Abstract

Bank Mega Syariah has a product called the iB Berkah Utama in marketing its product has ten characteristics of the Islamic marketing mix in iB Berkah Utama Savings Product namely: product, orice, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, ptient, and customers oriented, one of the problems is people whose use of human recources is still weak and marketing of savings products, the main blessing in the iB Berkah Utama at Bank Mega Syariah amid the covid-19 pandemic, are experiencing problems/ obstacles/problems. This is reserach using a qualitative descriptive method. The methods used to obtain data sre Field Research (observation, interviews, and documentation) as supporting data Library Research. The Subjects in this study were Bank Mega Syariah Bekasi City, which included the Head of Branch, Marketing Funding and customers. The object of this research is about the strategy of the islamic marketing mix in the iB Berkah Utama Savings product Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that employees/ Head of Branch Bank Mega Syariah who are not have an extensive network of organizations and lack of human respurces and due to the existence of health protocols, so they experience limitations in movement especially through virtual strategies, zoom meetings are felt to be less than optimal as a results the condition of customers in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic has decreased the number of customers interest to open an iB Berkah Utama account in Bank Mega Syariah KCP Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that can influence the motivation and enthusiasm of students to study at school. The study was conducted on students of Madrasah Tsanawiyyah Nurul Huda Tegal Gede. This research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observation and literature review. The research subjects were Grade 8 students with a total of 46 students. The results of the research show that the factors that influence student motivation and enthusiasm for learning are (1) there is someone that students like that they are trying to impress: 43.48%; (2) students actually want to gain knowledge: 34.78%; (3) students get pocket money if they go to school: 17.38%; and (4) students can play with their friends if they go to school: 4.35%. The analysis of the results of this study is: Allah created men and women to know each other and this influences the students’ motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Allah has regulated the etiquette of association with the opposite gender.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, customer satisfaction, and service excellence on consumer loyalty at biMBA AIUEO in South Tambun. This research method used was a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression. The population for this study were consumers/parents of biMBA AIUEO students. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique. The sample amounted to 100 people. The results showed the influence of price, customer satisfaction, and excellent service on consumer loyalty at biMBA AIUEO Tambun Selatan. This study resulted in the following conclusions: 1) The price offered by biMBA AIUEO has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer loyalty at biMBA AIUEO. 2) The study found that customer satisfaction at biMBA AIUEO has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This would infer that biMBA AIUEO provides services that are in accordance with consumer expectations. 3) The study also found that the excellent service provided by biMBA AIUEO has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the homeroom teacher as a guidance counselor in building students' character in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative research. Interviews were conducted homeroom teachers. This interview was on their approach in building student discipline character. The interview method was one-on-one. Then the data is presented in the form of excerpts from the interview results. The results of the research show that building the students’ character is done through continuous guidance: directing students towards good deeds, convincing students of the importance of discipline, giving reprimands, and punishing those who violate school rules.

Abstract

Usia remaja adalah waktu yang paling berkesan dalam kehidupan seorang remaja bagi perkembangan integrasi kepribadian. Untuk mencapai kematangan dalam perkembangan tersebut, remaja memerlukan bimbingan dan pemahaman tentang ajaran agama dan pemahaman dirinya serta lingkungannya. Sebgai lingkungan yang terdekat bagi remaja, keluarga berperan membimbung dan mengembangakan kepribadiannya yang sesuai dengan tuntunan Al-qur’an dan sunah, banyaknya penyimpangan-penyimpangan dikeluarga remaja, seperti minuman keras, seks bebas, narkoba dan kenakalan remaja lainnya cerminan bahwa kurangnya tertanam nilai-nilai kepribadian. Abstract

Orang tua dan guru memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk generasi yang berkualitas. Keduanya harus saling melengkapi dalam membimbing dan mendukung potensi anak. Orang tua, sebagai sosok yang paling dekat dengan anak, memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam memberikan contoh dan nilai-nilai yang baik. Mereka juga bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan perhatian, kasih sayang, dan dukungan emosional kepada anak-anak mereka. Sementara itu, guru memegang peranan penting dalam memberikan pendidikan formal dan membimbing anak-anak dalam mencapai potensi akademik dan sosial mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada guru dan orang tua tentang penggunaan metode alternatif seperti reward dan punishment dalam mendidik anak. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mendisiplinkan dan mendidik anak dengan penuh kasih sayang, bukan dengan menakut-nakuti mereka. Pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman yang seimbang dapat sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku anak dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkarakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan studi literatur. Dengan demikian, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pandangan yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana orang tua dan guru dapat bekerja sama dalam mendidik anak dengan efektif menggunakan metode reward dan punishment yang sesuai.

Abstract

Pelatihan dasar konseling adalah program pendidikan yang disusun untuk menyediakan individu dengan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan pemahaman yang diperlukan agar mampu menjadi konselor yang efektif dalam memberikan dukungan yang empatik kepada klien. Konseling di perusahaan melibatkan pemberian dukungan emosional, psikologis, dan profesional kepada karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja. Tujuannya adalah membantu karyawan mengatasi masalah pribadi, profesional, atau antarpribadi yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan, kinerja, dan hubungan di tempat kerja. Layanan ini merupakan sarana penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of Batara Hajj and Umrah iB. The type of research conducted by theauthor is field research (field research) with data collection methods using interviews, observation and documentation. While the technical analysis of the data used is a qualitative approach using SOAR analysis. SOAR analysis is used for the startegic planning process that can be usedby the company. The result of this study indicate that after a SOAR analysis wa carried out at Islamic Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah, it was found to be effevtive in marketing Batara Hajj and Umrah iB, but seeing that there are still large opportunitiesopen along with the many competitors with similar product, the need for strong benefits is needed so as to achieve good marketing.

Abstract

This paper conducts qualitative research on literature related to describing a form of ethics, rights and obligations of on-line transportation business (GoJek) seen from the perspective of sharia sharing economy business in Indonesia. GoJek, an on-line technology-based transportation service company that uses human and motorcycle modes of transportation, in its business scope has a role that has a major influence on the economy in Indonesia today. GoJek is an economic actor that has a function as a producer that produces services for an information technology-based transportation mode that applies an on-line model in its services. Meanwhile, the government through the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) is an economic actor that functions as a regulator in terms of authorization related to policies that regulate the overall operational scope of all modes of transportation in Indonesia. The rapid development of information technology has changed the shape of the economic system from the conventional one to the form of a sharing economy system. This change also touches on the existence of GoJek's business as an economic actor that functions as a producer, as well as the Ministry of Transportation as a representative of the government which is an economic actor and functions as a regulator of transportation modes in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the business and economic world, the Islamic economic system is increasingly being sought and applied throughout the world, this can also affect the business conditions of GoJek, including the Ministry of Transportation in responding to its role related to the perspective of the sharia sharing economy. This study finds that there is a form of ethics, rights and obligations of on-line transportation business actors (GoJek) and the role of the government as an economic actor in the perspective of sharing economy sharia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan psikolinguistik terhadap keterampilan menyimak. Kemampuan psikolinguistik merupakan faktor penting dalam memahami dan mengolah informasi verbal yang berperan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi sederhana. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 responden yang dinilai berdasarkan instrumen keterampilan psikolinguistik dan menyimak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan psikolinguistik dan keterampilan menyimak, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,797, yang mengindikasikan hubungan positif yang kuat. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan psikolinguistik berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan menyimak dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,798 (p < 0,05). Selain itu, nilai R Square sebesar 0,636 menunjukkan bahwa 63,6% variasi dalam keterampilan menyimak dapat dijelaskan oleh kemampuan psikolinguistik, sementara 36,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan psikolinguistik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menyimak. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan aspek psikolinguistik dalam pembelajaran, khususnya dalam mendukung kemampuan menyimak siswa. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang turut memengaruhi keterampilan menyimak
