Abstract

Pendahuluan: Deterjen merupakan limbah rumah tangga yang paling banyak mencemari lingkungan karena kandungan surfaktan turunan sulfonate yang tidak bisa dibiodegradasi. Sehingga diperlukan inovasi detergen ramah lingkungan. Penelitian   ini   bertujuan   untuk   mengembangkan   formula   deterjen   ramah lingkungan yang mengandung ekstrak etanol biji buah lerak (Sapindus rarak DC) kombinasi surfaktan decyl glucoside dan lauryl glucoside. Metode: penelitian meliputi pembuatan deterjen cair menggunakan tiga formula  yaitu FI, FII, dan FIII dengan variasi konsentrasi ektrak etanol biji buah lerak yang digunakan. Hasil: pH detergen adalah 9,92 (F1), 8,9 (F2) dan 7,85 (F3); viskositas sebesar 16,33 mPas (F1), 8,33 mPas (F2) dan 15 mPas (F3); stabilitas busa yaitu diperoleh kisaran 84,09 % - 89,99 %; bobot jenis sebesar 1,027 g/ml (F1),1,025 (F2) dan 1,032 g/ml (F3). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga formula detergen cair ekstrak biji buah lerak  memenuhi mutu fisik sesuai syarat SNI 06-4075-1996.

Abstract

Credit in the building contracting industry plays an important role in achieving project success and protecting the interests of banks and related parties. Careful credit evaluation, use of appropriate collateral, effective credit management, and the bank's active role in supervising project progress are key factors in building contractor loans. In addition, effective dispute resolution, attention to risk factors, and integration of environmental aspects are also important in maintaining the smooth running of building contracts. By complying with applicable legal regulations, banks can carry out credit activities in a trusted manner, protect the interests of related parties, and ensure the economic and environmental sustainability of projects.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata - KKN) conducted by students of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau in Tirta Siak Village focuses on community empowerment through various integrated programs. The main programs include the development of a village website for transparency, the distribution of chili seeds to support food security, and socialization on anti-bullying and sexual violence. Additionally, a live streaming studio was established to foster creativity and disseminate positive information, while road patching was carried out for infrastructure improvement. Through a participatory approach, this program successfully increased access to information, social awareness, and the competitiveness of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), while also building a foundation for the future development of the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumsi informasi di kalangan Generasi Z. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital, media sosial telah menjadi sumber utama informasi bagi generasi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi untuk mengukur pengaruh berbagai faktor, seperti jenis platform yang digunakan, frekuensi akses, serta tingkat kepercayaan terhadap informasi yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi informasi Generasi Z. Sebagian besar responden lebih memilih informasi yang ringkas, visual, dan mudah diakses dibandingkan sumber berita tradisional. Selain itu, algoritma media sosial yang menyesuaikan konten dengan preferensi pengguna turut membentuk pola konsumsi informasi mereka, yang dalam beberapa kasus dapat menyebabkan efek filter bubble dan echo chamber. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Generasi Z memiliki akses luas terhadap informasi, mereka masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memilah berita yang akurat dan kredibel di tengah maraknya misinformasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media sosial berperan besar dalam membentuk perilaku konsumsi informasi Generasi Z, baik dalam aspek positif seperti kemudahan akses dan beragamnya sumber informasi, maupun dalam tantangan seperti penyebaran hoaks dan keterbatasan berpikir kritis terhadap informasi yang diterima. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi literasi digital yang lebih intensif agar Generasi Z dapat menjadi konsumen informasi yang lebih bijak dan kritis.

Barbados and Republic of Trinidad and and Tobago are two statesthay facing each other andlocated in Carribian sea. Since along long time ago, these twostates often mixed up withdispute about maritimes boundaries or about the shing of each states, such as when the shing fron Barbados reputedinfringe the boundaries of Republic Trinidad and Tobago. Like this case above was often happened thay nally must be nished with helped by international law. Aswe know that in that Continental shelf with drawnmust 200 nm from the outer states boundaries, and both of them has claimed that they had been fallowed the rules, but thereare still happen an argue between them. How this dispute happened until reached the agreement, how the steps andhow the result of the agreement will be explained in this paper.

Abstract

The development of sustainable regional innovation is a step taken in realizing Tangerang Gemilang Regency. Tangerang Gemilang branding introduces regional potentials, such as tourism, industry, agriculture, and culture. Through sustainable innovation, regional development programs develop the superior potentials in the region more efficiently and effectively to increase regional competitiveness and positively impact society. This research aims to identify sustainable innovations that have been implemented by the Tangerang Regency Government, as well as to analyze the factors that influence the successful development of these innovations. The novelty of the research lies in the discussion of the implementation of regional innovations in the Tangerang Regency that have been carried out sustainably. The research discusses various aspects of sustainable regional innovations, including tourism, technology, infrastructure, and community participation. The research has an explanatory nature with a qualitative approach and a single case study where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation, document analysis, and descriptive data processing. Then the independent variables (brand awareness, product innovation, number of new products, regional identity) and dependent variables (tourist attraction, industry, trade) were analyzed. The research found that implementing sustainable regional innovation to realize the branding of the Tangerang Gemilang district has been stated in the 2019-2014 RPJMD. Realizing Tangerang Gemilang with a sustainable innovation ecosystem requires a participatory and collaborative approach. Collaboration makes the ecosystem develop and have an impact. The importance of the innovation ecosystem is to reduce progressive programs that are often stopped when there is a change of regional head or mutation of regional apparatus leaders. Sustainability requires technical and policy innovation as well as a philosophical foundation in the form of city branding with careful planning. Tangerang Regency has proven this through policy preparation, mentoring and comprehensive evaluation of innovative programs to realize Tangerang Gemilang.
