Abstract

Pokok permasalahan ini adalah perbandingan pengetahuan ibu bekerja dan yang tidak bekerja terhadap status gizi anak balita di Jorong Sungai Salak Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengetahuan ibu yang bekerja dan yang tidak bekerja terhadap status gizi anak balita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan analisis statistik deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ibu bekerja dan ibu yang tidak bekerja. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu berjumlah 80 orang. Yang menjadi instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan chi square. Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ha ditolak, artinya tidak terdapat perbandingan tingkat pengetahuan ibu yang bekerja dan yang tidak bekerja terhadap asupan gizi anak balitanya. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ibu yang mengerti akan pengetahuan gizi anaknya tidak selalu ibu yang bekerja saja, melainkan ibu yang tidak bekerja juga mengerti akan gizi anak balitanya.The main issue is the comparison of knowledge of working mothers and those who do not work on the nutritional status of children under five in Jorong Sungai Salak, Dharmasraya Regency. The purpose of this study is to compare the knowledge of working and non-working mothers on the nutritional status of children under five. This type of research is a comparative descriptive study with a descriptive statistical analysis approach. The population in this study were working mothers and non-working mothers. Total sampling was used. The number of sampling was 80 people. Instrument in this study was a questionnaire. Result shows than Ho is rejected. It means that there is no comparison of the level of knowledge of working and non-working mothers on the nutritional intake of their children under five. So it can be concluded that mothers who understand the nutritional knowledge of their children are not always working mothers, but mothers who do not work also understand the nutrition of their toddlers

Abstract

This research starts from the phenomenon that can be seen from the implementation shown by students, namely students who are still negligent in preparing for prayer, carrying out congregational prayers. This research aims to find out how high the level of prayer implementation of guidance and counseling students is. The research method that the author carried out was a quantitative method with a descriptive type. The population in this study was 101 students of guidance and counseling at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi class of 2021. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The data collection technique uses religious behavior instruments. Based on the results of this research, the author can conclude that the implementation of prayers for guidance and counseling students is as follows: 101 students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Department of Guidance and Counseling class 2021 class A, B, C as many as 101 students performed prayers quite well, this can be seen from the data collection during research shows that overall student prayer implementation is still in the Medium category, and some are in the High and Very High categories. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the better the student prayer implementation, the higher the student prayer implementation. Likewise, vice versa, the worse the performance of student prayers, the lower the performance of student prayers.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to learn more about how clinical supervision is used to enhance teacher professionalism. Professional teachers are teachers who have the skills to carry out educational and teaching tasks. Thus, the definition of an expert educator is a person who has extraordinary ability and mastery in the field of education so that he can carry out his obligations and abilities as a teacher with maximum abilities. Professional teachers are also educated, trained, and have extensive field experience. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, which is an analysis that uses words or sentences to describe a situation or. The results of research on the use of clinical supervision to improve teacher professionalism at MTsS Hidayatullah, teachers are very flexible, starting from plans that are only communicated to them in regular weekly meetings by the school principal. Only minor problems were encountered, and these problems were not too serious because prospective teachers met the minimum standards when they started at MTsS Hidayatullah. The teacher asks for help to overcome his teaching difficulties, which is why clinical is used here.

Abstract

Animated video media that can increase students' interest in learning at MTsT Daarut Tahfizh Al-Ikhlas and to determine the effectiveness of its use in improving students' understanding of learning materials. Aim: This study aims to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, practicality, as well as student responses and the development of animated video learning media. Based on the formulation of the problem proposed, this study focuses on two main aspects, namely the development of animated video media and its effectiveness in increasing students' interest and understanding. Method: This study uses a research and development method (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model which stands for Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Using descriptive analysis techniques using quantitative data. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and tests to measure students' interest in learning and understanding before and after using video media. Result and Discussions: The results of the study showed that the developed animated video media can attract students' attention and increase their interest in learning. In addition, the use of animated video media has proven effective in helping students understand learning materials better. Based on these findings, it is suggested that animated video media can be implemented more widely in the learning process to improve the quality of education and student learning outcomes. Conclusion: Thus, animated videos as an effective learning medium can increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational activity on the learning focus of students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Ar-Raniry. The quantitative research method is a descriptive approach, with the aim of describing the object of research or research results. The population in this study were all guidance and counseling students and the sample was only 28 guidance and counseling students. The results of the study showed that organizational activity and learning motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on academic achievement. Partially, organizational activity had a significant effect on academic achievement. Partially, learning motivation had a significant effect on academic achievement

Abstract

The counseling process pays attention to, respects, and respects cultural elements. The alleviation of individual problems is very much possible with a culture that affects the individual. Guidance efforts in realizing the functions of education, directing efforts to help individuals to expand, renew, and integrate the value system into independent behavior. In this effort, guidance and counseling is very possible to use methods, approaches and techniques, to understand and facilitate individual development that is directed at human development in accordance with their existential nature. In society there is growing cultural diversity, so one communication approach in counseling that can be used is cross-cultural counseling communication.This study seeks to find and analyze data related to effective cross-cultural communication conducted by BK teachers at SMPN 2 Guguak District with Javanese and Minang ethnic backgrounds. This research is a field research with data collection in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion.Based on the results of the study, it is known that, First: there are similarities in cross-cultural communication carried out by teachers to students with Javanese and Minang ethnic backgrounds, namely: in language use Indonesian as a means of communication, in certain cases using a clinical approach, using skills such as empathic skills , asking questions, assertive and confrontational, placing the position of teachers as friends and even parents of students, and treating students according to their rights and obligations. Second, the difference in cross-cultural communication between the two (Javanese and Minang students) is seen in the use of the approach, namely the approach for ethnic Javanese students using a rational-emotive approach, while for ethnic Minang students using a non-directive approach.

Abstract

Tantangan konselor di antaranya adalah melakukan inovasi layanan konseling sejalan dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi serta tuntutan kebutuhan konseli. Salah satu strategi untuk inovasi dalam pelayanan konseling adalah melalui pelayanan konseling berbasis riset. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan konselor sekolah dalam mengelola layanan konseling berbasis riset. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pengebdian ini adalah pembelajaran terbimbing dan project-based learning (PjBL). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil pengabdian adalah kuesioner. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dan kegiatan pengabdian ini dirasakan sangat menarik dan bermanfaat untuk inovasi layanan serta peningkatan kinerja konselor, seluruh peserta menyatakan terbantu dalam mengidentifikasi masalah, peserta terbantu dalam memilih pendekatan atau Teknik layanan konseling yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan tujuan layanan konseling. Sebagian kecil peserta masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan manajemen referensi dalam menulis, mereka lebih suka menulis dan mengutip secara manual. Peserta memiliki pengalaman dalam merancang RPL berbasis riset, berpengalaman memilih metode penelitian dan pendekatan konseling yang mendukung tujuan riset, berpengalaman dalam merancang instrumen evaluasi dan berpengalaman menulis artikel hasil pelayanan konseling berbasis riset.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Dalam budaya Minangkabau, perkawinan satu suku merupakan perkawinan yang dilarang. Bagi pelakunya akan diberikan sanksi adat yang cukup berat yaitu dikucilkan dari keluarga besar, masyarakat serta dibuang sepanjang adat. Garis keturunan baik suami, isteri maupun anak tidak boleh menggunakan nama suku. Demikian juga dengan hak-hak adat yang lainnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kepustakaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku, jurnal ilmiah, dokumen, majalah, peraturan perundang-undangan dan hasil-hasil penelitian relevan yang diakses melalui perpustakaan maupun melalui open journal search sistem via internet. Kata-kata Kunci: Perkawinan Sesuku, Budaya Minangkabau, Konseling Budaya   PROHIBITION OF ETHIC MARRIAGE IN MINANGKABAU CULTURE AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON CULTURAL COUNSELING  ABSTRACT  In Minangkabau culture, marriage of one tribe is a prohibited marriage. The perpetrators will be given a fairly heavy customary sanction, namely being ostracized from their extended family, community and expelled as long as they are customary. The lineage of both husband, wife and children may not use tribal names. Likewise with other customary rights. This type of research is descriptive analytical. Data collection techniques in this study using library techniques. Abstract

Tujuan penulis merupakan untuk mengetahui tentang bidang layanan dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Bidang Layanan Bimbingan Dan Konseling merupakan pelayanan pengembangan pribadi individu seutuhnya. Pribadi seutuhnya dilandasi dua kompetensi dasar, yaitu kemandirian dan pengendalian diri Kemandirian adalah kemampuan melaksanakan berbagai perilaku yang berguna bagi diri sendiri dan lingkungan tanpa tergantung pada kondisi tertentu di luar diri sendiri. Untuk menjaga agar kemandirian yang diharapkan itu terarah pada kondisi yang positif diperlukan kemampuan pengendalian diri. Pengendalian diri mengarah pada terjadinya hubungan positif antara diri sendiri dan kondisi di luar diri. Penelitian dalam penulisan ini menggunakan penelitian library research (studi Pustaka). Untuk mencapai kemandirian dan pengendalian diri tersebut, maka Bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di sekolah mem-fasilitasi perkembangan peserta didik dalam empat bidang layanan, yaitu: pribadi, sosial, belajar, dan karir. Keempat bidang tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan utuh yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam setiap diri individu peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Bidang pribadi, sosial, belajar, karier

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui mengenai konsep dasar strategi layanan BK di sekolah. Bimbingan konseling di sekolah merupakan suatu program yang dirancang untuk membantu Peserta Didik dalam menghadapi berbagai masalah dan mengembangkan potensi diri mereka secara optimal. Program ini didasarkan pada beberapa konsep dasar yang menjadi landasan dalam pelaksanaannya. Jenis metode yang diigunakan dalam penulisan ini merupakan jenis metode penelitian (library research) studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah penjelasan mengenai pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling di sekolah serta bagaimana konsep-konsep dasar menjadi panduan dalam merancang dan melaksanakan program yang efektif. Dengan memperhatikan aspek holistik, melakukan pencegahan dan intervensi, memberdayakan Peserta Didik, melibatkan kolaborasi, serta melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi, diharapkan bimbingan konseling dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan dan kesejahteraan Peserta Didik di lingkungan sekolah. Penting bagi para konselor dan pihak terkait untuk terus memperbarui dan mengembangkan konsep-konsep ini sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan Peserta Didik saat ini.
