Abstract

This research aims to design enterprise architecture to support the implementation of e-commerce information systems in agricultural product marketing. By utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) approach as a development method, this system is expected to facilitate the marketing of agricultural products directly between farmers and consumers, and overcome the problems in the long and inefficient distribution chain. The designed enterprise architecture coordinates various system components, including customer data, inventory management, transaction processes, logistics, and sales data reporting. The system consists of several main views, such as Home, Login, Register, and Chart pages, which are designed to facilitate user and farmer interaction in conducting transactions. With a flexible and adaptive approach, this research is expected to support the sustainability of the agricultural sector through an inclusive e-commerce system, increase the accessibility of agricultural product marketing, and empower farmers economically.

Abstract

This research analyzes the sentiment of JKN mobile app reviews on Google PlayStore using the IndoBERT model, a deep learning-based language model designed for Indonesian text. The research process involved review data collection, text pre-processing, and sentiment classification into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The results show that the model performs very well, with an average accuracy of 97.28% and best metrics of 98.27% on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The specific contribution of this research is the development of a deep learning-based approach for sentiment analysis of Indonesian texts, particularly in the health sector through mobile applications. The findings not only provide insight into user perceptions of the JKN app, but also provide a basis for feature improvements and service enhancements. The implications of this research can support developers in designing strategies to improve the quality of digital-based health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Internet sebuah jaringan komputer universal yang selalu terhubung menggunakan protokol internet untuk menghubungkan komputer diseluruh dunia. Adanya internet, pengguna dapat mengakses berbagi informasi secara instan diberbagai platform, menghubungkan manusia diberbagai negara, dan memanfaatkan berbagai layanan online. Survei APJII menunjukkan Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan pemakai internet terutama dikalangan anak-anak dan remaja. Penerapan internet membawa pengaruh baik. Namun, dibalik itu ditemui beberapa pengaruh negatif antara lain cyberbullying, pornografi, penipuan online dan lain sebagainya. Sayangnya hasil survey pengabdi yang dilakukan di Desa Karang Klesem menunjukan bahwa tidak sepenuhnya orang tua memahami risiko ini. Untuk itu tim pengabdi menginisiasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi mengenai panduan praktis untuk mengawasi penggunaan internet pada anak yang bertarget kepada para orangtua. Hasil kegiatan ini, para orang tua diberikan pemahaman tentang cara melakukan pemantauan dan pengelolaan terhadap aktivitas online anak dengan tepat sebagai bentuk pencegahan pemakaian internet yang tidak dapat diandalkan, tidak dapat diprediksi, dan menyesatkan.

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) is very important in improving the efficiency and quality of health services in public hospitals, such as RSU Harapan Ibu Purbalingga. The TOGAF framework (The Open Group Architecture Framework) offers a structured approach to designing, managing and implementing IT architecture. This research explores the application of TOGAF in IT infrastructure planning at RSU Harapan Ibu to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The methods used include IT requirements analysis, TOGAF-based architectural modeling, and architectural implementation evaluation. The research results show that implementing TOGAF can increase the speed of access to patient information and optimize hospital operations.

Abstract

As service quality becomes paramount, ICT governance is increasingly important for organizations. This study will audit Purwokerto Eye Specialty Hospital's SIMRS against ISO/IEC 27001 standards to evaluate its information security posture. The implemented Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) aims to support the integration of services and administrative processes, but faces various security challenges such as data loss and potential manipulation. The audit was conducted through observation, interviews, and analysis of existing security policies. The audit results show that information security incident management is in accordance with procedures, including handling, reporting, and corrective actions, with a fairly high level of security maturity. The study recommends periodic evaluation and security enhancements to ensure system resilience against future threats.

Abstract

Waste management remains a significant challenge globally, particularly in Indonesia, where the annual waste generation reached 24.67 million tonnes in 2021, with only 50.43% properly managed. To address the issue of mixed organic and inorganic waste and the lack of public awareness regarding waste separation, this study applied machine learning, specifically the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm, to classify waste types. The research aimed to develop an effective automated waste classification model to improve waste management processes. The research involved collecting a dataset of 2,848 images representing six waste categories: glass, cardboard, paper, metal, organic, and plastic. Preprocessing techniques such as cropping, noise reduction with Gaussian filters, and data augmentation were applied to enhance data quality. The dataset was divided into training, validation, and testing subsets in a 70:20:10 ratio. The CNN model employed feature extraction through convolution, activation, and pooling layers, followed by classification using a fully connected layer and a softmax function. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The model achieved an overall accuracy of 95%, with an average precision, recall, and F1-score of 0.95 across all classes. These results demonstrate the CNN model’s ability to reliably classify waste types. Compared to previous studies, this research achieved higher accuracy through the use of enhanced preprocessing and CNN optimization. This study highlights the potential of CNN-based models for automated waste classification, contributing to sustainable waste management practices and fostering environmental awareness in the future research.

Abstract

This research designs an Enterprise Architecture (EA) model for the space loan management system at Amikom Purwokerto University using the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). The main objective is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the space management process. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach with case study method. The research was conducted through the stages of problem identification, analysis of existing conditions, information architecture design, and classification of EA models. The main findings of the research show that the application of EA is able to speed up the process of borrowing space, reduce recording errors, and provide more accurate reports. The designed EA model includes four main perspectives: planning, ownership, design, and development. The contribution of this research is to provide an innovative and efficient solution for campus resource management through open-source technology.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the way businesses recruit employees online. This study aims to create an interactive dashboard that facilitates job seekers and companies, using clustering methods with the K-Means algorithm to analyze job posting data in the United States. The data from the Kaggle LinkedIn Job Postings 2023 dataset, consisting of 33,000 records, is processed using the CRISP-DM phases: business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The clustering analysis results in four job categories: low-mid-level general jobs, high-level executive jobs, time-based jobs, and mid-high-level professional jobs. Model evaluation shows good clustering quality with a Silhouette Coefficient of 0.78 and a Davies-Bouldin Index of 0.55. The developed dashboard helps companies plan recruitment and job seekers find positions matching their skills and salary expectations. The practical contribution of this study is modernizing the recruitment process, assisting companies and recruitment agencies in screening candidates more efficiently, and improving job matching through deeper data analysis.

Abstract

This research uses the FP-Growth algorithm to identify sales patterns at the Cipta Lestari convenience store to support inventory management efficiency and marketing strategies. The data used in this research consists of daily sales transaction data that includes product types and the quantities sold. This analysis employs a support parameter of 0.95 and a confidence level of 0.8, with a maximum limit of 100,000 items. The results indicate that products such as Kchoco, sambal sauce, and tea 3350ml are often purchased together with Torabika coffee, soy sauce, and instant fried noodles. This combination pattern enables the store to create more effective product promotions and optimize inventory. The goal of this research is to develop business strategies that are more responsive to customer needs, enhance satisfaction with the right product offerings, and strengthen competitive marketing. This research is expected to contribute to the development of traditional marketing strategies and serve as a reference for analyzing consumer purchasing patterns in future studies.

Abstract

Waste management has become a complex national issue in Indonesia, driven by population growth, economic expansion, and shifting consumption patterns. The Sampurna Berkah website, owned by Sidapurna Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency, was created to support an environmentally conscious community focused on recycling non-biodegradable waste. To effectively develop the information system for this website, an agile approach is essential. The Scrum framework is employed to enhance transparency, communication, documentation, and adaptability to change. This study aims to optimize the Sampurna Berkah website, which has existing issues such as a confusing user interface, unsuitable color combinations, and lack of responsiveness. Using the Agile Scrum method, stages like Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review were implemented. The optimization results show significant improvements, including a more user-friendly interface, better website responsiveness, and more visually pleasing color combinations, achieving the main development objectives.
