Abstract

This research aims to determine the students perceptions of the impact accounting transparency and financial accountability for the performance of political parties and the party's efforts to combat white-collar crime. Object of this research is S1 Accounting program students study the class of 2010 and 2011 at the State University of Surabaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research used descriptif research methods and judgment sampling. This research process questionnaire data which is the percentage of student response results. This research it can be seen that the transparency and accountability of political party finances are low. This affects the performance of the political parties and the decline in white-collar crime committed by members of a political party to be hard to be minimized.Keywords: Student Perceptions, Transparency and Accountability, the Performance of Political Parties, White Collar Crime.PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

Ikan merupakan salah satu sumber protein hewani yang banyak di konsumsi masyarakat, salah satunya ialah ikan tongkol yang mudah didapat dari hasil tangkapan nelayan. Ikan tongkol juga memberikan dampak ekonomi terhadap setiap kegiatan usaha perikanan, namun ikan cepat mengalami proses pembusukan, oleh karena itu pengawetan ikan perlu diketahui, salah satunya dengan pengolaan ikan melalui proses pengawetan yaitu Abon. Pelaksanaan program dilaksanakan di Desa Pulau Mandangin, dan dimulai dari tahapan persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi. Komposisi dari bumbu untuk ikan 4 kg, adalah sebagai berikut: Bawang merah 25 g, Bawan putih 25 g, Lada 1 sendok makan, Kemiri 10 g, Ketumbar 1 sendok makan, Jahe 50 g, Lengkuas 50 g, Cabe rawit 25 g (untuk varian pedas), Daun salam 15 lembar, Daun jeruk 5 lembar, Daun bawang 5 g ( untuk varian bawang), Minyak goreng 7 sendok makan, Garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya. Pentingnya proses pengemasan dan pelebelan juga dapat meningkatkan daya tari konsumen dan memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of understanding government accounting standards, the utilization of regional financial accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports in Malang city government. The population in this study were employees of the Accounting and Administration Division of Regional Assets in BPKAD Malang, totaling 69 people. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique. The sample chosen was 42 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 20 (Product Statistics and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used is the simultaneous hypothesis test (f), the coefficient of determination (R2), and the partial hypothesis test (t). The results showed that simultaneous independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable. Based on the results of the partial test three variables have an influence on the quality of financial statements, Understanding of Government Accounting Standards (sig = 0.002), Utilization of Regional Financial Accounting Information Systems (sig = 0.031) and internal control systems (sig = 0,000) affect the quality of financial statements.Keywords: Understanding of Government Accounting Standards, Utilization of Regional Financial Accounting Information Systems, Internal Control Systems and Quality of Financial Statements

Abstract

Mathematics plays a crucial role in education, particularly in the development of problem-solving abilities. The proficiency in mathematical problem-solving has garnered significant attention, especially in light of the low academic performance of Indonesian students in the 2018 PISA assessment. This research aims to analyze the mathematical problem-solving skills of elementary school students using the Polya Method. The study employs a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. Subjects were selected through purposive sampling, representing three ability groups. Data were collected through tests, interviews, and observations, and were subsequently analyzed using the qualitative approach of Miles & Huberman. The findings indicate High Category Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability (HPSA) exhibit excellent mathematical problem-solving skills. They can correctly answer all questions, comprehend problems, plan, execute, and review their answers thoroughly. Moderate-ability students (MAT) demonstrate relatively good skills, although they tend to rush through problem-solving and overlook the importance of double-checking. Low-ability students (LAT) encounter difficulties in understanding problems, planning, and implementing solutions. They exhibit less systematic approaches and frequently make errors. The discussion concludes that the understanding of problems, planning, and the implementation of Polya's problem-solving steps need improvement, especially among moderate and low-ability students. Teachers should provide more intensive guidance, particularly in understanding problems and planning solutions. This research provides a profile of students' problem-solving skills and serves as a foundation for the development of more effective mathematics learning strategies in schools.

Abstract

Counseling in secondary schools plays a crucial role in providing psychosocial support and services for adolescents. However, in many schools in remote areas, the implementation of counseling faces various challenges, resulting in suboptimal counseling services. This research aims to develop a training module and counseling materials suitable for peer counselors in secondary schools. Preliminary studies indicate issues in counseling implementation, especially in remote areas, where counselors often lack a counseling education background. This limitation hinders effective counseling services for students in need. The research adopts a qualitative approach with the research and development (R&D) method. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires from peer counselors, students, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders. The research stages include needs analysis, module design, development, limited trials, evaluation, revision, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation. The research results in a structured training module and counseling materials in the form of reading texts and PowerPoint presentations. These materials are designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of peer counselors in conducting effective counseling. The implementation of the module and counseling materials in secondary schools shows positive responses from peer counselors and students. Findings from effectiveness evaluations indicate that the training module and counseling materials positively contribute to improving peer counselors' understanding of counseling and assisting students in overcoming adolescent problems and challenges. Therefore, the development of these training modules and counseling materials is expected to serve as a useful guide and resource for peer counselors in secondary schools, particularly in remote areas, to enhance the quality of counseling services and ensure effective support for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat bahwa pentingnya memiliki pengetahuan untuk mengelola limbah sampah dengan baik. Salah satu cara mengelola limbah sampah yakni memanfaatkan abu menjadi bahan untuk pembuatan paving. Sumber Informasi diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung dan wawancara kepada kepala pengelola TPST3R yang ada di Desa Kalanganyar. Kegitan pengelolaan abu sampah menjadi bahan pembuatan paving ini dilakukan di desa Kalanganyar, kecamatan Sedati, kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa tahapan dalam pengelolaan limbah sampah berupa abu untuk bisa menjadi paving block, antara lain: Pemilahan sampah, pembakaran sampah, pencampuran bahan baku, pencetakan paving block, dan tahap pengeringan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to educate the public about the importance of properly managing waste. One way to manage waste is to use ash to make paving. Sources of information were obtained from direct observation and interviews with the head of TPST3R management in Kalanganyar Village. Waste ash is managed in paving materials in Kalanganyar village, Sedati sub-district, Sidoarjo district. This research concludes that there are several stages in managing waste in the form of ash to make paving blocks, including sorting waste, burning waste, mixing raw materials, printing paving blocks, and the drying stage.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu unsur kunci yang mempengaruhi kinerja belajar adalah motivasi belajar. Dalam perspektif Islam, motivasi belajar memiliki landasan yang kuat, yaitu perintah Allah SWT untuk menuntut ilmu dan kemuliaan orang yang berilmu. Motivasi belajar dapat dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Motivasi intrinsik adalah motivasi yang berasal dari dalam diri individu, seperti rasa ingin tahu, ingin mengembangkan diri, dan ingin mencapai prestasi. Motivasi ekstrinsik adalah motivasi yang berasal dari luar diri individu, seperti ingin mendapatkan pujian, ingin mendapatkan hadiah, atau ingin menghindari hukuman. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang pentingnya motivasi belajar dalam kehidupan pribadi, beberapa aspek pemahaman Islam tentang motivasi belajar, dan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

PBB-P2 plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial sustainability of local governments and ensuring adequate revenue sources to meet community needs. PBB-P2 assessors play a vital role in the assessment process and in the collection of PBB-P2. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the role of PBB-P2 assessors, analyze and evaluate the obstacles faced by assessors, and analyze and evaluate efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors in increasing revenue in the UPPPD Menteng area of Central Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are interviews with 10 informants, direct observation, and written documents.The research results show that the role of PBB-P2 assessors in increasing PBB-P2 revenue in UPPPD Menteng, Central Jakarta, is quite good and meets the criteria for their role, although some obstacles remain. These obstacles include incomplete and inaccurate property data, insufficient number of assessors, limited quality of assessors due to a lack of advanced education and training programs, limited optimal individual assessments, and lack of cooperation from related agencies. Efforts that can be made by PBB-P2 assessors to overcome these obstacles include conducting socialization and increasing communication with taxpayers, proposing an increase in the number of PBB-P2 assessors, proposing quality improvement through advanced education and training programs, proposing the formation of assessment teams, and enhancing cooperation with related agencies.

Abstract

Library Transformation based on Social Inclusion Program (TPBIS) is one of the national priorities in the 2020–2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan, which aims to improve access and quality of information services, including in urban areas. This research explores the implementation of the TPBIS Program in the Cipayung Village Library, East Jakarta, with the aim of identifying obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The methods used include descriptive qualitative, in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. The research results show that effective communication between policy implementers and stakeholders has resulted in a clear and consistent program understanding. However, there are several obstacles, such as limited human resources, budget authority, and facility requirements. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include assistance by consultants, the appointment of TPBIS Program Administrators/PICs, the implementation of regulations, and advocacy strategies. Further research is needed to develop library budget strategies at the village and sub-district levels to support the sustainability of inclusive libraries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi guru dalam mendukung perkembangan anak hiperaktif di lingkungan TK, peran pendidikan anak usia dini dalam mendukung perkembangan jasmani dan rohani anak sebagai fondasi bagi masa depannya. Di tingkat Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), program pendidikan berfokus pada pengembangan potensi anak secara komprehensif. Namun, perilaku non-normatif pada anak seperti hiperaktivitas menjadi tantangan yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Anak hiperaktif sering kali mengalami kesulitan dalam fokus dan pengendalian diri, yang berdampak pada interaksi sosial dan proses belajar mereka. Pendekatan yang efektif diperlukan untuk membantu anak hiperaktif melalui bimbingan dari guru. Di TK IT As-Syifa', peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam membimbing dan membantu anak-anak hiperaktif mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, meningkatkan minat belajar, dan menyesuaikan perilaku mereka. Untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru melibatkan apresiasi terhadap usaha anak, menciptakan lingkungan positif, serta penyesuaian pendekatan dan bahasa yang digunakan sesuai dengan karakteristik individu anak. Dengan adanya bimbingan yang tepat, anak-anak hiperaktif dapat meningkatkan fokus, mengurangi perilaku impulsif, dan lebih siap mengikuti proses pembelajaran di TK IT As-Syifa’.elitian ini menyoroti Strategi Guru yang di terapkan dalam membimbing anak Hiperaktif di TK IT As- Syifa’ Surabaya.
