Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of spirituality on increasing sales among muslim fashion entrepreneurs and the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on enhancing sales in Bencoolen Indah Mall (BIM), Bengkulu City. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is performed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that spiritual values such as honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, worship, and piety have a positive impact on business success. Entrepreneurial orientation, which includes innovation, adaptation to technology, risk-taking, proactivity, and customer focus, has proven effective in increasing sales. Muslim fashion entrepreneurs who can integrate spiritual values with a proactive entrepreneurial orientation tend to be more successful in facing challenges and achieving business objectives.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas, kualitas produk dan harga produk secara parsial dan simultan terhadap tingkat penjualan produk kosmetik halal wardah di Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna produk kosmetik wardah di Kota Bengkulu yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 80 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas mempunyai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima, hal ini berarti religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan, variabel kualitas produk mempunyai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,091 > 0,05 maka H2 di tolak, hal ini berarti kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan dan variabel harga produk mempunyai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.242 > 0,05 maka H3 ditolak, hal ini berarti harga produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F variabel religiusitas, kualitas produk dan harga produk mempunyai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel religiusitas, kualitas produk dan harga produk berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap tingkat penjualan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the Islamic Business Ethics factor on Consumer Loyalty, to determine the influence of the Halal Labeling factor on Consumer Loyalty, and to determine the influence of the Islamic Business Ethics and Halal Labeling factors on the Consumer Loyalty of SR12 Skincare in Bengkulu City. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 64 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using the IMB SPSS 26 application. The results of the research and discussion show that Islamic Business Ethics have a partial effect on consumer loyalty, Halal Labeling also has a partial effect on consumer loyalty, and Islamic business ethics have a simultaneous effect of 79.6%, while the remaining 20.4% is explained by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the tour leader service in accompanying Umrah pilgrims at PT. Bengkulu Syiar Haramain Bengkulu City and to determine the suitability of tour leader services with five service quality indicators. The focus of the study is directed at the service aspects provided by tour leaders to Umrah pilgrims and their suitability with five service quality dimensions, namely physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the tour leader service of PT. Bengkulu Syiar Haramain is classified as good and has met the service quality standards, although there are still shortcomings in terms of reliability, namely the timeliness of distribution of Umrah pilgrim equipment, so it still requires improvement to increase pilgrim satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Transformasi digital di sektor perbankan telah menghadirkan layanan electronic banking (e-banking) yang memudahkan nasabah bertransaksi secara daring. Namun, meningkatnya kasus cyber crime menimbulkan kekhawatiran mengenai keamanan data dan kepercayaan pengguna, termasuk mahasiswa sebagai pengguna aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh cyber crime terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dalam menggunakan layanan e-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 46 mahasiswa Program Studi Perbankan Syariah angkatan 2022 yang dipilih dengan teknik sensus. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, linieritas, heteroskedastisitas), regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cyber crime berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa dengan nilai t hitung (-7,292) > t tabel (1,679) dan signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Selain itu, nilai Adjusted R² sebesar -0,730 menunjukkan bahwa 73% variasi kepercayaan dipengaruhi cyber crime. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meningkatnya ancaman cyber crime menurunkan kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap keamanan layanan e-banking BSI. Kata Kunci: cyber crime, kepercayaan mahasiswa, e-banking, BSI.   Abstract Digital transformation in the banking sector has introduced electronic banking (e-banking) services that facilitate online transactions for customers. However, the rise in cybercrime cases raises concerns about data security and user trust, including students as active users. This study aims to analyze the influence of cybercrime on the trust of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu students in using Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) e-banking services. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 46 students of the Islamic Banking Study Program, class of 2022, selected using a census technique. Primary data were obtained through a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from related literature. Data analysis was performed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity), simple linear regression, t-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that cybercrime has a negative and significant effect on student trust with a calculated t value (-7.292) > t table (1.679) and a significance of 0.002 < 0.05. In addition, the Adjusted R² value of -0.730 indicates that 73% of the variation in trust is influenced by cybercrime. This finding confirms that the increasing threat of cybercrime reduces student trust in the security of BSI e-banking services. Keywords: cyber crime, student trust, e-banking, BSI.
