Abstract

Document governance is an effort to organize documents well, neatly and systematically in accordance with applicable regulations and the needs of each organization. Good document governance can be seen from several perspectives, and this research uses digitalization, document security and work efficiency to measure it. This research uses an explanatory approach, which explores data by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this research were alumni of the Department of Business Administration, Politeknik Negeri Malang, who had careers in government agencies, higher education institutions, state-owned enterprises and private companies who were members of the alumni group of the Department of Business Administration. Respondents were 86 people and were analyzed statistically using SEM PLS. The research results show that all the hypotheses developed were declared accepted, both for the direct relationship between digitalization, document security and work efficiency on document governance, as well as for the indirect relationship between digitalization on document governance and document security and work efficiency as the intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain whether there is an influence of online advertising on payment intention and actual use among ShopeePay e-wallet users, to determine whether perceived usefulness affects payment intention among ShopeePay users, and whether online advertising influences perceived usefulness among ShopeePay e-wallet users. Additionally, it seeks to identify and explain whether there is an effect of payment intention on actual use among ShopeePay e-wallet users, and whether perceived usefulness affects actual use of ShopeePay. The methodology involves 250 respondents who use ShopeePay, have seen online advertisements, and are between the ages of 15 to 50. The results indicate that online advertising significantly influences perceived usefulness, and has a significant effect on payment intention and actual use. Likewise, perceived usefulness significantly influences both payment intention and actual use. These findings support previous research on the antecedents of advertising attitudes in the context of social media, confirming that online advertising influences product evaluation, and reinforcing that advertising attitude, product evaluation, and incentives are important factors in determining consumer purchase intentions. Practical implications—these findings are crucial for advertising marketing managers. Online advertising on credible social media platforms and apps increases consumers' purchasing intentions. Advertisers should build a good reputation for the online advertisements they broadcast.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan kartu seluler IM3 melalui motivasi konsumen. Pemasaran yang modern tidak hanya berorientasi dengan cara mengembangkan produk yang baik, memberi tarif ataupun harga yang menarik, dan membuatnya terjangkau oleh pelanggan tetapi sebuah perusahaan harus juga menjalin komunikasi dengan pelanggannya yang potensial sehingga dapat menampung aspirasi dan keinginan pelanggan yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi dan memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat menetapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat sehingga perusahaan dapat menghantarkan nilai kepada pelanggan, menciptakan motivasi konsumen, yang mendorong keputusan konsumen,Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh tidak langsung antara komunikasi pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui motivasi konsumen. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna IM3 di Malang. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi Pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen melalui motivasi konsumen.

Abstract

UMKM Batik Gandring Singosari menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan citra dan daya tarik produk melalui media digital, khususnya pada aspek pembuatan konten visual yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi konten visual yang menarik guna menunjang promosi produk batik melalui pelatihan, praktik, dan pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan Learning by Doing. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari empat tahapan sistematis, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan mitra dan penyusunan modul; pelatihan dasar fotografi produk; praktik langsung pemotretan dan editing visual menggunakan aplikasi seperti Canva, Snapseed, dan Lightroom Mobile; serta penyusunan katalog digital dan konten storytelling berbasis narasi budaya produk. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pemilik dan karyawan UMKM sebagai peserta aktif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta menyatakan pelatihan sangat relevan, mudah dipahami, dan memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan promosi digital usaha mereka. Peserta mampu menghasilkan foto produk berkualitas, menyusun katalog digital, dan mengelola media sosial dengan konten yang lebih menarik. Testimoni peserta menegaskan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam pengambilan gambar dan kemampuan menyusun narasi visual. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam memproduksi konten visual yang lebih profesional dan efektif, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra di Desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang yaitu permasalahan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen event lanjutan untuk kegiatan penyelenggaraan pertunjukan seni dan budaya. Dengan demikian, mitra belum optimal dalam melaksanakan penyelenggaraan event seni budaya. Mitra masih membutuhkan bantuan dari pihak luar untuk menyelenggarakan sebuah pertemuan kegiatan seni dan budaya. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu Pelatihan Manajemen Event Lanjutan yang didalamnya terdapat praktik sederhana untuk menyelenggarakan Event Seni Budaya di Desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang. Pelatihan tersebut juga dibekali dengan kemampuan Event Organizer (EO) sehingga mitra disiapkan untuk mampu menyelenggarakn event seni dan budaya secara mandiri tanpa bantuan dari pihak luar. Dengan demikian, mitra tidak hanya mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang materi Pelatihan Manajemen Event, tetapi juga belajar mempraktikkan penyelenggaraan Event Seni Budaya yang diminati wisatawan. Manfaat yang diperoleh mitra dari kegiatan ini yaitu a) Menyiapkan mitra menjadi Event Organizer (EO) kegiatan Seni dan Budaya Di Desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang; b) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra untuk melaksanakan penyelenggaraan Event Seni Budaya; dan c) Mempromosikan Desa Seni Budaya Tulusbesar dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan IPTEKS sehingga mitra mendapatkan pemasukkan dari wisatawan yang datang ke desa tersebut. Hasil kegiatan yang telah dicapai yaitu mitra sebagai peserta pelatihan juga dibekali pemanfaatan teknologi praktik menyelenggarakan event sederhana di Desa Tulusbesar.

Abstract

File management is the process of organizing, storing, and manipulating digital files on a computer system. Several key aspects such as documents can be easily accessed, protected in terms of authenticity, and managed efficiently are criteria for good physical and digital file management. In addition, by implementing a good file management, archives can be easily and quickly retrieved again when needed, classified clearly, named consistently for easy tracking, protected from loss and damage, and maintained their authenticity for valid evidence. Not only that, the scalability of file management can also be developed according to future document growth, is adaptive to business needs, and sustainability maintained. This study aims to create and measure the effectiveness of a VBA-based File Management Application as a file mitigation effort in the Digital Era. This study uses action research and functional black box testing methods. The results of this study indicate that the VBA-based application created has met the criteria for good file management, namely easy to use, creates and stores documents securely, easy to trace back, reliably protected in terms of authenticity, and all its functions run as expected. This application is expected to be evaluated and monitored regularly during the implementation for further development.

Abstract

Instagram is one of the main platforms in digital marketing, yet many business accounts still struggle to achieve optimal audience engagement. This study examines the Instagram account @bukumurahanak, which has more than 7,800 followers but records an engagement rate (ER) of only 1.2%, below the industry standard of 3–6%. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors causing low engagement, evaluate the influence of content type on interaction, and propose improvement strategies. A quantitative descriptive method was applied through the analysis of 75 posts in 2024 and a survey of 200 respondents. ER was calculated to measure audience involvement based on impressions and follower count, while simple linear regression was used to test the influence of content type on engagement variation. The results show that interactive content achieved the highest reach, educational content was the most efficient, and promotional content performed the lowest (ER 0.9%). Regression analysis confirmed that content type significantly affects engagement (R² = 0.510), with 51% of the variation explained by content and 49% by other factors such as visual quality and posting consistency. In conclusion, content quality and relevance are critical in driving engagement. This study recommends balancing educational and interactive content while redesigning promotional content through storytelling, appealing visuals, and stronger calls-to-action.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-Archive system utilization on the performance and work productivity of educational staff at state universities in Malang City, with quality systems serving as a moderating variable. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to academic administrative staff from three state universities in Malang. The analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that the utilization of e-Archive systems has a significant positive effect on improving work performance and productivity. Furthermore, the quality system strengthens the relationship between e-Archive utilization and employee performance improvement. These results highlight the importance of digital document management that is not only technically efficient but also supported by a consistent quality system and responsive service delivery.
