Abstract

One of the importanr concepts in teaching in schools is classroom management. Based on the results of literature studies, effective learning can increase student’s motivation and enthusiasm for learning. This article provides general information about the definition of classroom, and important tips that teachers use to ensure that the learning process is successful. In addition, this article highlight the importance of school guidance to increase student’s motivation in learning and identify potential problems that may arise during the learning process. By understanding the principles of effective classroom management and implementing appropriate strategies, teachers can create a safe and healthy learning environment and help students become more motivated and respectful of others. This article uses a literature analysis method based on relevant sources.

Abstract

Social competence is the ability of teachers to communicate and interact with students during the learning process. This competence is very important so that teachers can be good examples for students, help students develop individuals who are full of empathy, attention, and concern for others. This study aims to assess in detail the influence of social competence possessed by classroom teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach. The main subjects of the study, namely teachers and supporting objects, namely students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's theory, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that teacher social competence, including inclusive attitudes, polite communication, adaptability, and communication with the professional community, had a positive effect on the learning process. Teachers who are effective in social competence create a pleasant learning atmosphere, increase comfort, motivation, and student learning achievement. This study concludes the importance of strengthening social competence in improving the quality of the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the planning strategies used by teachers in creating creative and interactive classroom learning. The main focus of this study will be more emphasis on how the teacher's planning readiness in integrating methods, media, and approaches that are in accordance with student characteristics and learning objectives. This study collected descriptive data through observation and in-depth interviews with several teachers at SDN 1 Gumawang. The method used in this study is the Case Study method, as it allows to understand the context and details of the implementation of learning planning strategies in more depth. The results of this study show that good planning and oriented to the characteristics of each student is proven to be able to create a more lively and meaningful classroom atmosphere, increase learning motivation, and strengthen the active involvement of each student in the learning process. With the use of the right planning strategies, teachers can be the driving force in creating learning that is not only informative, but also creative and interactive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tentang persiapan guru dalam mengadapi era society 5.0, dimana guru di haruskan untuk menjadi pengajar yang cukup bagus untuk mewujudkan harapan Indonesia emas 2045 dan harus memiliki strategi yang cukup baik dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran kepada siswa di SDN Sanca 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara kepada kepala sekolah serta beberapa guru yang ada, dan pengambilan dokumentasi berupa foto untuk pengumpulan datanya, dalam menentukan subjek penelitian ini penulis menggunakan purposive sampling. Sementara Teknik analisis data yang penulis gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan lesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi dalam mendidik anak menuju Indonesia emas di SDN Sanca 3 itu dengan cara memperbaiki dulu keprofesionalan guru tersebut, agar anak bisa melihat contoh yang baik. Adapun untuk pembelajaran akademik dan karakter, guru memberikan pengajaran yang cukup menarik dan menikuti zaman agar sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar, dan pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan salah satu pondok pesantren. Selain itu di SDN Sanca 3 menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejak dini agar bisa menjadi lulusan yang berpengetahuan luas, berkarakter, terampil, dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teachers’ roles in learning evaluation on elementary school students’ academic achievement. Evaluation is a crucial component of the learning process, serving as a tool to measure learning objectives and as a basis for decision-making in improving educational quality. Teachers play a vital role in determining the form, timing, and method of evaluation. The main issue explored in this research is the extent to which teacher involvement in learning evaluation affects students' academic performance. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers who are actively and systematically involved in the evaluation process can significantly improve students’ learning outcomes. Therefore, enhancing teachers’ competence in conducting evaluations is essential to support student success in elementary education.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism is an important aspect in creating a quality learning process, so that educational organizations act as facilitators to support the development of teacher competence. This research aims to explore various programs, strategies and activities implemented by educational organizations to encourage improvements in teachers' pedagogical, social and professional abilities.  This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview techniques, observations used by researchers to collect data, and researchers carry out document analysis to strengthen a fact or use it to strengthen an argument. The results of this research will be that the researcher reveals that educational organizations play a strategic role in increasing teacher professionalism at SD Negeri 01 Tulusayu. The recommendations provided include strengthening training programs based on teacher needs, increasing resources, and stronger synergy between educational organizations and schools to support the sustainable development of teacher professionalism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the professional competence and pedagogical competence of teachers in managing the learning process in the classroom, with a case study at MI Darul Ulum 2 Dadi Rejo. Teachers' professional and pedagogical competence is a key factor in creating an effective and conducive learning environment for students. This research seeks to identify the extent to which teachers apply these two competencies in daily teaching practice and their impact on the quality of learning.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of related documents. This research involved MI Darul Ulum 2 teacher Dadi Rejo as the main respondent to obtain a more comprehensive picture regarding the application of their professional and pedagogical competencies in the classroom. The research results show that teachers at MI Darul Ulum 2 Dadi Rejo have a good level of competence in professional aspects, especially in planning lessons and mastering teaching materials. However, challenges are still found in the pedagogical aspect, especially related to the differentiation of teaching methods and effective classroom management for students with diverse learning needs. These findings indicate the need for ongoing training and mentoring for teachers to further improve their pedagogical skills. The conclusion of this research confirms that increasing teacher professional and pedagogical competence is very important in optimizing the learning process in the classroom. The recommendations put forward include developing more specific training programs according to teacher needs as well as implementing more varied learning strategies in order to improve the overall quality of education.
