Abstract

Arsip keluarga merupakan data penting bagi setiap anggota keluarga untuk berbagai kepentingan, seperti urusan rumah tangga, kantor, sekolah, kampus, bank, pajak, asuransi, litigasi, sosial, dan lain-lain. Adanya perubahan teknologi membawa dampak signifikan terhadap cara manusia menyimpan informasi, media arsip tradisional seperti kertas, foto-foto cetak, dan rekaman fisik dapat menghadapi risiko kerusakan atau kehilangan akibat bencana alam, kebakaran, atau pencurian. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi masyarakat untuk memahami dan mengadopsi media arsip digital sebagai alternatif yang lebih aman dan mudah dikelola. Alih media arsip ke format digital memungkinkan akses yang lebih mudah dan cepat terhadap informasi. Kesadaran ini perlu ditumbuhkan dan dibiasakan sejak dini, dan hal ini dapat dimulai dari lingkungan terkecil yaitu keluarga. Ibu, sebagai salah satu anggota keluarga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam membiasakan penyimpana arsip keluarga. Pentingnya alih media arsip keluarga dilakukan kepada Ibu-Ibu wali siswa FKS RA Cahya Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Dipilih ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia balita, ibu-ibu ini masih di rentang usia 25-40 tahun, sehingga diharapkan masuk pada kategori masyarakat yang melek teknologi. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini tepat sasaran dan diharapkan akan berlanjut kebiasaan sadar arsip di masyarakat, yaitu ibu-ibu wali siswa FKS RA Cahya dapat secara mandiri melakukan alih media arsip keluarga diwaktu selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of copywriting on the Papillon's Sisters website using the Heuristic Evaluation method which focuses on the AIDCA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Conviction, Action). The evaluation is conducted through direct observation of the main pages of the site, using an AIDCA-based checklist to measure the effectiveness of copywriting in attracting attention, maintaining interest, arousing desire, building conviction, and encouraging user action. The data collected was analysed qualitatively by giving a severity rating to each problem found, ranging from Good Practice to Major Issue. The results showed that copywriting on the website has some strengths in terms of consistency of writing and attractive visuals, but there are deficiencies in the emotional aspects of language, lack of detailed product descriptions, and ineffective calls-to-action. From the evaluation, 5 major issues, 4 normal issues, 2 minor issues, and 1 good practice were found. This research provides recommendations for improvement, such as the use of more emotional language and improved visual layout to increase user engagement and conversion on the Papillon's Sisters website.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital banking services and increasing public interest in sharia-based investment products, particularly gold, indicate the importance of examining digital transformation and the Cicil Emas product in encouraging customer growth. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation at BSI KCP Lumajang Imam Bonjol, examine the development of the Cicil Emas product, and assess the contribution of both to customer growth during the 2023–2025 period. This study used a qualitative approach based on field research. Data were collected through observation and interviews with a supervisor and pawning marketing staff. The results showed that digital transformation through the BYOND by BSI application made it easier for customers to access banking services anytime and anywhere. The Cicil Emas product also showed important development supported by a hybrid marketing strategy through direct socialization, WhatsApp Business, and social media, as well as the designation of BSI as a gold bank by the government. In addition, the number of customers at BSI KCP Lumajang Imam Bonjol increased consistently, with approximately 1,452 new customers added in 2023 and 2,139 new customers added in 2024, bringing the current total number of accounts to around 14,000. Thus, digital transformation and the development of the Cicil Emas product together contributed to improving service accessibility, public trust, and the growth of the customer base at BSI KCP Lumajang Imam Bonjol.
