Abstract

Abstrak Kemampuan anaerobik adalah kemampuan fungsional  tubuh yang dapat dioptimalkan melalui serangkaian program latihan. Kemampuan anaerobik sangat ditentukan oleh daya anaerobik (anaerobic power) dan kapasitas anaerobik (anaerobic capacity.Hampir semua cabang olahraga sangat membutuhkan kemampuan anaerobik dalam pencapaian hasil maksimal. Latihan interval adalah salah satu bentuk latihan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anaerobik seseorang. Latihan umum yang dipergunakan dalam latihan interval adalah dengan melakukan sprin (latihan sprin interval). Latihan sprint  interval  yang  diterapkan  di lapangan,  umumnya cenderung  berpedoman  kepada  jarak tempuh, baik  itu interval  kerjanya maupun interval  istirahatnya.  Dalam pembahasan ini dikaji latihan  lari  sprint interval yang  memperhatikan  waktu, baik  itu untuk interval kerja maupun interval istirahatnya,  yang  dikaitkan dengan sistem energi dan masa pemulihan dari sistem  energi tersebut.  Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa latihan sprint interval yang berpatokan pada waktu kerja berdasarkan dengan sistem energi anaerobik (interval kerja) dan waktu istirahat berdasarkan waktu pemulihan pada sistem energi anaerobik (interval istirahat) diyakini akan memberikan keakuratan dalam meningktakkan kemampuan anaerobik seseorang.   Kata Kunci: Keakuratan, Latihan, Kemampuan Anaerobik.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Batubara District. The components of curriculum implementation that are evaluated include: (1) student conditions, (2) teacher conditions, (3) teacher understanding of the curriculum, (4) conditions of infrastructure, (5) lesson planning, (6) implementation of scientific-based learning, (7) ) implementation of authentic assessments, and (8) authentic assessment results related to aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The evaluation model used is the Model evaluation model Stake Countenance by collecting information on curriculum implementation component data and then comparing it with the standards of the ministry of education. The population consists of 13 SMK. The research subjects were principals and teachers who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and documentation sheets. The trial of the questionnaire instrument was conducted at a vocational school in Batubara district. Data analysis using descriptive techniques. The results of the study, the condition of the students was 93.4%, the condition of the teacher was 75%, the condition of the infrastructure was 69.3%, the understanding of the 2013 curriculum was 80%, the lesson planning or RPP was 75%, the implementation of learning was 95%, the implementation 90% authentic assessment, 82.5% authentic assessment results. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that all aspects in each stage have not been fulfilled maximally according to the standard.

Abstract

Physical motor development is one of the five aspects of early childhood development, to achieve the motoric development, especially rough motoric is done through games. Play activities can stimulate a children’s physical motor development , and become one of the other important factors in improving a children’s psychic interpersonal intelligence. Based on this background, the researchers chose the title “Bakiak and Interpersonal Intelligence on Physical Motor of Children in Khairani Kindergarten of Aceh Besar”. Problems formulation in this study are: Is there any effect of bakiak game on children’s physical motor development , is there any effect of interpersonal intelligence on a children's physical motor development, and is there any interaction of bakiak game and interpersonal intelligence on a children’s physical motor development. The research objectives are: To determine the effect of bakiak game on children's physical motor, to determine the effect of interpersonal intelligence on children's physical motor development and to determine the interaction of bakiak game and interpersonal intelligence on children’s physical motor development . The location of the study was conducted at Khairani Kindergarten in Aceh Besar located in Lubok Batee village, Ingin Jaya Subdistricr, Aceh Besar District. This study was conducted on 15 October to 15 December 2018. The research subject of children's group B which amounted to 30 people, consisting of B1 (15 people) and B2 (15 people). This study was conducted by using experimental methods and research design with treatment by level 2 x 2. The research instrument used were bakiak game, interpersonal intelligence observation sheets and motor physical development tests. Research procedures are pretest, treatment, posttest, data processing, data analysis and conclusion. Meet the instrument validity and reliability standards. Data analysis techniques use descriptive data released by Mean, Median, Mode, frequency distribution table and histogram. Testing the analysis prerequisites that is normality and homogeneity data. From the results of data analysis obtained by this study shows the effect of bakiak game and interpersonal intelligence on physical motor of children in Khairani Kindergarten of Aceh Besar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of differences in learning outcomes of physical education through edmodo and google classroom on Class XI students of SMA Negeri 8 Medan. This research method uses an experimental method with a 2x2 level design. The data analysis technique used analysis of variance. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of the research that have been carried out state that: (1) Based on the results of the analysis of variance in the list of attachments at the level of α = 0.05, it is obtained that F0 <Ft is 0.279 <4.11. (2) Then in the Tukey test in groups A1B1 and A2B1 where = 1.681 and = 2.95. Research conclusions: 1) There are differences in physical education learning outcomes through edmodo and google classroom.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is developing a medium for assisting passing over as a volleyball learning media. This research was conducted at FIK State University of Medan in 2021. Research at FIK UNIMED Medan will be carried out from February 9 to March 4, 2021. The type of research used is research and development, a small trial sample of 6 students and a large trial of 10 students as well as media, sports and language experts. In small group trialsvalidated by 3 experts, where the percentage of validity reaches 82% - 94.11% with valid criteria can be used. In large group trials the percentage of validity reaches 90% - 98.88%with valid criteria can be used.The small group trial sample of 6 PKO FIK UNIMED students reached 80% with valid criteria, and the large group trial sample of 10 PKO FIK UNIMED students reached 88% with valid criteria. From the test of the effectiveness and efficiency of the passing over aids with learning media experts, it reached 98.18% with valid criteria for use and sports experts reached 96.36% with valid criteria for use. On the basis of the data obtained, the development of the passing-over aids media product is deemed feasible to be developed as one of the learning media aids in volleyball game material.

Abstract

The focus of this study aims to determine the effect of shuttle run, and zig-zag run training and self-confidence on passing productivity in Futsal players Pumata FC Tanjungbalai trying to improve athlete achievement among teenagers. This study uses an experimental research method by level 2 x 2, so the hypothesis submission is carried out using a two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA). After that, hypothesis testing was carried out using a two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA). This research was carried out at the PUMATA FC Team's training ground which was located at the Tanjungbalai city futsal field. The implementation time is about four weeks, with meetings three times a week. The sample of this research is all Pumata FC players consisting of 20 people who are given shuttle run training and zig-zag run training. Based on the analysis results above, it shows that there are differences in mean in the four groups by giving shuttle run and zig-zag run exercises. The highest mean value was obtained in the high self-confidence group trained with the zig-zag run, which was 8.60 (if rounded up to 9 successful passes). Meanwhile, the lowest mean value was obtained in the low self-confidence group trained with the shuttle run, which was 6.20 (if rounded up to 6 successful passes).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Strategi Pembelajaran Terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Passing Atas Bola Voli . Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang yang merupakan siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Langsa dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian treatment by level 2 x 2 dengan uji tukey penelitian ini menggunakan pada level  = 0,05 penelitian ini menunjjukan. 1.Berdasrkan hasil dari kelompok A1 dan A2 dimana Qh = 28,99 dan Qt = 3,79 dan berdasarkan hasil ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar Passing atas dapat dalam permainan bola voli antara strategi pembelajaran contexstual teaching learing (CTL) dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. 2. Diperoleh Fh> Ftyaitu 47,80 > 4,06. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan keseluruhan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar passing atas dalam permainan bola voli. 3. Dengan uji tukey pada kelompok A1B1dan A2B1dimana Qh = 17,39 dan Qt = 2,95 dan berdasarkan hasil ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar passing atas dalam permainan bola voli siswa dengan motivasi tinggi yang di ajar dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran contexstual teaching learing (CTL) lebih baik dari pada strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. 4. Dimana Qh = 1,80 dan Qt = 2,95 dan berdasarkan hasil ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar passing atas dalam permainan bola voli siswa dengan motivasi rendah yang  di ajarin teaching learing (CTL) lebih baik dari pada strategi pembelajaran ekspositori Keywords: Strategi Pembelajaran, Motivasi, dan Passing atas Bola Voli

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi berprestasi, penyesuaian diri dan manajemen waktu terhadap tingkat stres pada mahasiwa FIK 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan desain kuantitatif dan sistem analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa FIK Universitas Negeri Medan Angkatan 2018 sebanyak 370 orang mahasiswa dari 3 jurusan yaitu PJKR, PKO dan jurusan IKOR. Total sampel sebanyak 120 orang mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Hasil hipotesis I berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 46%. Hipotesis II berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 35%. Hipotesis III berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 31%. Hipotesis IV berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 47%. Hipotesis V berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 45%. Hipotesis VI berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 41%. Hipotesis VII berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi (0<0,05). dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 49%. Dengan persamaan regresi dijelaskan bahwa setiap kenaikan 1 skor pada variabel motivasi berprestasi maka tingkat stres akan menurun sebesar 0,74 dan setiap keanaikan 1 skor pada variabel penyesuaian diri maka tingkat stres akan menurun sebesar 0,26 dan setiap kenaikan 1 skor pada variabel manajemen waktu maka tingkat stres menurun sebesar 0,20. Jika tingkat stres menurun maka penyesuain diri akan mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi dan manajemen waktu sebesar 0,20. Dari hasil pengaruh bersama-sama motivasi berprestasi, penyesuaian diri dan manajemen waktu terhadap tingkat stres mahasiswa FIK Universitas Negeri Medan tahun 2018 dengan pengaruh bersama-sama sebesar 49% dan sisanya 51% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) bagaimana implementasinya, 2) kendala-kendalanya, dan 3) apa langkah-langkah di dalam kendala- kendala  implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan (mix method) antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dimana penelitian ini dilaksKeshatan pada 8 SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan percut. Sampel penelitian  15 orang guru PJOK dan 15 orang siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, Teknik pengumpulan data dibagikan kuesioner kepada guru dan siswa, didukung  wawancara oleh Kadis Pendidikan, 1 orang pengawas, 8 orang Kepsek SMP Negeri dan penelitian berlangsung mulai Oktober 2017 s.d November 2018. Hasil penelitian 1) Implementasi K13 pada mapel didapat siswa peroleh context 75,56%, input 76,67%, process 78% dan product 72,5%. Guru peroleh context 80%, input 79,33%, process 75,33 % dan product 74,79%, hasil secara keseluruhan pada siswa 75,77% (kategori baik) dan guru 73,40% (kategori baik). 2) Kendala, 24,23% untuk siswa dan 26,60% untuk guru, seperti sarana prasarana kurang mendukung, pembelajaran saintifik belum sesuai, belum faham K13, kurang paham penggunaan e-raport, dan media belajar belum menarik 3) Untuk mengatasinya sudah melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan K13 secara menyeluruh, pendampingan in-on K13, pembentukan KKG/MGMP oleh Kepsek dan pelatihan penilaian rapot. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan evaluasi  secara keseluruhan 73,40% (kategori baik), artinya Implentasi K13 sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun perlu terus ada pengawasan dan peningkatan pelatihan berkala. Keywords: Evaluasi, Implementasi K13, Penjas.
