumnya, proses penyortiran dilakukan secara manual, di mana manusia menggunakan pengamatan visual untuk mengelompokkan ikan ke dalam kategori kecil, sedang, dan besar. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mengadopsi konsep pengamatan ini dengan menerapkan teknologi computer vision untuk mendeteksi ukuran ikan dan mengelompokkan ikan berdasarkan hasil deteksi tersebut, menggunakan ikan bandeng sebagai objek penelitian. Sistem tersebut mencapai akurasi deteksi sebesar 91,78%, dengan kemungkinan penurunan akurasi disebabkan oleh proses konversi dari nilai piksel ke ukuran dalam centimeter. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengembangan dengan mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan metode logika fuzzy ke dalam sistem computer vision untuk memperbaiki akurasi dalam mendeteksi ukuran ikan. Dengan penggunaan kecerdasan buatan logika fuzzy, sistem dapat memproses data ukuran dengan lebih halus dan adaptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akurasi deteksi ukuran ikan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan penelitian sebelumnya. Metode ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan secara luas untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan konsistensi dalam proses penyortiran ikan.

Abstract

Robotics technology is currently developing rapidly and has become one of the sophistications that are relied upon by every country, one of which is Indonesia. One of the activities for the development of robotics technology in Indonesia is the Indonesian Robot Contest (KRI). KRI was held as an event for students' creativity in designing robots. One of the divisions contested at KRI is the Indonesian Search and Rescue Robot Contest (KRSRI) division. In the KRSRI division, it is required to make a legged robot that can navigate the motion of walking in the competition area and pass obstacles on the track. Of course, a navigation motion control system is needed that can regulate the movement of the legged robot's steps properly, so that the robot can pass the path in the arena. In this study, the answer to this problem is the application of legged robot navigation motion control using the Fuzzy Logic-PID method. The Fuzzy Logic-PID method is a combination of two methods between the Fuzzy Logic Controller method and the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control method. The Fuzzy method’s role is to produce constant values ??P, I, and D based on the error value and the incoming error delta. Furthermore, the resulting constant value is used in the calculation of the PID control. From the experimental data, the Fuzzy method has been able to produce a PID constant value and the PID method can also be applied to regulate the robot's motion steps. The test results on trials using obstacles and without obstacles were successful, except for uphill obstacles with a success percentage of 60% successfully passing incline obstacles and 40% failing to pass uphill obstacles.

Abstract

In the coastal areas of East Java, especially in the Blimbing area, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, most of the population works as fishermen who catch marine fish. One of the problems faced by fishermen is the use of ice cubes to preserve fish. However, ice cubes can reduce fish quality, melt easily, and are expensive. Also, it adds to the burden of the ship and increases the consumption of fuel oil (BBM). This socialisation programme aims to overcome these problems by introducing a cooling system that uses renewable energy through solar energy. This activity was carried out by presenting material and designing a solar cooling system on the boat. With this system, fishermen are expected to maintain good fish quality, increase production, and reduce operational costs, especially for fuel and ice, thereby increasing fishermen's income. This solar energy cooling system produces 1050 WP of power per day and has a battery capacity of 2400 Wh, and the ability to cool the freezer for an average of 12 hours per day.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world's largest island nation with many islands and more seas than land. Because of the size of the Indonesian sea, oceanographic science is needed. Oceanographic learning involves the study of the underwater depths of the batimetric sciences. Batimetric science is crucial because it studies underwater depth. Batimetric processes in Indonesia today generally employ large vessels with manual control, resulting in the skill required of drivers at risk for obtained track data. With the problem, it has been designed to disrupt the autonomous control system with a pid waypoint system that would provide stable direction for the ship. The control system USES the arduino microcontroller which is used for processing data. The data obtained are data coordinates obtained from the GPS and the ship's navigation data obtained from the compass sensors. The data obtained will be processed and applied to pid methods. Of the pid process can be generated the degree degree required to power the servo motor connected to the ship's rudder. In this research USES four coordinate points of starting point, first goal point, second point of destination, and third point of goal. Once it reaches the third point of destination, the ship will return to its starting point. From the results of the testing done, the result is a kostanta pid score of KP =8, ki =5, kd = 3.5. Tests enabled the system that kept the ship's course steady as it should. So the ship goes on track.

Abstract

Abstract - Seaweed is one of the biological resources that is very abundant in Indonesian waters. Indonesia's seaweed export products are currently still dominated by seaweed products, reaching 80%. For export needs, the water content of seaweed must reach around 15%. To achieve export standard moisture content, wholesalers or industries usually carry out the seaweed drying process independently. Meanwhile, to avoid losses in exporting dried seaweed, they test seaweed samples to be purchased to determine the percentage of water content reduction in the seaweed. In the testing process, currently we are still using a small oven with a gas-burning stove and a separate digital scale. The use of this device is felt to be less effective and less flexible in its application. Therefore, we need a tool that is integrated into one and is small in size to detect the percentage of water content reduction in seaweed samples. In this research, experimental methods were used in testing equipment and collecting data. The results of the experiment showed that a good temperature to use in drying seaweed samples was 160 OC with the result that the seaweed was dry but not burnt. Meanwhile, the shrinkage percentage is around 34.72%.
