Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly transformed operational management in various sectors, including the culinary industry. Cafe Ungu at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto serves as a campus facility offering a variety of food and beverages to students, staff, and visitors. However, the conventional ordering method relying on direct interaction often leads to long queues and recording errors, hindering service effectiveness. To address this issue, this study designs a web-based ordering information system using the Waterfall method, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to allow customers to place orders online, assist administrators in managing orders, and provide transaction data for business analysis purposes. The implementation results indicate that this system can improve operational efficiency, reduce ordering errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. Therefore, this information system is expected to be a strategic solution for Cafe Ungu in addressing order management challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to design enterprise architecture to support the implementation of e-commerce information systems in agricultural product marketing. By utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) approach as a development method, this system is expected to facilitate the marketing of agricultural products directly between farmers and consumers, and overcome the problems in the long and inefficient distribution chain. The designed enterprise architecture coordinates various system components, including customer data, inventory management, transaction processes, logistics, and sales data reporting. The system consists of several main views, such as Home, Login, Register, and Chart pages, which are designed to facilitate user and farmer interaction in conducting transactions. With a flexible and adaptive approach, this research is expected to support the sustainability of the agricultural sector through an inclusive e-commerce system, increase the accessibility of agricultural product marketing, and empower farmers economically.

Abstract

This research analyzes the sentiment of JKN mobile app reviews on Google PlayStore using the IndoBERT model, a deep learning-based language model designed for Indonesian text. The research process involved review data collection, text pre-processing, and sentiment classification into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The results show that the model performs very well, with an average accuracy of 97.28% and best metrics of 98.27% on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The specific contribution of this research is the development of a deep learning-based approach for sentiment analysis of Indonesian texts, particularly in the health sector through mobile applications. The findings not only provide insight into user perceptions of the JKN app, but also provide a basis for feature improvements and service enhancements. The implications of this research can support developers in designing strategies to improve the quality of digital-based health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) is very important in improving the efficiency and quality of health services in public hospitals, such as RSU Harapan Ibu Purbalingga. The TOGAF framework (The Open Group Architecture Framework) offers a structured approach to designing, managing and implementing IT architecture. This research explores the application of TOGAF in IT infrastructure planning at RSU Harapan Ibu to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The methods used include IT requirements analysis, TOGAF-based architectural modeling, and architectural implementation evaluation. The research results show that implementing TOGAF can increase the speed of access to patient information and optimize hospital operations.

Abstract

This research designs an Enterprise Architecture (EA) model for the space loan management system at Amikom Purwokerto University using the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). The main objective is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the space management process. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach with case study method. The research was conducted through the stages of problem identification, analysis of existing conditions, information architecture design, and classification of EA models. The main findings of the research show that the application of EA is able to speed up the process of borrowing space, reduce recording errors, and provide more accurate reports. The designed EA model includes four main perspectives: planning, ownership, design, and development. The contribution of this research is to provide an innovative and efficient solution for campus resource management through open-source technology.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the way businesses recruit employees online. This study aims to create an interactive dashboard that facilitates job seekers and companies, using clustering methods with the K-Means algorithm to analyze job posting data in the United States. The data from the Kaggle LinkedIn Job Postings 2023 dataset, consisting of 33,000 records, is processed using the CRISP-DM phases: business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The clustering analysis results in four job categories: low-mid-level general jobs, high-level executive jobs, time-based jobs, and mid-high-level professional jobs. Model evaluation shows good clustering quality with a Silhouette Coefficient of 0.78 and a Davies-Bouldin Index of 0.55. The developed dashboard helps companies plan recruitment and job seekers find positions matching their skills and salary expectations. The practical contribution of this study is modernizing the recruitment process, assisting companies and recruitment agencies in screening candidates more efficiently, and improving job matching through deeper data analysis.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan kadar gula darah tinggi dan berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi serius, seperti serangan jantung, stroke, gagal ginjal, amputasi kaki, dan gangguan pada sistem saraf. Deteksi dini DM menjadi kunci untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi-komplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengklasifikasikan DM berdasarkan data klinis pasien. Algoritma SVM bekerja dengan cara memisahkan data menjadi dua kelompok dengan mencari garis hyperplane yang optimal untuk mendapatkan hasil akurasi yang tinggi. Algoritma SVM dilatih dan diuji menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien DM dan non-DM yang diperoleh dari Kaggle.com. Data ini mencakup berbagai variabel klinis yang relevan, seperti kadar glukosa darah, tekanan darah, indeks massa tubuh, dan lain-lain. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma SVM menghasilkan performa terbaik dengan akurasi 77,27%, dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang hanya mencapai akurasi 65%. Tentunya, ini menunjukkan potensi algoritma SVM sebagai alat bantu diagnosis DM yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Keberhasilan algoritma SVM dalam meningkatkan akurasi diagnosis DM sangat penting, mengingat deteksi dini dan pengelolaan yang tepat dapat mengurangi risiko komplikasi serius pada pasien. Selain itu, algoritma ini juga dapat diadaptasi dan ditingkatkan lebih lanjut untuk mencapai akurasi yang lebih tinggi, misalnya dengan menggunakan teknik pra-pemrosesan data yang lebih canggih atau dengan menggabungkan SVM dengan metode machine learning lainnya. Implementasi algoritma SVM yang lebih baik dapat membantu tenaga medis dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis yang lebih cepat dan tepat. pengembangan teknologi seperti SVM untuk deteksi dini DM dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Dengan diagnosis yang lebih cepat dan tepat, pasien dapat mendapatkan perawatan yang sesuai lebih awal, sehingga mengurangi beban penyakit dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.

Abstract

The design of the short semester application menu on Universitas Amikom Purwokerto's student web platform using the TOGAF ADM framework aims to create an efficient, structured, and user-friendly information system. The design process begins with the Preliminary Phase to define the scope and continues to the Technology Architecture, ensuring the use of modern, scalable, and secure technology. Business processes are modeled using BPMN to enhance workflow transparency and efficiency, while data and application architecture ensure accurate information management and optimal system integration. This system allows students to apply for short semesters online, process payments, and receive real-time verification. The implementation supports the university's strategic vision of delivering modern, efficient, and technology-driven academic services while improving user experience and operational efficiency in academic administration.

Abstract

Electricity has become a basic need for some human beings because all activities are almost related to electricity. Indonesia has several power plant projects and the largest power plant is generated from PLTU which can have an impact that we feel is greenhouse gas emissions and bad air pollution and also relies heavily on coal while the natural resources are not renewable with this fact if we reduce the use of coal it will be a boomerang for Indonesia itself. This research aims to predict areas that can potentially become Solar Power Plants with a machine learning regression model approach. So hopefully this research can be a reference in the development of Solar Power Plants in Indonesia. The methods used are Linear Regression (LR), Lasso Regression (LR), Ridge Regression (RR), and Support Vector Regression (SVR). The R2 coefficients for solar radiation were 0.924; 0.910; 0.917; 0.949; and 0.987, respectively.

Abstract

The Watumas Outpatient Pratama Clinic is an institution that utilizes Information Technology (IT) to assist its operations and health services. IT empowerment in this clinic is carried out by the department responsible for the technology applied, including the management and storage of highly sensitive patient data. Considering the importance of protecting the data and information collected, a good security system is needed to protect the clinic from potential threats that could be detrimental. Evaluation of the quality of information security management is necessary to ensure that the information technology used is safe and trustworthy. This research adopts a qualitative approach through the use of the COBIT 5 framework, especially in the APO13 (Managing Security) and DSS05 (Managing Security Services) stages, to assess the level of information security implemented. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and the use of assessment sheet instruments. The research results show that both stages are at level 2 (Managed Process), while the level expected by the clinic is level 3 (Established Process). This indicates that there is a gap of one level in each process. This research also provides several recommendations for improving information security management by considering the gaps that arise.
