Abstract

AbstractThe company has complaints about the high inventory which is a burden to the company. Based on the observations, the inventory level in the Part and Service department in July with a value of days on inventory of 149 days exceeded the maximum target of 120 days. This study aims to find a way to reduce the value of days on inventory and deadstock as much as possible so that it can reduce costs. To find a solution to the problem, an ABC, SWOT, and business solution analysis was carried out through focus group discussions (FGD) with seniors and experts on this issue. From all the results of the analysis it was agreed that the consignment stock method and the 4P mix strategy could be implemented. After implementing this idea, good results were obtained, namely a decrease in inventory of Rp. 37,347,572,356 to Rp. 27,650,733,680 (down 26%) and the value of days on inventory from 149 days to 98 days and also a decrease in deadstock from Rp. 11,641,000,000 to Rp. 8,626,000,000 (down 26%)AbstrakPerusahaan memiliki keluhan akan tingginya inventory (inventory) yang menjadi beban bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, tingkat  inventory pada DePartemen Part and Service pada bulan Juli  2018 ditemukan nilai days on inventory sebesar 149 hari yang mana telah melebihi batas maksimum yaitu 120 hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan cara agar nilai days on inventory dan deadstock dapat ditekan semaksimal mungkin sehingga dapat menekan cost. Untuk mencari solusi permasalahan dilakukan analisis ABC, SWOT, dan solusi bisnis melalui focus group discussion (FGD) dengan para senior dan ahli dalam masalah ini. Dari seluruh hasil analisis disepakati bahwa metode consignment stock dan mix strategy 4P lah yang dapat diimplementasikan. Setelah implementasi ide tersebut, didapatkan hasil yang baik yakni penurunan inventory Rp 37.347.572.356 menjadi Rp 27.650.733.680 (turun 26%) serta nilai days on inventory dari 149 hari menjadi 98 hari dan juga penurunan atas deadstock dari Rp 11.641.000.000 menjadi Rp 8.626.000.000 (turun 26%).

Abstract

MUI is a company that carries out the electroplating process for car accessories. With high demand, the efficiency process is very concerned because inefficiency can prolong the lead time process so that the production target is not achieved and will have an impact on the delivery of goods to customers. To minimize the factors that cause inefficiency, a value stream mapping method of lean manufacturing is used to identify waste. Two dominant wastes that affect efficiency based on the research results are waste defects and waste waiting. After that, analysis of the root cause of the problem was carried out and then repaired by the kaizen method. Improvements made in the form of maintenance of the water supply system, cleaning of transporter machines, modifying jig capacity to increase the quantity previously 90 pcs per batch to 144 pcs per batch. After repairs were made, the sigma level for the waste defect category increased by 0.42 from 3.35 to 3.77 and the total lead time decreased by 95,189 seconds from 164,886 seconds to 69,677 seconds, so as to increase the efficiency of the process cycle (PCE) by 6.74%.

Abstract

  PT XYZ is a company in publishing, printing, security printing, and general trading. This company uses many large machines to carry out the production process so the spare parts used to support the machine are many types. A large number of types of spare parts is a problem for the company because the storage of spare parts in the company has not been neatly arranged, there is no data collection for incoming and outgoing spare parts, and old and new spare parts are not separated, spare parts are not arranged according to type, there are no special marks on the storage area, and there is spare parts packaging waste in the storage area. This causes technicians to have difficulty when looking for spare parts and causes waste of movement. This study aims to improve the spare parts storage area by minimizing movement waste so that technicians can easily find spare parts. An Analysis of spare parts storage was carried out using a process flow chart and improvements with the application of the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke). The application of the 5S method to the spare parts storage area at PT XYZ can regulate the work environment and minimize the time for taking spare parts from 218 minutes to 159 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract. Baitul Mal Unisba is a non-profit institution that provides bailout aid programs, especially for Unisba students. Students generally apply for bailout assistance by visiting the Baitul Mal Unisba website, then downloading a monthly installment payment agreement, then visiting the Baitul Mal Unisba secretariat directly with the specified requirements. The recipient of the bailout must also report each installment payment. This causes the reporting process to be less effective and efficient because the existing data is stored in different places, so the Baitul Mal Unisba administration must combine several information data. An alternative that can be done in solving the problem is by designing a bailout information system at Baitul Mal Unisba. The research stage uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of three stages, namely the requirements planning stage, workshop design and implementation. The results of designing a website-based bridging fund information system in the form of an application prototype which consists of a login feature, registration for bridging funds registration, information on quotas and schedules for receipt of activities, installment payment status and announcements. The results of the prototype test show that all functional requirements have been met, meaning that the system can solve user problems, so that it can be forwarded to the design and implementation stages of the actual system Abstrak. Baitul Mal Unisba merupakan suatu lembaga non-profit yang menyediakan program bantuan dana talangan khususnya untuk mahasiswa Unisba. Mahasiswa umumnya mengajukan permohonan bantuan dana talangan dengan mengunjungi website Baitul Mal Unisba, kemudian mengunduh surat perjanjian pembayaran cicilan setiap bulannya, lalu mendatangi langsung sekretariat Baitul Mal Unisba dengan membawa persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Penerima dana talangan juga harus melaporkan setiap melakukan pembayaran cicilannya. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pelaporan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan, data yang ada tersimpan pada tempat yang berbeda-beda, sehingga administrasi Baitul Mal Unisba harus melakukan penggabungan beberapa data informasi. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam penyelesaian masalah yaitu dengan merancang sistem informasi dana talangan di Baitul Mal Unisba. Tahapan penelitian menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap requirement planning, workshop design dan implementation. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi dana talangan berbasis website dalam bentuk prototype aplikasi yang didalamnya terdiri dari, fitur login, registrasi pendaftaran dana talangan, informasi kuota dan jadwal kegiatan penerimaan, status pembayaran cicilan dan pengumuman. Hasil pengujian prototype didapatkan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan fungsional sudah terpenuhi artinya, sistem dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengguna, sehingga dapat diteruskan ke tahapan perancangan dan implementasi pada sistem yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Abstract. As an agricultural product consumed globally, soybeans have long been one of the most important commodities in today's international market. The high population growth in Indonesia makes the supply of soybeans produced by farmers unable to meet public demand. The high demand for soybeans for industrial and household needs does not guarantee that farmers are easy to market. The problem that occurs to tofu tempeh craftsmen in Sumedang Regency is that it is difficult to get soybeans and sufficient information about the quality of soybeans needed. To make it easier to get soybeans and the quality of soybeans, the people of Sumedang Regency formed a forum or organization to help tofu tempe craftsmen to get soybeans. The Indonesian Tofu Tempe Producers Cooperative (KOPTI) is a cooperative that provides raw materials for soybeans around the Sumedang area of West Java. The process of distributing soybeans at KOPTI Sumedang must run well, for that KOPTI implements a supply chain (Supply Chain) in order to know and monitor the performance of the company's supply chain from the upstream process to the company's downstream process. The purpose of this study is to identify the soybean supply chain at KOPTI Sumedang and to determine the flow of goods, financial flows and information flows that occur at KOPTI Sumedang. The results of this study show that the supply chain at KOPTI Sumedang starts from suppliers, producers, retailers and final consumers. Abstrak. Sebagai produk pertanian yang dikonsumsi secara global, kedelai telah lama menjadi salah satu komoditas terpenting di pasar internasional saat ini. Tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia membuat pasokan kedelai yang dihasilkan oleh petani tidak dapat mencukupi permintaan masyarakat. Permintaan kedelai yang tinggi untuk kebutuhan industri maupun rumah tangga tidak menjamin petani mudah dalam pemasaran. Permasalahan yang terjadi para pengrajin tempe tahu yang berada di Kabupaten Sumedang sulit mendapatkan kacang kedelai dan informasi yang cukup mengenai kualitas kedelai yang dibutuhkan. Untuk mempermudah mendapatkan kedelai dan kualitas kedelai masyarakat Kabupaten Sumedang membentuk suatu wadah atau organisasi guna membantu para pengrajin tempe tahu untuk mendapatkan kedelai. Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (KOPTI) merupakan koperasi yang menyediakan bahan baku kacang kedelai di sekitar daerah Sumedang Jawa Barat. Proses kegiatan penyaluran kacang kedelai di KOPTI Sumedang harus berjalan dengan baik, untuk itu KOPTI menerapkan rantai pasok (Supply Chain) agar dapat mengetahui dan memantau kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan dari proses hulu hingga proses hilir perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi rantai pasok kacang kedelai di KOPTI Sumedang dan mengetahui aliran barang, aliran keuangan dan aliran informasi yang terjadi di KOPTI Sumedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan rantai pasok di KOPTI Sumedang dimulai dari supplier, produsen, distributor, pengecer dan konsumen akhir.

Abstract

Abstract. XYZ Cooperative is a cooperative engaged in retail. In addition to salary, employees as members of the cooperative get the remaining operating results and bonuses from the profits earned by the cooperative. Bonuses and the remaining operating results are distributed based on the employee's service period. Giving this bonus has not had an impact on employee performance, so it is necessary to find a more appropriate bonus distribution system in order to motivate employees to provide better performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the appropriate competence of Spencer to be used as an employee performance appraisal, to design an employee performance appraisal using the graphic rating scale method, to determine the amount of bonus for each employee. The AHP method is used to determine the priority weights on the criteria. While the graphic rating scale method is used to assess the performance of each employee. The assessment indicator uses Spencer's competence. Based on the results of the selection of questionnaires to experts, it was identified that there were nine indicators of employee performance appraisal of twenty Spencer competencies, namely 1) the ability to achieve enthusiasm, 2) the ability to focus on tasks, quality and thoroughness in work, 3) the ability to take initiative, 4) the ability to seek information, 5 ) ability to empathize, 6) the ability to be customer-oriented, 7) the ability to control themselves, 8) the ability to be confident and 9) the ability to commit to the organization. Employee performance appraisal scores are used as the basis for calculating employee bonuses. The bonuses distributed by employees ranged from Rp1,957,392 to Rp3,220,486. Abstrak. Koperasi XYZ merupakan koperasi yang bergerak dibidang ritel. Selain gaji, karyawan sebagai anggota koperasi mendapatkan sisa hasil usaha dan bonus dari keuntungan yang di peroleh koperasi. Bonus dan sisa hasil usaha di bagikan berdasarkan masa kerja karyawan. Pemberian Bonus ini belum berdampak pada kinerja karyawan sehingga perlu dicarikan sistem pembagian bonus yang lebih tepat agar dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kompetensi Spencer yang sesuai untuk dijadikan penilaian kinerja karyawan, merancang penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode graphic rating scale, menentukan besaran bonus setiap karyawan. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas pada kriteria. Sedangkan metode graphic rating scale digunakan untuk menilai kinerja masing masing karyawan. Indikator penilaianya menggunakan kompetensi Spencer. Berdasarkan hasil pemilihan kuesioner kepada pakar diidentifikasi ada sembilan indikator penilaian kinerja karyawan dari dua puluh kompetensi Spencer yaitu 1) kemampuan semangat berprestasi, 2) kemampuan fokus terhadap tugas, kualitas dan ketelitian dalam kerja, 3) kemampuan berinisiatif, 4) kemampuan mencari informasi, 5) kemampuan berempati, 6) kemampuan berorientasi kepada pelanggan, 7) kemampuan pengendalian diri, 8) kemampuan percaya diri dan 9) kemampuan komitmen terhadap organisasi. Skor penilaian kinerja karyawan dijadikan sebagai dasar perhitungan bonus karyawan. Bonus yang dibagikan karyawan berkisar antara Rp1.957.392 hingga Rp3.220.486. Abstract

Saat ini tercatat lebih dari 65 juta Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tersebar di Indonesia. Adanya pandemi Covid-19, UMKM Indonesia terpukul cukup keras, dan berbagai usaha dilakukan oleh UMKM agar dapat bertahan. Salah satunya adalah mempercepat peralihan UMKM ke era digital. Perusahaan HTFrozen bergerak dalam bidang penjualan oleh-oleh Bandung dalam bentuk Frozen Food diantaranya batagor, cilok, cuankie, bitter ballen, dimsum, dan pisang krispi. UMKM yang dijalankan oleh 3 orang staff, yang memiliki omset penjualan rata-rata 30 juta per bulan.  Pada masa COVID-19 mengalami penurunan omset hampir berkurang 40% dari sebelumnya. Perusahaan ini menurut pengamatan awal memiliki potensi yang cukup besar, dikarenakan produk-produknya merupakan hasil kolaborasi dengan UMKM yang sudah berjalan dan sukses sejak lama, dan perusahaan HTFrozen mengemasnya dalam bentuk Frozen Food untuk dapat menjangkau kota-kota lain di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang tepat bagi UMKM, khususnya perusahaan HTFrozen.Metodologi Perencanaan Digital Marketing menggunakan model kerangka SOSTAC (Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, Controls), secara terstruktur dapat menggambarkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Digital Marketing yang tepat bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. Puncak Parabon Coffee Tourism is a culinary tourism place that opened in 2019 during the pandemic. The problem with this tourist spot is that information about the existence of this tour is still limited, so it is only known by the people of Samarang-Garut, and the number of tourist visitors is still below the expected number of tourist targets. This study aims to determine the model to be used, the influential variables, and the priority of the development strategy of Puncak Parabon Culinary Tourism by using the Marketing Mix Strategy of Product. The sample used as many as 40 respondents of tourists who had visited Puncak Parabon Tourism. The method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) to test the fit of the model, test the effect and test the correlation. Pariwisata Kopi Puncak Parabon merupakan suatu tempat wisata kuliner yang dibuka pada tahun 2019 pada saat pandemi. Permasalahan pada tempat wisata ini adalah informasi mengenai keberadaan wisata ini masih terbatas sehingga hanya dikenal oleh masyarakat Samarang-Garut, serta jumlah pengunjung wisatawan masih dibawah dari jumlah target wisatawan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan model yang akan digunakan, variabel yang berpengaruh dan prioritas strategi pengembangan Pariwisata Kuliner Puncak Parabon dengan menggunakan Strategi Bauran Pemasaran Produk. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Pariwisata Puncak Parabon. Metode yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) untuk menguji kecocokan model, melakukan uji pengaruh dan melakukan uji korelasi. Abstract

Abstract. Baitul Maal Bandung Islamic University (BMU) is an institution whose job is to collect and distribute Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Endowment (ZISWAF) funds. Based on observations and interviews, it is known that the amount of funds owned by BMU is limited, so that the average number of students who receive scholarships is only 40% of students per year who apply for scholarships. Therefore, to increase the amount of managed funds, efforts can be made to increase the level of donor satisfaction and increase the desire to donate, namely by improving the quality of service. The method used is Kano because it can classify variables based on the category of influence on consumer satisfaction. Based on data processing, the results show that there are 6 service attributes out of 20 attributes, including 3 belonging to the one dimensional category and 3 belonging to the attractive category, this category is a category that needs to be improved because the one dimensional category has a linear nature which if not corrected then the donor will be disappointed. and attributes that are included in the attractive category need to be improved because they can increase innovation so that they excel in competition. Attributes that are prioritized for improvement, then a proposed design improvement is proposed to increase donor satisfaction. The proposals given were developing a fund distribution program, adding features to the website, providing an autoreply system after depositing funds, providing a live chat feature, conducting training on how to communicate and information systems.Keywords: Service Quality, Kano Abstrak. Baitul Maal Universitas Islam Bandung (BMU) merupakan lembaga yang bertugas untuk menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF). Hasil observasi dan wawancara, diketahui bahwa jumlah dana yang dimiliki BMU terbatas, sehingga rata-rata jumlah mahasiswa yang mendapat beasiswa hanya 40% mahasiswa saja per tahun dari yang mengajukan beasiswa. Karenanya, untuk meningkatkan jumlah dana yang dikelola dapat dilakukan upaya agar tingkat kepuasan donatur meningkat dan meningkatkan keinginan berdonasi yaitu dengan perbaikan kualitas layanan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Kano karena dapat mengklasifikasikan variabel berdasarkan kategori pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil terdapat 6 atribut layanan dari 20 atribut, diantaranya termasuk ke 3 kategori one dimensional dan 3 termasuk ke kategori attractive, kategori tersebut merupakan kategori yang perlu diperbaiki karena kategori one dimensional memiliki sifat linier yang jika tidak diperbaiki maka donatur akan kecewa, dan atribut yang termasuk kategori attractive perlu dilakukan perbaikan karena dapat meningkatkan inovasi sehingga unggul dalam persaingan. Atribut yang diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki, selanjutnya diusulkan rancangan perbaikannya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan donatur. Usulan yang diberikan yaitu mengembangkan program penyaluran dana, menambah fitur pada website, memberikan sistem autoreply setelah menyetorkan dana, menyediakan fitur live chat, mengadakan pelatihan cara berkomunikasi dan sistem informasi.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Metode Kano.

Abstract

This research is focused on the desire of companies to change their yogurt packaging from thin plastic pouches to stronger ones. The purpose of packaging redesign is not only to overcome the problem of packaging durability but also to make new packaging more attractive to consumers so that the selling value is higher. Thus, packaging that is technically feasible and represents the customer's preferences for the company's products is needed. In addition, companies must also consider the long-term environmental impact. Redesigning the packaging using the eco-design concept and the Kansei Engineering Method. Eco-design is used to determine the environmental impact of packaging, while Kansei Engineering is used as a product design tool. The eco-design assessment of the suggested packaging shows that the packaging is more environmentally friendly than the current packaging.
