Abstract

Abstrak — Sektor ekonomi kreatif Indonesia terdiri dari 16subsektor, dengan musik sebagai salah satu yang potensial.Genre pop menjadi yang paling disukai, namun mengalamipenurunan. Pengecualian adalah grup idola JKT48 yang terusberkembang. Gitroops, fanbase salah satu personel JKT48,berencana meningkatkan penjualan merchandise, namunmenghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan conjointanalysis untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen padaatribut produk jaket Gitroops. Hasil menunjukkan bahwawarna dominan biru, motif logo di depan, model pengencangzip, model manset rib cuff, motif tambahan nama, dan bahantaslan, memiliki utilitas tertinggi. Rekomendasi ini diharapkandapat memenuhi keinginan konsumen secara optimal.Disimpulkan bahwa sektor musik Indonesia memiliki potensi,dengan grup idola JKT48 sebagai contoh keberhasilan. Abstract

Dairy Nails is one of the MSMEs that provides quality artificial nail products in Bandung with various designs. In a survey conducted of Dairy Nails customers, there was a decrease in buying interest caused by customer dissatisfaction. One of the reasons for this is the false nail packaging that does not meet customer expectations. Packaging is an important factor in a product because it protects the product inside. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the packaging design of artificial nails that can increase consumer buying interest. Proposed improvements will be made using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, which makes consumer needs a reference in product design. Thus, the proposed packaging design can meet consumer desires and expectations. The results of this study are designing false nail packaging according to customer wants and needs with specifications, namely polycarbonate plastic material, with a clamshell packaging shape, using a hinged lid method cover, with a font size of 12 pt; the font types used are Arapey and Moontime, and the proposed beige packaging has a logo and has dimensions of 8.5 x 8.5 cm. Thus, the packaging contributes to better showing the product, is informative, and can be reused by consumers.

Abstract

Objective: This study explores market segmentation within Indonesia’s modest fashion industry for Muslimah consumers by applying a psychographic approach, specifically the Activities, Interests, and Opinions (AIO) framework, combined with the k-means clustering algorithm. The aim is to develop detailed consumer profiles that support more targeted and culturally relevant marketing strategies for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Research Design & Methods: A descriptive quantitative design was employed using an online questionnaire completed by 450 Muslim women who regularly purchase modest fashion. After data cleaning, 433 valid responses were analyzed. Psychographic indicators were measured with a seven-point Likert scale. K-means clustering, selected for its efficiency in unsupervised segmentation, was used alongside the Elbow and Silhouette methods to determine the optimal number of clusters. ANOVA and cross-tabulation analyses were applied to validate the segmentation. Findings: Three psychographic segments emerged: Value-Oriented Pragmatists, Trendy Realists, and Aspirational Stylists. These segments displayed distinct preferences regarding quality, trend adoption, and aspirational values. Each group also revealed different demographic and behavioral profiles, especially regarding spending patterns and purchase motivations. Implications & Recommendations: The resulting segmentation model offers practical guidance for MSMEs in customizing marketing strategies. For instance, emphasizing premium materials may appeal to Value-Oriented Pragmatists. Tailored messaging can improve brand positioning and customer retention. Contribution & Value Added: This study fills a gap in psychographic segmentation within Indonesia’s modest fashion sector. Integrating AIO profiling with machine learning provides a scalable model for MSMEs seeking culturally grounded, data-driven consumer insights in emerging markets.

Abstract

Putu Abadi Sentosa merupakan UMKM berskala mikro yang terletak di Bogor, Jawa Barat. UMKM ini bergerak di bidang distribusi barang dan mengalami masalah dalam pencatatan stok yang akurat, Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah adanya gap antara data stok fisik dan data stok dalam pencatatan, yang menyebabkan adanya penumpukan stok pada gudang. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi Inventory Management System (IMS) berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mengatasi masalah pencatatan stok. Metode RAD dipilih karena pendeketannya yang iteratif dan cepat dalam menghasilkan prototipe yang dapat diuji dan disesuaikan secara berkala. Tahapan perancangan sistem meliputi proses pengumpulan data melalui oberservasi dan wawancara, lalu dilakukan pengolahan data untuk menentukan fitur-fitur apa saja yang terdapat di dalam sistem. Tahap selanjutnya adalah perancangan sistem informasi berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna dan umpan balik dari pengguna, hingga diperoleh hasill akhir berupa sistem yang siap diuji. Verifikasi dilakukan menggunakan black box testing dengan hasil seluruh pengujian berhasil tanpa ditemukan eror. Validasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan menghasilkan skor sebesar 94%. Sistem IMS yang dirancang mencakup fitur-fitur penting untuk mendukung aktivitas pencatatan yang lebih akurat.
