Abstract

This research aims to analyze research trends related to the topic of Gamification from 2019 to 2023* through bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database. Based on the criteria, 56 articles were obtained from 326 documents. These articles have been translated from international journals indexed by Scopus. The selection references were then managed using reference management software, namely Mendeley. After working on the database, this research classifies and visualizes it using VOSviewer software. The results indicate that Gamification research is gradually increasing every year. The United States, China and Japan contribute the most research globally. Visualizing gamification research trends for 2019-2023* reveal six clusters. The results of this research can support researchers regarding Gamification research trends worldwide and provide direction for further research. Overall, these reflections provide an excellent reference point for further research on Gamification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) Mengamati peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru (2) Mengamati bentuk sarana yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru (3) Mengamati hambatan yang dihadapi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru berperan kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui dukungan, komunikasi, dan pengembangan inovatif, yang semuanya berdampak positif pada kualitasĀ  endidikan dan pengalaman belajar siswa. (2) SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru menunjukkan dedikasi yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui langkah strategis, pelatihan yang relevan, perbaikan fasilitas, kolaborasi antar guru, dan keterlibatan orang tua yang semuanya berkontribusi pada kualitas pengajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. (3) SMA Negeri 5 Banjarbaru menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, tetapi kepala sekolah menunjukkan komitmen dengan mendengarkan keluhan dan mencari pendidikan, sementara pentingnya dukungan anggaran dan kolaborasi dengan pihak dinas pendidikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Blended learning combines online and face-to-face, creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment. This article aims to provide a comprehensive bibliometric literature review on "blended learning in science learning". Articles found with the Scopus database. There are 100 out of 449 articles found in the Scopus database from 2020 to 2024 analyzed in this study. The selected references were then managed using reference management software, namely Mendeley. After managing the database, these studies classified and visualized them using VOSviewer software. The results of this study are that the distribution of authors who research topics related to blended learning in science learning is still dominated by the United States and Indonesia. The gap in this study shows the future agenda's direction: blended learning in science learning is very important to study. Overall, teaching and learning activities using blended learning in science learning tend to increase yearly. This is also needed for more inter-regional research collaborations involving researchers from Asia and other developing countries in certain areas. Overall, this review provides a good reference point for further research on "blended learning in science learning".
