Abstract

Suatu wilayah pedesaan yang memiliki jaringan dan sistem infrastruktur transportasi yang baik maka pelayanan angkutan orang maupun pelayanan pengiriman barang antar daerahnya akan lebih cepat dan waktu perjalanan lebih efektif. Penelitiain ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan jasa angkutan pedesaan di Kabupaten Pringsewu, Provinsi Lampung dengan menganalisis isu permasalahan yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan survei pada empat trayek angkutan pedesaan yang ada di Kabupaten Pringsewu, untuk mendapatkan data faktor beban, kecepatan kendaraan, waktu tunggu, waktu perjalanan, frekuensi/jam, dan jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi dari tiap trayek. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Selanjutnya data dievaluasi dan diberikan penilaian berdasarkan kesesuaian indikator dari standar penilaian dari standar pelayanan minimal angkutan umum dari Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Kementerian Perhubungan. Setelah melakukan evaluasi, hasil analisis menunjukkan pelayanan angkutan pedesaan di Kabupaten Pringsewu pada empat trayek, rata-rata faktor muat yang dimilikinya di bawah nilai angka ideal 70% yakni dengan rata-rata 40-50% yang masuk dalam kategori buruk. Hal ini dipengaruhi beberapa faktor yakni tingkat rendahnya load factor dan headway. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini pihak terkait dapat menambah headway, meningkatkan kecepatan waktu perjalanan, dan mengurangi frekuensi perjalanan dengan membandingkan perilaku penumpang pada tiap trayek yang ada. Hal ini dibutuhkan agar pola perjalanan masyarakat diketahui.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced world, of course, brings a change in the global order model. Under conditions of economic uncertainty both globally and domestically, as well as conditions where exchange rates tend to depreciate, people tend to hedge by purchasing assets that can be traded globally. The phenomenon of cryptocurrencies or what is understood as digital currency and this which is currently rife is becoming one of the activities for the world community. Indonesia is of course also not left behind, the government's action in supporting crypto asset trading is a form of strategy in accelerating, creating, and encouraging efforts to develop Indonesia's digital economy in 2030. In Indonesia, crypto currency has become the government's concern and has become an object regulated in regulation. The bibliographical analysis method in this scientific paper will describe the concept of the results of the analysis and innovations that have great potential for cryptocurrencies. The descriptive analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the research question how to trade cryptocurrencies in the perspective of Islamic law. Another goal is to understand the regulation, especially government policy, from a sharia perspective, the use of virtual currency as a legal payment method is still being debated. In this study, the views of scholars regarding the existence of cryptocurrencies will be conveyed through the interpretation of the perspective of Islamic law and their analysis in relation to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia

Abstract

The development of sustainable regional innovation is a step taken in realizing Tangerang Gemilang Regency. Tangerang Gemilang branding introduces regional potentials, such as tourism, industry, agriculture, and culture. Through sustainable innovation, regional development programs develop the superior potentials in the region more efficiently and effectively to increase regional competitiveness and positively impact society. This research aims to identify sustainable innovations that have been implemented by the Tangerang Regency Government, as well as to analyze the factors that influence the successful development of these innovations. The novelty of the research lies in the discussion of the implementation of regional innovations in the Tangerang Regency that have been carried out sustainably. The research discusses various aspects of sustainable regional innovations, including tourism, technology, infrastructure, and community participation. The research has an explanatory nature with a qualitative approach and a single case study where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation, document analysis, and descriptive data processing. Then the independent variables (brand awareness, product innovation, number of new products, regional identity) and dependent variables (tourist attraction, industry, trade) were analyzed. The research found that implementing sustainable regional innovation to realize the branding of the Tangerang Gemilang district has been stated in the 2019-2014 RPJMD. Realizing Tangerang Gemilang with a sustainable innovation ecosystem requires a participatory and collaborative approach. Collaboration makes the ecosystem develop and have an impact. The importance of the innovation ecosystem is to reduce progressive programs that are often stopped when there is a change of regional head or mutation of regional apparatus leaders. Sustainability requires technical and policy innovation as well as a philosophical foundation in the form of city branding with careful planning. Tangerang Regency has proven this through policy preparation, mentoring and comprehensive evaluation of innovative programs to realize Tangerang Gemilang.

Abstract

The initiation of national economic growth gives the government a focus on handling economy equally in both rural and urban areas. The considerations that make the economy must be sustainable among others which the current generation who enjoys goods and services produced from natural resources and the environment has a moral obligation to leave the services of these natural resources for future generations. The aim of this research is initiated to promote equitable economic growth through the conservation of natural resources that can be used sustainably from each generation. The approach used in this research is qualitative with exploratory study method. The analysis technique used is literature search and case analysis related to the entity of equal distribution of national income and the green economy concept. The results of this study indicate that there are seven strategic steps and green economy using macro-regional economic indicators namely genuine saving to monitoring the distribution of national income. This result is to describe concepts of green economy, green growth and green development are basically intended to operationalize the linkages of economic, social and environmental pillars in the context of sustainable development.
