Abstract

This research endeavours to delve into the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in bolstering Project Resource Management (PRM), discerning the principal challenges inherent in project resource planning, acquisition, and human as well as physical resource management, while also appraising the utilization of AI tools by project team members (PTM) and their efficacy in daily tasks. This research contributes a theoretical basis for what lies ahead studies in PM and unveils the benefits of AI in task monitoring, scheduling, team assignment, cost estimation, and the monitoring of physical project resource availability. This study employs a mixed-method approach, commencing with an initial literature review to identify project challenges. Data collection is facilitated through the administration of questionnaire surveys and interviews with project managers, encompassing both closed-ended and semi-structured questions. The research reveals that PTM readily embraces the utilization of AI for daily tasks and Project Resource Management can be enhanced through AI.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the skills of emotion regulation and the use of visual expressions as nonverbal communication tools to raise awareness about the importance of identifying emotions and utilizing creativity and visual expression in dealing with emotions. Emotional intelligence has an important role in various fields, but attention to aspects of emphasizing emotional intelligence in communication design is still limited. Effective communication design must take into account the emotional impact on the audience, not just conveying information. The role of childhood adversity and generational trauma in shaping emotional regulation skills diminishes emotional intelligence in communication design. Research emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence in communication design and explores the use of visual expressions as instruments of nonverbal communication. In addition, it is a valuable contribution to broadening the understanding of emotional intelligence and creative expression in effective communication. Autoethnography is employed as a strategy to delve into emotionally engaging design and to engage communities of individuals who may be uncertain or unskilled in effectively eliciting emotions from the written content. Through the process of autoethnography, the results of this study show personal progress in identifying emotions. This study creates awareness of the importance of emotional identification exercises and education about using ambient materials to deepen emotional experience through creativity and visual expression. Through an autoethnographic process, this study records personal progress in identifying emotions. Awareness of the importance of practicing emotional identification and utilizing surrounding materials to immerse oneself in emotional experiences, especially through creativity and visual expression, is also emphasized.

Abstract

Face-to-face technical instruction is subject to the existence of instrumentation and room. The fee, security, and listing can manner blockade to the administration directly in the laboratory. Virtual analysis can be adopted to increase the scholar's expertise by combining pre-laboratory for live analysis and serving approach to implementing that cannot be used securely personality. Virtual learning is applied in many areas, but questions are left over about how it should be used in engineering, this is an area that is mainly dependent on face-to-face laboratory and classroom settings. The purpose of this research is to adapt the common virtual laboratory idea to special demands, Virtual laboratories are not intended to change face-to-face discipline but to add to class time and offer a useful reserve as required. In addition, the experimental development method in this study was carried out by 3 virtual platforms: “Lab-VIEW”, “MAT-LAB”, and “Unity”. The 1st form of the Helicopter-machine Virtual Laboratory was advanced at Lab-VIEW. Virtual laboratories offer a semi-hands-on experience in college learning that might overlook physical learning. It means a type of active learning method to be adopted in university. The result of this research is a brief investigation of development possibilities in Unity. So that in the future, Unity exploration can be done further and in more detail. Scope This research consists of themes plated by Engineering Measurement Laboratory 1 learning. Engineering lectures might reflect these topics to carry out Virtual analysis in their laboratory and traditional classroom learning. The points that might advantage of the method consist of Mechanical Systems Laboratory, Energy Systems Laboratory, Thermodynamics, and Dynamics. It is hoped that this research will cocked the expansion of more Virtual analysis that increase engineering education in the future.

Abstract

Bronchopneumonia is lobular pneumonia characterized by the presence of infected areas with spots approximately 3-4 cm in diameter surrounding and involving the bronchi. The improper selection of antibiotics can lead to bacterial resistance and high treatment costs due to prolonged hospital stays. The aim of the study is to determine the appropriateness of antibiotic prescriptions using the Geyssens method. Data collection was conducted retrospectively based on the medical records of inpatients at RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang for the period of April – June 2024. The qualitative analysis of empirical antibiotic prescriptions was evaluated using the Gyssens method. The number of pediatric inpatients with bronchopneumonia who met the inclusion criteria was 109 patients. There were 65 male patients (59.63%) and 44 female patients (40.36%), with the most common age being 2 years old (22%), and the average length of stay was four days. Ceftriaxone is the antibiotic that is frequently used. Evaluation of the appropriateness of prescriptions based on the Gyssens method yielded a total of 146 antibiotic regimens from 109 patients due to the combination of antibiotic use and the replacement of antibiotic therapy during hospitalization. Appropriate antibiotic prescriptions (58.9%) and inappropriate (41.1%).
