Abstract

This study aims to develop a video tutorial application for the big ball game model to improve manipulative basic movement skills and be developed as a sports and learning teacher guide with the development of basic movement skills. The products produced are CDs and video tutorial manuals for big ball game models. This research was developed by adapting the research and development education model of Gall, Gall, & Borg. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) analyzing the content of the product being developed, 2) developing the initial product of the game, 3) expert validation, 4) field testing, 5) product revision and qualitative. The results of a small group trial of 20 elementary school students at SD S Gajahmada and SDS Islam Al Ulum Terpadu obtained a percentage of 91.31% (very suitable for use) and the results of a large group trial were 40 elementary school students, SDN No:1017774, SDN No : 101775, SDN No: 101776 Medan City obtained a percentage of 93.19% with the category (Very Suitable for Use). The conclusions in this study areimproving students' basic manipulative movement skills can develop optimally with teacher creativity in developing quality learning in accordance with predetermined competency standards for elementary school students. With big ball games that are carried out, basic manipulative movement skills will increase and carry out activities happily.

Abstract

This study aims to modify the basic motion-based big ball game with a play approach in order to develop basic movement skills and be developed as a guide for sports teachers and learning with game concepts. The resulting product is a CD and a good ball game manual with a playing approach. The research was developed by adapting the Gall, Gall, & Borg educational research and development model. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) analyzing the content of the developed product, 2) developing the initial game product, 3) expert validation, 4) field testing, 5) product revision of the data analysis techniques used in this study in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a power tool where the test tool changes the manual to digital concept and a manual for the use of the test tool was developed. The products produced are the Power, and the manual for the use of the Power. This research was developed by adapting the research and development of the Borg & Gall model. Abstract

The purpose of this research isTo determine the effect of exercise and administration of beetroot juice (Beta vulgaris L) onmaximal oxygen volume (VO2max) for futsal athletesStock Development Academy in 2021.The research was conducted using experimental methods. The research design used is One Way Anova. InstrumentBlepp Test as a measuring tool in this study has a validity of 0.915 and a reliability coefficient of 0.868.The subject of this research is futsal athleteacademy STOK Binaguna as many as fifteen people.The data collection technique used in this study was to measure VO2 Max at the beginning and end of the study.The data analysis technique in this study used the t test. From the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the t-count is 1.583 in the exercise treatment group and the administration of beetroot juice, the t-count is 1.890 in the exercise-only treatment group, and the t-count is 2.690 in the treatment group with beet juice only, and t- table for df = 6-2 = 4 which is 2.776. Based on the results of the ANOVA test analysis above, the calculated F value is 0.222 with a significance of 0.804 > 0.05. It was concluded thatexercise and administration of beetroot juice (Beta vulgaris L) had no significant effect on increasingmaximal oxygen volume (VO2max) for futsal athletesAcademy STOK Binaguna 2021.
